This was my first time going to a Lee's Discount Liquor store and I was quite overwhelmed with all of the different offerings that Lee's Discount Liquor has! This location of Lee's Discount Liquor store is located in the Northwest of Las Vegas, off of the 95/Durango. It's at the corner of Farm and Durango. Lee's Discount Liquor is located in the same plaza as Walgreens where the Fresh and Easy used to be. I'm not someone who would frequent this place often, once in a year visit, but if you're looking for a wide selection of beverages, it seems like this Lee's Discount Liqour store has it! The customer service team members at the front were quite helpful and asked if there was any additional information we needed while we were inside the Lee's Discount Liquor store. read more

4 months since it's opened and I couldn't be happier. Located at the old fresh and easy building on the same corner as the Walgreens on Farm and Durango, this Lee's has an abundance of parking. So if you've read my reviews, you've seen my total wine review. Since then I've been going to Lee's and had nothing but great customer service. Was awesome to be able to meet Lee himself on the soft opening where he demonstrated a level of professionalism in customer service that I would have expected from a larger retail company, *cough total wine cough* Guess what, even after 4 months since their opening, all the employees I have run into and met since day one, all provide the same courtesy Lee showed. Together with a clean and clear store with a friendly environment, you get an all around overall 10 of 10 of shopping experiences. Granted they do have a smaller beer selection than the other place, but hey, find one and stick with it, just like my new favorite liquor store. Thank you guys for a good job. read more

We went here for a few specific items that our guests wanted. This place is huge and will likely have everything you need. However, I feel like some of their items are quite overpriced. My experience was good in terms of finding what I wanted. However, my rating decreased by the markup on some of the items. There is nothing discount about this liquor store that I saw. When a moderately priced bottle has a $10 markup over basically everywhere, I would recommend going somewhere else. You pay for convenience and the fact that they carry most anything you would be looking to buy. read more

This place is the worst I placed a pickup order online at 715pm and after 2 hours with no text that my order was ready .I drove to the store only to find it almost empty and the employees were just standing around talking and my order still hadn't been pulled and I only had a small order , to get my order faster I had to help pull it.This is my last time doing business with this place,really bad service. read more

This was the second time I have been inside a Lee's since I moved to Vegas. If you are looking for alcohol at a good price, you should start looking here. They have pretty much anything you would need for your alcohol needs. We were looking for a few ingredients for some sangria and just overall drinking for a party we were hosting. We found everything we needed with the exception of Hpnotiq (blue liquor) and Molson Canadian beer. The last time I was in a Lee's in Henderson, I found Molson Canadian beer which is extremely rare in these parts. I was excited to be able to knock back a few of my faves. However, this location didn't have it so I'm not sure if they carry it anymore. Overall, we found what we needed and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it. I'm a 72 year old women. When I go to Lee's i buy several bottles. The girl said this isn't so heavy so she puts them o the bottom rack. No one offers to help me to the car. I struggle to get them into my car. How am I going to result this? Go to Albertsons or Total Wine where they offer to help me to my car. read more

Unfortunately, Lee's Has not seized the day in the post-COVID-19 age of alcohol delivery. They offer a 24 to 48 hour delivery window...really?? Worse, they didn't even meet that window and tried to deliver 10 minutes after I left for the evening. Reset 48 hour time frame! Worse yet, when I called to express my concerns, got nothing but attitude. Asked for refund, but they forgot until I contacted them again, reset the 3 to 5 business day clock on refund!! They lost me. They need to get their s together or they will lose more! read more

I am so glad a Lee's liquor opened on this side of town. Lee's is a discount liquor store without a need for a membership. Their prices are lower compared to their competitors. This place is pretty new and all the staff will give you their advice if you daring to try something different. I'm a frequent customer and will be coming back often. read more

Dear Lee, The WORST thing you could have ever done was allow food truck frenzy to overload the front of your parking lot, and rudely whistle and scream "NO DON'T PARK HERE" at YOUR customers who are simply trying to locate a park in midst of all the chaos. The back of the parking lot would have been sufficient for your food truck party to have been visible enough to lure in customers, while providing ample parking for YOUR Lee's Discount Liquor customers. This is a Lee's Discount Liquor store, like so many others. It's big, spacious, and has quite the selection at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, the selection is good, as stated. It's not the biggest Lee's, but certainly not the smallest, either. Unfortunately, this location does not hook up to the "point system" that other Lee's use for discounts. That's a bummer, and the reason why I won't be going here if I can avoid it. With a Lee's just a couple miles down the road, that uses the discount points system, there's no real reason to go here. read more

First and foremost; this particular location is not even worthy of a single star rating. I stopped in yesterday to purchase a bottle of Champagne for a neighbor's birthday. Although their wine selection is somewhat extensive for this market, their Champagne selection is extremely limited, about a half dozen items. Wanting to ensure I wasn't overlooking all they had, I inquired if perhaps they had more I wasn't seeing. The young lady (heavy set with long, below the shoulder brown hair) came over and advised that ALL their sparkling wines were in fact Champagne. When I politely countered that all sparkling wines were not in fact Champagne she immediately adopted an attitude, stomped off and said she wasn't going to assist me. Moments later her colleague (slim gentleman with graying hair) came over. Again I asked if there were additional Champagnes that perhaps I wasn't seeing. He motioned to their extensive wall of Prosecco and Sparking wines and asserted that ALL Sparkling wines were considered Champagne. When I politely countered this wasn't accurate, he also developed an attitude and advised if I didn't tell him exactly what I wanted he wasn't going to assist me. I find it somewhat inconceivable that employees of a fine wine establishment would be so unknowledgeable of their products. Regardless, the level of rudeness and disrespect both individuals displayed was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I ran into Lawrence as he was stocking the shelf and he asked if i needed any help. I told him that I'm just browsing because I wasnt sure what to get. Only two weeks ago I bought a large bottle of Bacardi Black for $19.99. It has always been that price for the last year. Yesterday I went in to buy it and the posted price is $26.99. I asked the woman clerk for a price check and she just told me that it was correct. I asked why and she tried to give me a cock and bull story of supply chain problems. First, the shelf is full of Silver, Gold and Black Bacardi. Second, the price of both the Silver and Gold only went up by $1.00. They are now $20.99. So, this store on El Capitan, at least, has just decided to jack up the price on that specific item. I am going to Total Wine and More now. read more

Store selection is a bit pricey. And new owner is not supportive at all of locally owned small food truck businesses. Shut down food trucks for no good reason and in doing so took money away from families and the community. I would suggest finding your drinks elsewhere. read more

I did a pick up order online, once I arrived at the store I was under the impression you would get greeted in your car. Nope that didn't happen, once inside the store I see the front employee with her mask under her chin, anyway I tell her I'm here to pick up for Alexa and tell her the items in the order she then asked me if I'm in the right store? And yes I'm at the right store, I proceed to tell her my confirmation number, (which you get once your order is ready to pick up)She hands me a bag and I go back inside my car to double check the order, one item was wrong so I go back inside to ask if I could get the right item. Same lady tells me that they don't do refunds or exchanges. Mind you I had to spend a minimum of 50 dollars in order to place an order, which means you can't really just order one item. It's really frustrated because the bottle of Mezcal that I wanted was for my mother as gift for Mother's Day. Just know I'll do Total Wine next time and they don't have a minimum purchase! They also have better prices and better customer service. read more

Almost every time I visit Lee's Liquor they have a problem with their pay system. Sometimes I go in and they're not even taking cards and it's cash only. Not many people carry cash anymore. I was just charged twice for the same transaction. Now it will be 10-14 days until I see my money again. I went into Lee's today because they had a full page ad in the Sunday newspaper regarding a 1 Cent sale on wine, buy one at regular price and get one for 1 cent. At 2:30 in the afternoon, the clerk tells me they haven't gotten around to setting up the displays for the 1 cent sale. I bought a few things and went home to write to Lee's Liquor about my experience. On their website when I submitted my story, it tells me "SUBMMISSION REJECTED". I guess they only publish good comments. Therefore, I thought a Yelp Review might be in order. I wonder if this would have happened if Mr. Lee had not recently passed away. (RIP). read more

They never asked for my phone number ever you have to go over by Kohl's and 215 and Durango to get anyone to treat you with respect and ask you if you're registered with your phone number at this store they get pissed off if you asked them to put in your phone number!!! As long term customers were supposed to get a kickback once in a while but The El Capitan group are the worst I called to talk to the manager after my big purchases tonight and nobody ever came back to the phone they just left me hanging ...I told the girl at the register I've already yelped like five times about this and nobody has done nothing why don't you has my phone number why do I have to go over to Durango and 215 to be treated like a loyal customer??? Disappointed in lack of service. Advertised product not available. My October 30, 2017 was my last visit to this store. I will not return. Having attended the grand opening a few months earlier, I was excited to be a customer of this growing local company. But when I entered the store in the early afternoon, I was completely ignore by 3 employees near the entrance totally absorbed in conversation among themselves. With my shopping cart I walked by them and headed to the beer cooler looking for the advertised special. After searching several minutes and not being offered any help, I headed back to the front of the store for help. I was blandly told the item is not in stock and they don't know when it will be available. No offer to locate the item at another store was made. I left with an empty cart and will not return. Worst Customer Service ever .... Who in the world did the hiring for this location ? Super poor service and extremely judgmental employees .. Nowadays people have to be grateful in having a job and not take it for granted . I spend good amount of money every time I come to this location because my house is just 2 blocks away . On September 29, 2019, I made a purchase at the Leia store. I had to buy a bottle of vodka to make a cocktail at home. I don't really know how to drink alcohol, I found Russian vodka, the price tag showed 9.99 per bottle. There was no other price. There were 10 bottles on the shelf . When I began to pay, it turned out that the price was set incorrectly and cost 12.99 per bottle. I asked, why is the price different? The allegedly manager ran out and said that maybe I myself rearranged the price tag. And how could I do this she did not explain. In the future, instead of apologizing and taking the price for a bottle of 9.99, as indicated in the price tag. She suggested that maybe I sent someone and someone specially moved the price tag. I asked to show me the camera record, she hung right above the shelf, but the manager refused to do it. I wanted to take a photo where there wasn't another price tag, she grabbed this one the price tag ran away. In the end, she sold me this bottle for 9.99, but she didn't even apologize and told me not to come to this store again. I never felt such insult and humiliation. I demand that this maneuver apologize and be fired , since it does not match its ATUS. read more
