Had my carpet cleaned by Elmer Nov 11. He did 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs from the main level to 2nd floor, stairs from main level to basement, and the basement. He was very efficient. He made sure to ask me to check that everything looked good before he moved on to another area. Home smells good and the carpets deep cleaned! He is very respectful of the space (took shoes off and wiped hardwood floor when some of the cleaning liquids dripped). 10/10 would recommend and I also plan on reaching out to him for other handyman services! read more

Elmer and his wife are amazing. I was looking for a home cleaning but all other companies were asking WAY more than I could afford. Elmer responded quickly with a REASONABLE price. Not only were him and his wife extremely thurow but also accommodating and friendly. I asked to get my carpet cleaned last minute and Elmer said no problem (this was extra,but worth it). Elmer was excellent! He came into what was a tough job and did brilliantly. Am so pleased that I've hired them to clean our home regularly.

Overall, I enjoyed their service. They responded quickly and I was able to schedule with them for a few days out on the same day that I contacted them. The products they use smell so good! They were kind, affordable, and moved pretty quickly. The oven was spotless. They even cleaned my toaster oven that I was planning to throw away, but now I've decided to keep because of how clean it is. They went above and beyond for a regular cleaning. They also asked me to look at everything before they left. I forgot to ask them to wipe down the baseboards and also realized that in some areas they cleaned, they forgot to clean behind things (such as behind a lamp). However, I'll be sure to ask for those things next time. I would use them again for routine cleaning of my home. read more

Elmer's wife Lucy came to clean our house very last minute because our primary cleaner had to cancel on us last minute. Long story short, we are now using Lucy as our regular cleaner because of how great she did. I have very high standards when it comes to "clean," and I mean that. It can be annoy at times, but Lucy might have me beat on cleaning standards based on what I saw. I came home while Lucy was finishing up and was shocked at how clean things were. Not only did she tidy and clean any and every where she could, you could tell she scrubbed stubborn areas to make sure they were spotless. For example, I have a 1 year old daughter who likes to make a mess with her food every mealtime and the tile underneath her chair can be tough to clean because fruits and vegetables tend to stick. Spotless. She even cleaned her chair. Not only was our house cleaner and neater than I've seen it before, Lucy was 5 minutes early to our scheduled time (rare for cleaners based on what I've experienced), and extremely sweet. Our daughter even took a liking to her and wouldn't stop smiling and waving at her. Anyway, I don't normally post reviews but I felt the need to in this case. We set up an appointment and the guy no showed. I called him several times and he finally picked up the phone. He just simply said "I didn't want to do it at the time after all" and "let's set up a different time". I told him I'd try and figure one out, found some time and called again. I strongly recommend hiring Elmer. He responded quickly and came on time. He cleaned the carpet so well, with attention to detail (the corners that are hard to clean). He brought all of his own equipment. What impressed me most of all are two things. When he left, water drizzled on the floor, and he went down on the floor to wipe it dry. I've hired many people to help me with house matters, and he is the only person who cares about leaving the area spotless when he leaves. Second, when it rained the day after he cleaned my carpet, he offered to come with a dryer to dry my carpet (because air dry wouldn't work). This is another level of service. We booked him for a move-in carpet cleaning of 1,400+ sq ft of carpet in our new home when he quoted us at the lowest cost, and he took special care to wash every room and stairwell step. There were some old stains that refused to budge but he spent extra time trying to get them out. The house smelled amazing when he was finished.
