The managers are always around and very nice and welcoming. The team members at checkout are also very nice and they love seeing furkids - a huge plus! Weekly, you can find sampling stations where the reps are also very nice and cordial. They are friendly and there's always several stations so there's never a wait to try something new. The beer cooler is great - you can get kegs and find drinks already nicely chilled if you don't have time to chill an entire case. The snack aisle is also great - I have discovered different salsas that are very good here - namely the Peach Salsa!

I told her I did not have mine on me, and we were not buying alcohol so it should be okay. She said word for word, "it doesn't matter. You walked into a liquor store." If that was were the case, why have I not been ID'ed every time before, why are we not ID'ed at the door, and we will just have to go to Lee's from now on. She was very snobbish and did not leave any room for questions. So as she snatched my partners ID from his hands I said firmly, "that's fine. I'll just leave." Her manager didn't stop me to ask for an ID. I waited right outside the door. Thank you Dawn for showing us the true colors of this establishment. Usually the younger ladies and men are nice. This older lady was rude and seemed very unhappy with her job. The sigh she gave me as I passed by made me feel like she was upset that I didn't argue. How disappointing. UPDATE: I did call another location to see what their policy was on IDs. Walter? I believe at the Rampart location confirmed for ALL purchases they HAVE to scan the ID. My partner confirmed she DID NOT scan his ID and only looked at it. I have a feeling she was just giving us a hard time because of that fact. Not that it matters, we will NOT be shopping here anymore!!!!!

I go in they have a tasting I thought I left my I'd in the car I didn't get the taste test (which I understood was not a big deal I know I would have to have my ID for alcohol) so we go to look at the alcohol, no purchases were made we were not at the counter and the guy walks up and says "which one of you don't have your id" I say no I have an id but it's in the car before I can even say i was gonna go get it anyway because I planned on purchasing and I know I would need my id and then he says "if you don't have your id then you can't be in here." and then I'm like "why are you being rude about it and I ask are you trying to be rude" because I was thrown way off by his approach and he says "if I wanted to be rude I wouldn't let either of you purchase alcohol" (because I was there with someone) then I say again I do have an id it's in the car (which I was going to go get) then he's says "then go get it!!".. after that I just walk out. The issue is not that you wanted me to have my id but this man was ABSOLUTELY WAS MY CASHIER MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAS ABSOLUTELY CHECKED ME OUT WITH AND WITHOUT MY ID MANY TIMES!! and you approach me as if I was causing a problem and as if you absolutely never seen me in the store before and didn't approach anyone else he should of been asking at the door for every single persons id why single a frequent customer that has never caused a problem. Very uncomfortable and off putting and just rude and very unnecessary. And it sucks because most interactions have been cool. Why approach me and nobody else in the store you need to be asking everyone at the door before they even come in the store if that's the case. while I am looking around and not even at the register purchasing and by then I would have had my id anyway because I knew I would need it to make the purchase. Worst experience I ever had at Lee's

I have come to really like Total Wine and More!…read more The store is huge with a massive selection not only of booze of all sorts but also things that go along with it. Juices, mixers, snacks, glasses, etc. I truly love the ability to browse their entire selection online and easily and quickly place an order for pickup. They have great descriptions of the items online including the flavors and tasting notes you can expect in wines and champagnes. Once you arrive at the store, just click the link in the confirmation email or text and the staff bring out your order. One negative - I really wish staff would enforce the parking spaces that are labeled for curbside pickup only. Invariably some or all of these spaces have been occupied by parked and empty cars (clearly not people doing curbside pickup orders). I got home recently after getting a pickup order and found the staff had placed an incorrect item in the order. I drove back to the store, and the manager quickly corrected the error. I also love their rewards program where you can receive $5 rewards and other perks for being a loyal customer. I recommend Total Wine for all your alcohol needs!

Not having experienced this before I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice spread of food trays at the back of the event room, a bottled water, pen, booklet for taking notes, and exclusive discounts made available at the end of the event. The presenter was french and she provided information with a slide show. It was delightful to listen to her french accent which also provided a little bit of linguistic training on accurate pronunciation of certain terminology. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to signing up for more events! Très bien Total Wine and More!
