Also, if you are looking for specialty items, there is a good chance you could find it here. For instance, I've been hearing a lot about chia seeds, but I had no idea where I could find them. Lo and behold, I got a bag full here, and you can find coconut flakes, various dried fruits and nuts, specialty oils, local honey, salsas, and dressings. Synergy and kombucha is available here for a bit cheaper so that was a good find . Seafood section has good selection choices. Liquor is available and household and outdoor decorations available. There is normally only 1 checkout line open for long lines of customers. Not recommended for impatient people who selfishly complain loudly about what we are all experiencing. I don't like that we need to bring our own bags. It keeps costs down I guess. I choose to wait rather than use self-checkout. There is no discount for performing an unpaid service. We also help keep the checker employed by not bowing to corporate greed. Food quality is acceptable. So I continue to shop there.
