This was my first time ever shopping with Alex and Ani I love that they partnered with an Autism organization so my.shopping had a purpose. The bracelets have energy in them and a spiritual background. I purchased the gold "Godspeed" bracelet and Danai was amazing she assisted me with learning my soul number and giving me the ins and outs of the products available. The store is small but super cute. Products are affordable and you can pair them together or wear them singular. They have something for everyone including beautiful birthstones or pieces to keep a loved one nearby. I'll be back for sure. read more

I have been back to this location many times just based on the customer service at this location. About a month ago was my first visit I was walking through the mall and this little cute store caught my attention. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady named Nicole, she asked had I ever been in Alex and Ani before I told her I had not she told me a little about the store and told me one of the things she loved about her company was all the charitable work they do said it gave her pride to be apart of a great company. She showed me the station where you could build a necklace and even showed me a few ways to assemble them. I purchased one of the necklaces and 5 charms for them, she noticed when my husband opened his wallet he was a veteran she thanked him for his service and provided a military discount, my husband was so blown away he ended up building a necklace for his mom with 5 charms. The other girls were nice and greeted me when I passed them and also told me to have a nice day. The other times I've been the experience was just as great! My last visit was on July 4th my husband and daughter wanted to get me some stuff for my birthday the store was busier than the last time I was in there I was greeted and advised they would be right with me and invited me to have a cupcake while I waited and browsed. I waited maybe 2 minutes and Nicole greeted me and welcomed me back to the store. She asked did I know what I wanted or would I like some suggestions. I advised I knew what I was looking for. I advised my husband and daughter was buying me gifts for my birthday she lit up and said happy birthday! I found one of the 2 necklaces I was looking for, Nicole advised the celestial necklaces sold out fast but she would be happy to call around and see if another store had it and ask them to hold it. After the 2nd store she found it and asked them to hold it and she rang us out for the necklace. Nicole and another girl with curly blonde-ish hair thanked us for stopping in. The things I love about this location is they don't pressure you or hound you the whole time your in the store. All the sales ladies and friendly and greet you when you come in. They take the time to as I say it "make a 5 minute friend" while they are helping you This is my go to store, I have purchased many things and will continue to purchase From this location. If the sales gal Nicole is not a manager she should be with the pride she takes in her job my goal is to rock as many bracelet that she has! Oh last thing she could even tell me what each bangle was and her charity ones the charity and who benefits! Great job Alex and Ani at the Venetian!!! read more

I didn't know that Alex and Ani was also brick and mortar! I love these bracelets so much and it was cool to see what a flagship looks like. The staff is helpful and knowledgable about the bracelet meanings without having to use any references. It's also good to see what is available outside of department stores. This place is in a corner of the shops at the Venetian -- which can be extremely overwhelming -- but if you're in the neighborhood and love the jewelry, I would recommend stopping by! read more

I came into this store because I simply could not stop eyeballing it while having dinner at the Canaletto. I had always seen Alex and Ani bracelets on other women but always questioned if they would fit my childlike wrists so I approached a women and asked some questions. She seriously was the nicest and most helpful saleswomen ever. She assured me that the bracelets would fit my wrist perfectly because they are made with recycled metal and that's actually pretty cool in itself. So because it was Vegas and I wanted to remember this occasion, I bought the Las Vegas bracelet that you can only get in Las Vegas so that made it even more special. Also if I was engaged or married I would have partaken in the 5$ off Yelp coupon for the Irish symbol with the hands and heart. But I was more than happy with my purchase! read more

This is my favorite Alex &Ani location I've been to. Some are really dark inside, but this one is very bright, making it feel more high-end. I also have had the experience at other locations, that they are really just hustling me to make commission, but I don't feel that here. At this location, I can take as much time as I want browsing, without having a worry as to whether a sales associate is breathing down my mech and eye balling me during the duration of my shopping experience. Very professional staff, and great atmosphere inside. Good job! read more

This review is solely for D'Vonte! He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. My boyfriend and I stopped in here and were looking for a bracelet for my sister while visiting Las Vegas and not one person in the store offered us help EXCEPT for him, and there were many people working on the floor the day we came in. He was so personable and talked with us, and showed us so many options and absolutely elevated what great customer service really means! Coming from someone whose been in the corporate customer service field, I would hire him onto a management team any day, and was very surprised to hear he was not the manager. I love Alex and Ani the brand their pieces everything. This location however... I'm not so impressed with. The girls were really rude. New pieces are being released this week for their spring collection and when I asked when they'd start being sold the lady gave me a tomorrow or the next day for an answer. Which for me was a really crappy answer in a sales/customer service job. I live in Summerlin literally on the mountain. So I'm not going to drive all the way to the strip again without an exact date. I've never experienced this at any other location so I'm giving them 4 stars. read more

I always wanted Alex and Ani bracelets and never had any until my vacation. When walking through my hotel I noticed this store and I had to come inside to look. When looking inside I got so happy and the girl who helped was very helpful. I went in with a friend and we looked all over the store and had her take out so many different bracelets. I ended up buying 6 bracelets! I got the lotus flower, paths to life, the hanging feather, star of Venus, the eye of Horus and a best friend charm for me and my best friend. I went into this Alex and Ani just browsing. I ended up selecting bracelets with no help from any sales associates. Only one girl was working, but couldn't help me because she was with a customer. I went up to a woman with red hair and asked how much a bracelet was. She quickly answered then walked away to do absolutely nothing. 3 sales persons were standing around doing nothing but talking, and I was left in the middle of the store holding my bracelets in hand. I ended up not buying anything, and put back the bracelets I selected because nobody helped me. I love Alex and Ani bracelets, but this experience was very disappointing. read more

On April 28, 2018, I participated in the Autism 5K walk at Town Square, Las Vegas, NV. I stopped by your booth and absolutely fell in love with the puzzle piece bracelet. I came to Las Vegas for my bachelorette party and after all the shenanigans we decided to do some window shopping and stopped in this shop. The sales people were all so friendly and knowledgeable. I saw the Las Vegas charm bracelet and thought it would make a perfect gift for all my girlfriends as a thank you for my fun bachelorette weekend. I pulled the sales woman aside (i wish i knew her name) and ask if it would be possible to buy 6 bracelets without any of them knowing. We pulled it off with out a hitch. And it was so worth seeing the looks on their faces when I presented it to them later at dinner.
