Always love Aldi and this store is a good nearby one for me. Clean and friendly workers.

This Aldi location is always well stocked with their weekly plantie offerings. This week 6 inch ZZ for $9.99. They all appear to be very healthy with new sproutings visible. It also helped that I could comfortably hold them without paying $.25 for a shopping cart. Service is always quick here as multiple registers are usually open. While looking throughout the aisles everything appears well stocked and clutter free as well. read more

I just moved into a new community nearby and this is my first, and likely last, trip to an Aldi. It looked like the shelves weren't well stocked, boxes were all over, and it didn't have a clean feel to it even though it appears to be a brand new store. The whole gimmick of using a quarter for a cart is ridiculous all for the company to save money on overhead for courtesy clerks, but label it a sustainability cause. No one working there looked happy to be there and the manager was yelling at the only cashier working, who was checking out customers when someone dropped a glass bottle in line. This caused the lane to back up and the manager to raise his voice, questioning why he was still at that register when obviously he was finishing ringing out the customer in front of him. I'll gladly drive further to find a better grocery store in the future. read more

The older guy that goes around putting scanning & pricing everything. Stay clear of him. Poor guy seriously needs a 30 minute hug. He was scanning in front of me as I was heading to the check out line. I asked him what the if he could share what the price of something was. He started to walk away & said the prices will show up there in a few minutes.. god. - in a rather rude patronizing tone. Look I don't shop at Aldi often so *shoulder shrug* His reaction once he got the end of the isle was like a mini toddler fit. It was the oddest thing & left me a bit confused & sad. Anyways. Not a nice employee so just avoid that one. All the other guys were very kind, so 2 stars. read more

Very close to my house. The workers sometimes are not the nicest but the store is very organized. I can always go in and get everything i am looking for. I love stopping by on Wednesday's to see the new items. read more

Update - It's Monday morning I opened a banana and they have black in the center ... one on top in the photos looks like a mad face! So throwing those out as well! So that's 4 items in the trash now ;( Starting a special diet tomorrow so I shopped Aldi hoping to save some money on the produce I needed. Spent $109 ... Fresh Raspberries - bought 4 packages ... salvaged maybe a cup because they were mushy. Bananas - had to sort through piles to find any that weren't bruised. Blackberries - Aldi didn't have any. Strawberries - looked ok, but when I cleaned them the majority were rotted through the center hidden underneath the leaves. Threw them all out. Husband picked out a Rib Eye Steak. It looked really good. We grilled it this evening and it was so tough I couldn't eat it. They didn't have quite a few items I needed, so we ended up at Kroger to complete our grocery shopping. The store was fairly neat, with the exception of the clearance aisle (I think that what it is supposed to be?) The cashier was friendly and fast (told me they are timed on the checkout ... wth?) I ended up saving ZERO because I had to throw out the berries and the steak. Will definitely NOT be a return customer. read more

The staff can be impolite (you know who you are!), the brown paper bags tend to fall apart, purchased fruit sometimes arrives moldy, and lines often extend into the aisle. Once, the manager made a rude comment while I was searching for a specific bagged salad; I guess I was in his way. read more

This is my least favorite Aldi. They stock is not replenished as needed lile other stores. I needed oat milk, which I always but there, none was in the cooler. I asked an associate and they said they had not seen it in weeks.... I drove to my normal Aldi off of little elm Pkwy and they had an abundance in the cooler. That was my last time at this ALDI. I only go to my regular one now even though it's a little further from my home. read more

There are two issues here. One is the employee Emily who worked here yesterday, January 12th late afternoon. She worked the cash register and is extremely rude and disrespectful. She had no name tag to report but the receipt shows her name is Emily. So if a manager is reading this, you need to address your employee. The second issue is make sure to check your shelves for expired food. I found various items that were past the date. Thats pretty gross. read more

This is our favorite Aldi location in the area. We love trying the seasonal foods they offer. The prices are wonderful, the cashiers are always super friendly/quick, and we always find great produce there. read more

Appreciate Aldi. Small, convenient, and great prices. Excellent selection of fruits and vegetables. Just enough of a variety to get in and out quickly with what one needs/wants. But remember to bring in your own shopping bags. If you are getting lots of items be sure to check out a shopping cart out front. Also...weekly deals on one time miscellaneous items that you might find in Big Lots, etc. Might compare this to Trader Joe's size and variety but not geared toward high end items/brands. Staff was courteous and helpful in every location I have shopped. Organized and easily accessible shelves. Staff created the ambiance. read more

I bought one pack of ground beef , and there was a sticky object (wood) about one inch long , in side the meats.

Built the business listing because I love this Aldi soooo much. The place just opened in Oct 2018 so everything is new and they seem to get a lot of things that other stores don't get. I live in Providence Village and it is awesome to walk to the store or take the 2 minute drive to get the necessities. The prices are great and the house brands are wonderful. Can't say enough about the pizza, the meat lovers it about as good as it gets for a ready to bake pizza. They mostly sell staple grocery products but will sometimes have other things like gifts and such at ridiculous prices. We got an air fryer there for $30 bucks! The people that work here are go getters but are friendly enough to chat without getting too distracted. Love that Providence Village has a local in and out grocery. read more

I placed two orders the same day and the first one was delivered but I never received the second one and I reported this but no one ever called me. They emailed me forms to report it as a theft as they said it would be quicker. Have never heard back from them. read more

I cannot believe that a manager has the audacity to talk to customers in the manner that this manager talked to me today. Went in to buy a few items namely strawberries to make a strawberry shortcake and there they were front and center as soon as you walked in, "Great", I thought. Well as I looked through the selection of literally all four or five packages, only two were decent. Grabbed those two and proceeded to shop for the rest of my items. Upon checking out, the prices of the two were different. When I brought it up to the cashier she pointed out that one was organic. I wasn't aware of that when I picked them up as they were with all the others, and expressed how all the others were going bad and these were the only decent ones left. I asked if she could honor the price/price match with the less expensive package since they were placed with the rest and the rest were going bad. She said no, she can't. So I then asked if I could speak to a manager so they could resolve. This is where I would at least expect some professionalism from someone in "upper management". This young girl apparently doesn't know proper managerial skills because her attitude when she sassed me was completely out of line, when all I was trying to do was point out the above, and as a manager her job is to at the minimum; convey information without an attitude nor as a person in simply speaking to someone who's older than her. She was talking so "passionately" that she actually got loud with me as other customers started giving us stares. She then continued to try and get her point across that she couldn't give me that price just because they were in that section that she actually walked across the way to where some grapes were, picked them up and dropped them where the strawberries were and mocked me by saying "It's like saying well I want these grapes for this price because they were accidentally left here." No young lady, we're talking strawberries not apples and oranges or grapes for that matter. I plan on printing this out and mailing in to headquarters. And will also follow up with her manager. Just appalled. Zero interpersonal skills. If Allison's manager sees this, I would definitely hope that you review these guidelines with her and reference the videotape to see the grape incident that was completely uncalled for. read more

The only Aldi around that closes at 7pm all other Aldi stores close at 9 pm. Annoying

I am not a regular ALDI shopper. My friends keep telling me to check it out. I decided to check it out on my way home from work Thursday (around 5:45pm) as I needed some strawberries. The strawberries were very picked over and there were a lot with mold, etc. Understandable, they aren't in season. So, I spent about 15 min carefully picking out which ones I wanted. I picked up 6 and some organic coconut oil. I go to checkout and the cashier (female, young, shaved head, dark eyebrows) snapped at me saying "it's a limit of 4 strawberries - THERE's A SIGN" not even looking up. I replied "Oh, I didn't know. Where I got them (which was an end cap) didn't have a sign" and I pointed. She didn't even look up snatched up 2 of them and threw them to the side. I wanted to ask what I did to piss her off. Needless to say my visit was horrible and the likelihood of me returning is slim to none. I recommend the going over customer service skills with the staff. A simple "I apologize we have a limit of 4 per customer" would have been the much better approach. Perhaps let me select the 4 I wanted to keep as well. read more

Awesome place! Cheap and convenient!! We live in Aubrey and it's a 3 minutes drive. Great variety of products at great prices.
