My family and I visited this store yesterday, and I was shocked by how my mom and husband were treated. While I was looking at shoes, my mom picked up a handbag she was considering as a late Christmas gift. An associate named Veronica made an extremely rude gesture--raising her arms and mouthing to another employee, "What the hell is she doing?"--while looking directly at my mom. After my mom put the handbag down, Veronica immediately walked over to the display to "fix" it. My husband witnessed the entire interaction and confronted her, but she denied everything and responded dismissively, saying things like, "What did I do?" and "I didn't do that." My mom also saw the gesture clearly. I understand that confrontation wasn't ideal, but the associate's behavior was completely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. She never apologized and continued arguing with my husband and mom. To make matters worse, no manager stepped in to address the situation or offer an apology. In today's retail environment, where stores are closing rapidly, I would expect companies to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this interaction reflected poorly on the brand and left us with a very negative impression. read more

This location has a lovely selection and great service! It's a little hot, but the combo above makes it worth it. Aldo has great shoes which hit the trends but are comfortable and high value. I looked at the area map (staying at Caesars) and didn't find many shoe shoes offering a variety of casual and dressy women's shoes. I came to the Million Mile Shops just for Aldo and happily spent money at 3 other places. read more

Went to this store during a recent trip, understandably so because of COVID their store is only allowing a small amount of people. Ok cool on that one but how about they have a sign posted on the door that's says closed for break and sanitation - but it's been up here with the door closed and locked for over 2 hours . You are in a mall that REQUIRES you to be open. Just another example of poor customer service. I guess the smiley face was supposed to make it ok. read more

This review is for the Aldo Accessories store at Miracle Mile. It's a small, cute shop with many different options for accessories- necklaces, bracelets, rings, handbags, you name it, they've got it. I in particular was on the hunt for a statement necklace, and found a perfect, silver, chain necklace that wasn't too over-the-top, not to mention a decent price tag (under $30). I also picked up a collar necklace as well as a layered necklace. The salesperson was nice- very friendly and non-pretentious, an important quality for me. One of the necklaces that I purchased was rung up at $5 more than the tag read, and she provided me with a refund promptly and efficiently, no questions asked. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to find such great prices in Vegas, as this is not something that I come to expect in a city built around tourism. Aldo could have easily marked up way more than as typical for the location they were in. The fact that they didn't makes me happy, and I now have some beautiful, fashionable, happy memories to take home with me and remind me of my vacation. read more

I don't usually write about franchised all over the place store, but I know i HAVE to write one for this Aldo shoe store. I don't recall the last time I was this satisfied shopping. I guess Aldo's shoe sizes varies a lot with the different styles. My sister went and tried on at least 10 pairs of shoes (that means the store person walked in and out at least 8 times). She ended up not wanting anything. The store person was very nice and didn't give attitude at all. I then saw 2 pairs that I want. While i'm usually size 7 (or 37).. I ended up trying on 37,38, and a pair of 39. She didn't lose her patience at all. I am totally going back for more Aldo shopping if I ever go back to Vegas! read more

I had to gone to the store on Monday and they were closed and I came back on Tuesday and saw they were open but was still unsure as there were no customers so I asked an employee and she opened her hands and pointed around as if saying "what does it look like" and when I asked werent you guys closed on yesterday she gave me attitude and said yes were closed on all Monday's. Last week I got to browse around for a bit at Aldo in the Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas while the hubby gambled nearby in Planet Hollywood. This store is actually smaller than the one I'm used to in Sacramento's Arden Mall. They have a small selection of men's and women's shoes and accessories. I have small feet and they rarely have my shoe size so most of the time the store always end up ordering them for me online. Low and behold my luck changed....not only did I find a pair of black booties that were super cute, they actually had my size in stock. The cashier (an employee with the initial "J") told me that there were no discounts since the pair of shoes I wanted were part of their newer selection that just came in but I didn't mind since I couldn't really pass it up. He was nice enough though to give me a VIP sign up discount at 10% to help save me a little bit of money. Kudos to "J" for going above and beyond on this particular sale. The manager was beyond rude! My husband and I went in order to return some a pair of shoes since they were too small and tried a bigger size. The manager refused to make the return because I bought the shoes in another store. She told us that would mess with her inventory. I replied that all shoes can be returned in any store as long as you have the ticket. She still refused and asked us to leave. I could not believe it. read more
