I'm not a big wine drinker, but the selection is unbelievable.. the bourbon selection had me trying to think of brands I was originally came for because the variety and well priced items surprised me.. and they had CIGARS!?!?! A good sized humidor that carried many brands and prices to satisfy everyone... needless to say I walked out with a few sticks, even though I didn't intend on buying any. The store manager was personal and welcoming, a couple cashiers weren't as.... well let's just say they were engaged in their personal conversation then my questions of the store... but you can't hold that against the store, that's a personal issue... but overall a great store that I recommend. This was my first wine tasting experience event at a Total Wine & More store. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and feel a little smarter and now I might be able to pick out a good chablis if given the challenge. Not having experienced this before I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice spread of food trays at the back of the event room, a bottled water, pen, booklet for taking notes, and exclusive discounts made available at the end of the event. The presenter was french and she provided information with a slide show. It was delightful to listen to her french accent which also provided a little bit of linguistic training on accurate pronunciation of certain terminology. I have come to really like Total Wine and More! The store is huge with a massive selection not only of booze of all sorts but also things that go along with it. Juices, mixers, snacks, glasses, etc. I truly love the ability to browse their entire selection online and easily and quickly place an order for pickup. They have great descriptions of the items online including the flavors and tasting notes you can expect in wines and champagnes. Once you arrive at the store, just click the link in the confirmation email or text and the staff bring out your order. One negative - I really wish staff would enforce the parking spaces that are labeled for curbside pickup only. Invariably some or all of these spaces have been occupied by parked and empty cars (clearly not people doing curbside pickup orders). I got home recently after getting a pickup order and found the staff had placed an incorrect item in the order. I drove back to the store, and the manager quickly corrected the error. I also love their rewards program where you can receive $5 rewards and other perks for being a loyal customer. I recommend Total Wine for all your alcohol needs! read more

We ordered 9 cases and received 9 bottles and then Total Wine had the nerve to blame Door Dash. We ordered directly from the Total Wine website so if you farmed it out on Door Dash, that's on you. Really disappointed. Yes it got delivered but not before having to make a call, and be on hold for 5 minutes. You'd think a 9 case order would be handled with care. They are amazing, Sean is very helpful and actually helped me with getting a gin bottle, which was very good. The lady took 10 minutes to find the champagne and send a different employee out with the wrong champagne. They move so slow. The products were not labeled correctly, when I brought my merchandise to the register it rang up a different price and the cashier pretended not to hear me twice before I let her know this was not the correct price but I was not going to sit there and argue so I paid what it said. When i go to TW they have signs to buy our wines and get a percentage off your purchase. Today they had 20% off your wine purchase signs all throughout the store. After purchasing 9 bottles I checked out and did not get the discount and was referred to their web page for the restrictions. You had to buy 12 bottles of wine to get the discount. Not slow service, just downright RUDE! Asked the cashier if they had a specific wine, showed her a photo and she said they did have it. I needed 2 cases. She said they would bring it up for me. It was the wrong wine. The manager then came and got completely unhinged and I showed her the photo and she demanded I point it out to her in the store while she ranted on in a very aggressive tone. Completely put out that they brought us the wrong wine and had to get a different one. This could have been handled in a more pleasant manner but she was completely upset and apparently having a very bad day. The cashier couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The other 2 involved in the "complicated" fetching of the wine need a lesson in customer service. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere. My knowledge of wines is practically nil. If pushed to get a bottle I would probably get an inexpensive moscato. Wanted a "healthy" wine and the staff at Total Wine were amazingly helpful. Raquel, a manager, had me get Cannonav, a red wine from Sardinia. On sale so I purchased two bottles. Will see if that was a good choice. I love coming to this location. Everyone here is so helpful and very friendly. I came here looking for Corrido tequila, which they were sold out of. The associate ( I forgot his name) that was helping me suggested Suavecito tequila and offered a tasting as well. They really do know their liquor because the tequila was very smooth tasting. I ended up buying a bottle and was very pleased with it. Per their website they have over 13,000 different types of alcohol from wine, liquor and beer. I've found some really great spirits that I would have never purchased without an in store tasting. Parking is plentiful, just use the entire parking lot. If you've never been, definitely worthy of checking out just to see it's awesomeness. Pretty much everything you could want. I believe the did or still do classes. Don was very helpful and very knowledgeable about tequila specifically. Prices are as good as anywhere. Even have a humidor and a large collection of cigars. I showed up and initially had to wait for one of the 4 spots to open up. As I had already signed in for the order to be brought out to my car, I'll know better next time and will go in on my own. It's hard for me to do heavy lifting, so it's nice to have someone bring it out to my car. Also the parking has become difficult in this shopping center especially around the lunch hour. There are also reps from beers, hards and wines wanting you to sample their drinks. Love to come here to buy gifts to bring home.
