It is located in an old large farm building that provides a nice rustic farm atmosphere. There usually isn't a huge amount of produce to choose from, but what they do have is fresh and in season. During the fall I always get my apple cider from here and they even have hot samples on site. And we especially enjoy the garlic! It's much better than what you get in the grocery store. The woman who runs it also provides many free recipe cards! If you're in the area definitely check this place out. It's great to support small family run businesses like this one. While I've never done this here, I believe they allow apple picking during the the season.

Kristen was the attendant. I'm shy, so it took me a while to finally speak up for myself--i didn't want to be rude. She told me the hotdogs were gonna take a while. She had given away the last hotdogs. I tried to ask her to check for my number to make sure it wasn't lost but she refused. Kristen dismissed me and walked to the back. She returned a few minutes later with a coworker and was laughing looking in my direction. 15 minutes later, the new batch was ready. Kristen had an order for 2 hotdogs so I was sure they were mine. But then she called order 137. We were 112. Luckily my dad intervened and said "no that's order 112." She shrugged then threw the hotdog bags at him. ??!! Insane behavior. An acknowledgement would've meant a lot, but instead it felt like I was being gaslit. I think they may have lost the ticket but she wouldn't look at my receipt to check!

The crew started cleaning up and vacuuming around us as we were still eating before close. I had a single cup of coffee, and when I asked for a refill, the waitress apologized and said they poured it out because it was getting close to closing time. Ironic, considering the amount of pro-coffee memorabilia around the restaurant. We hadn't even hit closing but pouring out the coffee while a table was still eating didn't cross anyone's mind. Strawberries - As of today, my strawberry flat is their Facebook cover photo. For $2.99/lb, it is a great price. You're getting a variety of sweet, tart, plump, large and small strawberries. They're open until 8pm so it's a fun post-work activity.
