Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. I am truly disappointed by this lack of professionalism. Looking back, it was my mistake for not paying closer attention to their existing 1-star reviews as it's clear that going silent on potential clients is a recurring theme for this business. LA Fence, please teach your employees the basic courtesy of responding to people. Potential customers, do yourself a favor and find yourself another contractor.
