This particular time I ordered my usual with a mango/pineapple smoothie. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff and was informed that it was made with added protein (which I didn't request). I asked if I could exchange the smoothie for a different item and she refused to refund me my money or an exchange. She told me eBay she was trained not to give people what they asked for and trained not to give refunds or exchanges. Again I've spent so much money with this establishment and even sent close friends and family to patronize this business only to be disrespected by a rude, incompetent staff member. Never again will I spend my money with this business!
