Usually have all you need for a local liquor store. Place is always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

After having a delicious early dinner at nearby Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina (please reference…read moremy review if interested), my wife and I needed to find a spirits (sounds classier than liquor store) store to grab a bottle of Hennessy for our family. A quick Yelp review led us to Lee's Discount Liquor, which I was initially skeptical about because some places that have "discount" in their name have far from what you would expect to be discount prices...thankfully that was not the case here! Entering the store we were greeted by a friendly employee who inquired if we needed assistance. Being that Hennessy is not my usual drink of choice, I did not know what to expect price wise; sensing my uncertainty, the employee proceeded to show me two options. One was a 750ml bottle discounted to $39.99 and the other was a larger 1.75l bottle that was on sale for $74.99 (normally a whopping $119.99). Since we were headed to a party, I opted for the larger of the two (I must add that the employee was very patient as I contemplated the two). Lee's Discount Liquor truly lives up to it's name, I will definitely make a return visit whenever I'm in North Las Vegas!

The managers are always around and very nice and welcoming. The team members at checkout are also very nice and they love seeing furkids - a huge plus! Weekly, you can find sampling stations where the reps are also very nice and cordial. They are friendly and there's always several stations so there's never a wait to try something new. The beer cooler is great - you can get kegs and find drinks already nicely chilled if you don't have time to chill an entire case. The snack aisle is also great - I have discovered different salsas that are very good here - namely the Peach Salsa!

I told her I did not have mine on me, and we were not buying alcohol so it should be okay. She said word for word, "it doesn't matter. You walked into a liquor store." If that was were the case, why have I not been ID'ed every time before, why are we not ID'ed at the door, and we will just have to go to Lee's from now on. She was very snobbish and did not leave any room for questions. So as she snatched my partners ID from his hands I said firmly, "that's fine. I'll just leave." Her manager didn't stop me to ask for an ID. I waited right outside the door. Thank you Dawn for showing us the true colors of this establishment. Usually the younger ladies and men are nice. This older lady was rude and seemed very unhappy with her job. The sigh she gave me as I passed by made me feel like she was upset that I didn't argue. How disappointing. UPDATE: I did call another location to see what their policy was on IDs. Walter? I believe at the Rampart location confirmed for ALL purchases they HAVE to scan the ID. My partner confirmed she DID NOT scan his ID and only looked at it. I have a feeling she was just giving us a hard time because of that fact. Not that it matters, we will NOT be shopping here anymore!!!!!

Entertaining KBBQ/ Ramen as much as I do it is always on the menu. I will admit I do enjoy it, however not everywhere sells it. Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said what I was on the hunt for and led to the area where the selection was. They have quite a few Soju flavors to choose from along with a pretty good selection of Sake. Interior is the right size. Not to overwhelming - however has everything you will need. The top shelf items are kept behind the counter. Everything was very clean and the staff were very courteous. Would def recommend - pricing was reasonable especially for what I was looking for. I liked that the staff was very knowledgeable about their products and possible pairing with certain foods and occasions. It is always a nice thing when you see employees actually enjoying their job. Location is 215/Decatur - ample parking

We love the outdoor seating area. Basically all their food offerings are Mexican. We had guacamole and chips, salsa and chips, tacos and Mexican style corn. The tacos are street style served on yellow corn tortillas, which I love instead of the white corn tortillas. The guacamole tasted freshly made and I enjoyed the green salsa option. Unlike other places that only offer red salsa. It's a great place to go enjoy some tap house beers, and just chill for awhile.

I like the concept of a taproom and kitchen brought to you by the local Mexican-American community. Couldn't have picked a better venue to watch Mexico vs. USA in the 2026 World Baseball Classic. Most of the patrons were there for the same reason, which made it more fun to watch. Weather was perfect to spectate in the patio, along with the bulk of patrons that evening. The game was showing on all screens, so we didn't miss any of the action whenever we needed to go inside to order from the bar. We loved the Chips & Salsa, SVZ Burrito (with Bang Bang Cauliflower, No Cheese, No Sour Cream), and Churro Fries for dessert. For craft beer, I enjoyed a flight of four five-ounce tasters, followed by the Mocha Machine imperial porter. Jose V. provided excellent service, taking orders from the bar, and bringing food to the tables. He was always friendly, helpful, and prompt.
