Do not order from this company! I have had the worst customer service experience regarding my Aleko automatic gate opener. The product was ordered in Nov of 2018 so I could take advantage of their holiday sale. The product sat in a box while we waited for a contractor to install it. The product was installed by a licensed electrician in May of 2019. It was broken out of the box. One of the arms was not functioning and the mother board was fried. Aleko required us to take a video of the product not working which we did, with the help of the electrician. Aleko then sent in new parts. After new parts were installed, the other arm stopped working and the key fabs still were unable to be programmed. Aleko would not offer a solution. After many emails back and forth we hired another company to remove their horrible product and install a different brand. Aleko now refuses to refund their product. Very disappointed in the service I received while trying to rectify my order. I need a mounting bracket to install my awning. I have called now 4 times and the awning is assembled and ond the patio. Its more like a rug than an awning. The 1st call I made I was assured that the order for my replacement mounting brackets were ordered. Come to find out they never had my address so I called again and a moron who I assume never finished high school tried to help me got frustrated and hung up. Aleko boats are glued seams, which should last few years at the least. After my first use my boat started leaking at the seem. See video. This is all after I spent money on outboard motor, gas tank, gas line assembly, life wests, anchor, trailer, registration, etc.. ok boat is leaking, not a huge deal except I bought all this in time for a fun day on the lake for my son's birthday which is now ruined because the boat is sitting there and Aleko refuses to answer emails, calls, and text. Before I bought the boat they were quick to answer... Now I am being ignored. Basically I threw away $1300. If I can get some help on the issue I will delete my review. read more

Purchased dual swing gate opener gg1700 with solar panel kit. Received a non working control panel, as well as missing parts. Called customer service got voicemail... Finally got ahold of them they sent out a replacement control board, and said they would send the missing parts. 2weeks later received the replacement board... Again it did not work.... Rinse and repeat they sent me another (customer service guy said it happens a lot) This one finally worked... Still did not received the missing parts.... Gate opener ran great for 2 weeks... The one of the opener arms stripped its gears. Called customer service today and got voicemail again..... Will be returning this product for a refund... Cheap parts cheaply put together... Poorly translated documentation that isn't complete. I bought their strongest opener thinking it would last longer. My gate weighs half what the opener is supposably rated for. Worse place ever. I bought a damaged box lawn mower. I was told it was just a damaged box. When I got home to put it together. The parts didn't line up and a bolt was missing to put the wheel on. I went to an parts store bought a bolt to put in there. The first pass of the lawn the tire fell off and handle broke. This is the worst place. I spent money on this item for me to have to buy a new mower. On top of all of this when I got the receipt the lady next to the one helping me made sure it didn't have a price on it. Thank YOU, Aleko Gates! Great product! I was so sick and tired of repairing my Mighty Mule 500 opener. Constantly putting in new $250 circuit boards. Glad I found Aleko! My new GG850 was easy to install on the MM brackets; I just added your Post Pivot Bracket to the bottom of the Mighty Mule post bracket after positioning the MM bracket to the side. Then I had to very slightly drill out the MM gate bracket hole to take your thicker clevis pin. The new Aleko arm went on in 20 minutes at most. It would take 10 now that I know just what to do. Then I mounted your box and hooked up the wiring in a short time. It was great not to have to change the gate mounts. I appreciate your customer care; I know I asked a LOT of questions. You provided all the right answers to set it up to work so smoothly. Your opener is much more powerful on my heavy 12 foot iron gate. It is quieter. It swings MUCH more smoothly. The remote has greater range. Best of all...your ENTIRE GATE PACKAGE is only $100 more than JUST THE MIGHTY MULE circuit board. (I have three dead MM boards in the garage right now.) I wish I had found Aleko sooner. read more

I purchased a 550 watt wind turbine (WG550) It came with a 12 month warranty. About 8 months later the main turbine bearing seized and basically destroyed everything except the blades and the tail. They requested pictures and I sent them. Customer service told me "since the wind turbine worked for 8 months the problem was not a factory defect, therefore it was not covered under the 12 month warranty. buyer beware!!! read more

I ordered from them online. Their motorized exterior awning comes with an electric motor that is not designed for exterior use and includes warnings in the box that the motor should not be exposed to moisture or humidity. This is in direct contradiction to Aleko's marketing of this product for exterior use in the rain. I contact Aleko on 3/17 while installing this, as of 3/21 they have not responded. Also, the instructions are horrible - there are zero instructions for how to install the electric motor and some of the instructions for assembling the awning frame are incorrect. Stay away from this product and stay away from Aleko - they misrepresent their products and don't respond in a timely manner to problems. read more

Here's the deal, quality product for the price, no doubt... if you can get the correct items undamaged. I needed 2 outdoor kennels to house goats fast, so I ordered off Amazon prime. Great. That was early March, it's now May. I still don't have 2 functional kennels. I was able to scavenge parts from the two sets to make one function kennel. Took 30 minutes to hold for customer service, 30 emails, 30 minutes again, 3 week wait... to get the wrong replacement parts. 30 minutes again on the phone, a few emails... 3 weeks and still waiting. So a total of 2 months now and I still don't have what I purchased. What I paid MORE for on Amazon than the manufacturers site so I could have them promptly. Here's the real shame, the set I have is NICE! If this company could get their quality control together and speed up their customer service process when parts are damaged... I would give 5 stars all day long. read more

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with on the internet! We ordered a gate system with all the components etc. on October 26, 2016. Wrought Iron Gates were shipped in a plywood crate and received minor damage. Wrought Iron Fence Panels were shipped in cardboard boxes and were received all dinged up one severely damaged. This company won't reship until trucking company reimburses them. We waited until February of 2017 for reshipment and then that one was damaged as well, and then they expected that we should wait another ? Keypad was never shipped! They won't answer their phones, they won't return calls, when you finally get through you get left on hold until you finally give up and hang up, my February 1, 2017, phone bill had 2 columns of phone calls to this companies multiple numbers. On February 10, 2017, we finally managed to speak to someone named Sergei who laughed at me when I asked him if I needed to call my credit card company to try to get some resolve with them, and his response to me was, "I think you should do whatever makes you happy." as he laughed at me. At that, we knew we were never going to get resolve with this company and I hung the phone up and called my credit card company and filed a complaint against them, and as of April 24, 2017, the credit card company found that we had made every possible effort to find resolve with this company prior to contacting them and awarded a reimbursement in our favor. read more

After searching on Craigslist, I found a foldable aluminum style ladder with a height of 11+ feet advertised at Aleko Products in Kent, WA. I went to their store location, checked out this ladder and purchased it for $60 less a discount for agreeing to submit a business review. Purchased driveway sensor and it stopped working 6 months later. Have emailed and left messages and no one at Aleko will respond. Now I have to dig up the sensor and find another one that will work with their gate system and rewire. This will actually take a day to complete. While reading the reviews its going to sound like a broken record. Piss poor customer service both on the phone and in person. I placed a order online for an Awning and Patio Furniture. got a email stating my order was ready for pick up. I replied to the email asking for hours of operation and location. Quick response back with that I thought " cool ". same hours as my work schedule but try to make it happen. I called to let them know I was going to head down and grab my stuff, I was on hold for 20 min. someone must of got tired of hearing the phone ring back and answered ( not the girl that was looking for my order) the guy took 2 min. to tell me "yes" your order is here ready for pick up. got off work a little early to try and make it down to grab my stuff an additional 20 mins. later the girl I talked to first called me back and said I think we got disconnected? I told her no after 20 mins. someone else grabbed the phone and told me its ready for pick up ( so I would have been on hold for 40+ mins ? but traffic did not allow me to do so. I called the next day to see if it could be delivered. I was told no then yes for $ 236. I told them I would pick it up. I went there the following Saturday to pick up my order. went up front they repeated my order to me and told me to go to bay 5. I waited for my turn to load up and the guy comes out to tell me that the patio furniture was not there !!! ok so 1 email and 3 different phone conversations later telling me my order was ready for pick up and its not there... I then told the guy that they will deliver it to me at no charge he said we do not do that, I said you will for the waste of time I have into this. he went inside to ask someone and returned to tell me YES it will be delivered Tuesday 5/28. cool except it was NOT delivered. when I called to find out what was going on I was told their was a tracking issue. I asked when I could expect my already paid for item I was told they had to find out what is going on and would call me. fast forward 3 plus hours I call back to be told the person handling this had gone home. I asked to have a Manager call me... Yeah that did not happen. Wednesday I call back around 11 a.m. put on hold for 10 min. or so and was told it ws most likely going to be drop shipped to me. I asked when the answer was I don't know. I asked again to speak with a manager and she said she was the Customer Service Manager or (lack of customer service manager) I expressed my feelings about the way it was handled she said I will look into it right away and call you back. fast forward 3 more hours and still no phone call I called my card provider and explained the situation and told them I wanted a full refund before calling these ass clowns and get more and more excuses and finger pointing and its always someone else's fault. OWN THE FACT THAT NONE OF YOU HAVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR EVEN GIVE 2 DRIPS OF SHIT ABOUT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS. The only way I would ever come back to this company is for their GOIMG OUT OF BUSINESS SALE. which I hope is soon. read more

So far Aleko customer service is the problem. I called and asked for specific instructions on roller attachment as the Single gate/Sliding gate instruction manual states that the post should be in the ground 3 feet 1.2 inches from the gate bottom. So we subtracted the 4 inches for the wheel and installed our post a little taller than specified in instructions. We put 2 feet 8 inches in the ground, leaving 5 foot 4 inches above ground. This is 1 inch higher than the instruction manual called for. We installed our concrete at the time of post install. The gate is 7 inches too tall at the center for the rollers which were installed per instructions via email from Irena at Aleko. I was told the wheel are too big, the rollers to low, the posts were installed wrong. The wheels came from Aleko, the rollers installed to their specs and posts exactly as measured in the assembly manual. They were not willing to do a thing to fix the issue. Then I pointed out that the limit switch magnet that is supposed to attach to their extension bar does not fit anywhere. Of coourse not, it needs to retrofitted to work. Another design flaw......... Sadly enough, before dealing with the poor instructions and customer service, we had 3 neighbors that were going to buy this same set up. read more

The crate the gate came in had a small hole in it. Delivery was signed for as the driver requested it. The crate was not opened when delivered due to excessive heat. When the crate was opened it was found the gate was damaged. Whatever poked that small hole bent 3 of the iron posts that make up the gate. When I contacted Aleko they advised me that when I signed for delivery I absolved them of any recourse on damages. Another words if you sign for delivery uninspected you bought it. If I could give negative stars that would still be too many. Garbage customer service, garbage delivery and a bunch of liars. I purchased 3 cases of spindle from them and they say 24-48 hours processing and 3-5 days shipping, LIES!! After 6 days I checked the tracking and it said it hasn't shipped yet. Called there "customer service" and they told me it was still in the warehouse. After I told them to cancel my order they told me it was too late because it was shipped, perfect, but impossible seeing that fedex had not received the merchandise yet hmmm. I received the item 6 days after that for a total of 12 days. But the intelligent personal working there try to convince me that it is still in the timeframe they claim to deliver in.
