They have quite the operation with parking spots in their already large lot designated for carry out customers as well closer to the door. I opted to walk in from further away. Two ladies man the window ready to take orders or coordinate orders like mine that were called in. I walked in 20 minutes after placing my order but at peak hour they told me 15 more so I read a book until called to grab my fresh hot pie. I absconded with my prize to my hotel. I love St Louis style pizza. You can't find Provel anywhere near where I live in the PNW. This one has a really nice thin crust with plenty of mushrooms. I thought their sauce was a little on the sweet side. Not my favorite so far. I also came back with my coworker because he wanted a taste of St. Louis on his short stay, but he wasn't impressed either. I picked up some mushroom spaghetti on my next stop but that was also far too sweet and just okay. Sadly, for some reason pizza places seem to be closed on Sundays and Mondays which are the main days I'm in town this week for work, so I guess it's this place or Imo's this time, but I'll plan to go during Faraci's open hours next time.

I highly recommend calling in your order because wait times are guaranteed upwards of 40 minutes or more. Also this will help with parking because it's limited and tight. I always order a small pepperoni, mushroom, black olive bacon. The pizza is loaded with toppings and a small is enough for the BF and I to share comfortably. Since he has a big appetite we ordered larger and so much pizza for left overs. The pizza re-heats perfectly on top of the stove or toaster oven, haven't tried the air fryer. Its' also really good cold. The mushroom are so meaty and hearty, the bacon is perfectly crisp, you don't even have to ask, the black olives and pepperoni are perfectly balanced and the cheese is ooey, gooey under all those toppings. I love the non-conventional shape, I guess oblong in a small and rectangle in a large, sliced in squares. They are always so overly generous with their toppings and don't forget to ask for a side of parmesan cheese. They have the BEST authentic parmesan, has to be shipped directly from Italy....omgggg!!! The crust is buttery and holds up to the generous toppings. Definately a must try, located deep in North County on Parker Road

If, like me, you miss those kind of places, this spot is for you! It is not fancy. It is a great family-run restaurant. We got there at 4:40 on a Saturday. They open at 4. They were already packed. There were about 3 tables left and those quickly filled up. Everyone who worked there was grace under pressure. They were running their rears off. We had fountain Pepsi (with that great small ice), salad, toasted ravioli, and a deluxe pizza. The salad was very crisp fresh iceberg with cheese, pepperoncini, tomato wedge, and dressing. It was surprisingly good and served with a basket of crackers which was a nice touch. The toasted ravioli was average, but my husband loved the meat sauce. The pizza was a decent St. Louis style. The crust was heavier and tastier than normal. Pros: great service, price was not ridiculous, food was fresh and tasty, great ice cream Cons: Super crowded, pizza took 1 hour 20 minutes to come out.

He leans in and says, "I can put one together for you... just trust me." And listen... that was the moment I decided to surrender control and embark on a culinary adventure. As he started listing what he had in mind, my skepticism quickly turned into straight-up anticipation. It already sounded incredible--but I HAD to chime in and add tomatoes and banana peppers (because balance, obviously). What I received for $13 was not just a wrap. It was a masterpiece. This thing was PACKED--like, no-such-thing-as-skimping levels of juicy, flavorful chicken. Every bite hit. Every ingredient showed up. No fillers, no regrets.
