Rafael's Barber Shop made me feel like I'm at home. The staff are very open and friendly to any ideas I want regarding a haircut. If they feel something wouldn't be suitable for my face or head shape, they give me a suggestion but are perfectly willing to cut my hair how I wanted it. When I first was trimming my beard, they cut it 4 times until I was happy with the length. Plus their products perfectly hold my hair in place and if I need a quick touch up before a work event, they're more than willing to help. I even brought one of my friends who had trust issues with barbers and stylists due to bad experiences. He walked out feeling like a new man with a strong sense of confidence in his new appearance. Each session they also use warm shaving cream and straight razor to ensure you have the closest shave possible and finish it off with a steaming hot towel to finish up the job.
