A few days later after building our fence we needed more slats to go into a metal gate we had custom built. Went back and they charged us 3 x times more for the slats that we had just bought??? We bought them because we wanted to have the exact same vinyl slats. I did feel they knew that and price gouged us. After we arrived home we found they gave us 4 of a different type of vinyl slats. ( similar in color to what we had previously bought except the TG was rounded) pics attached. We had paid more to get the same exact slats so we took them back to exchange. The guys that worked there would not exchange them they said they were exactly the same even though we showed them they were rounded while ours were square, so the different ones we a little off in color and the spaces between were larger because of the rounded edges ( we took a piece of the first slats we bought for comparison. We asked for a manager. Because they were all Armenian we did not understand what they were saying, but then 2 other guys came over and said they were exactly the same. What? How? you can clearly see they were not. They were similar but not the same. ( now it doesn't matter to me they were Armenian cause every race religion etc is great. I'm mixed myself. I only mentioned it because we couldn't understand what they were saying to each other before they came over to tell us they were the same. I feel he was telling them to say it was the same. But I digress I didn't understand what he really said.) We did not want to leave without the correct slats and kept telling them we paid more just to get the same slats we already bought from them. We were finally able to get the correct ones when we mentioned it was only 4 pcs. Hallelujah!! Thank you. Finally. I do worry for people that this may happen to if they give you more than a few wrong pcs so I am advising you check each one if ordering from this company. I also want to mention we had previously requested a quote from this company to install the gate But one day they gave us a quote and when we called back a week later to set up the install they quoted us $2000 MORE than the previous quote. The quote went from $5400 to ?7340. When asked why? their response was that's their price???? This was for just a 20 ft fence. Anywho, we're all free to have a company do work or not and we decided to go with another company. But thought this was also worth mentioning. I am writing this review to advise people who are looking into this company to do vinyl fencing, be careful and do your due diligence. Their sales practice is not on the up and up. I hope the owners of the company read this and fix things with their employees.

Hello I left a post a few days ago and now after…read moreinspections, the 2 gates they installed next to each other have the same keys, so on top of that the bottom of the gate that was installed the wrong direction ( Was designed in the print from me to both go in, not out) also the gate has a large GAP on the bottom when closed so a thief can look right in the back yard. Again called them up and talked to GREG the rude guy and explained the extra problems we found and he Black mailed me to change my review or they will not come over and fix all problems the install team created, Total Pirates in the fence business, Who does that to customers? Zero customer service quality. Wiil have ALL COUNTIES FENCE fix all the problems and mistakes, they do a much better quality of Fence and Service. They are better priced also.

For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons. I met Joel and he examined our front/back yards. He gave an excellent and fair estimate that would fix the drainage problems. Another project we had was to remedy an efflorescence-stained faux rock wall resulting from an ill-designed waterfall feature put in by the previous owner of the house in the front entry atrium. Otelio, the Veliz Masonry owner, contacted the manufacturer of the faux rock wall and discovered a staining method that could be used to bring back the original colors and luster of the damaged wall (see photos). They did an absolutely wonderful job of restoring the wall to its original beauty and we couldn't be happier with the results, which exceeded our highest expectations. Finally we had Veliz remove about 120 lineal feet of loose or damaged brick capstone off of retaining walls in our back yard and replace them with a high end Sonorastone flat wall cap (see photo). Again, Otelio and crew did a masterful job of installation to greatly enhance the beauty of our backyard. Otelio, his sons Manny and Diego, and his brother Gerry, were the crew who did all of the work. They performed in a highly professional manner and paid attention to every detail to ensure a super high quality job. Prior the starting the work they meticulously prepped the work area to protect against damage and were very conscientious about cleanup as the work progressed. They kept to the work schedule, showing up on time each day and putting in a full day's work with excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. It's refreshing (and rare) to find such a great contractor that is so attuned to the customer's needs. Veliz Masonry is the real deal and are honest, courteous, hard-working and very talented in their trade, providing a superior product at a fair price. If you're looking for a five-star masonry contractor I highly recommend you give them a call.

The results at the end of the project were exactly what we had envisioned - it's super clean, smooth, and exceptionally well done. What really made them stand out from all of the other quotes we received for this project was the very detailed quote, the quality of work we could see in their previous jobs (yelp reviews), and most of all the quick responses/communication. They didn't just remove my old concrete and pour new, they actually helped move and adjust parts of my sprinkler system in multiple locations so that not only would it not get damaged, but would be accessible when I need to repair/move it in the future. That level of care and attention to detail isn't something you will find with every company, and I really valued it. They worked efficiently, always arrived on schedule, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, so I was informed at every step of the way of what was happening, and what to expect. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up like they were never here, except of course for the beautiful new concrete. The quality of their work is genuinely top-notch. They take pride in their craftsmanship and it shows. Honestly, they were worth every penny of the contract, and I'm thoroughly glad I went with them. ASK FOR TOM!!!! If you're looking to transform your yard and want someone who will truly care about your project, your home, and your peace of mind--ask for Tom. Working with Tom and his team was a fantastic experience. Our project was large and meaningful, and we wanted someone who delivered quality work with honesty, communication, and heart. That's exactly what we found in Tom. From day one, Tom was kind, patient, and thorough. He walked us through the entire process and stayed communicative the whole way. Anytime we had a question or concern, Tom responded quickly and made sure we felt confident in the work being done. His approach gave us peace of mind from start to finish. Scope of Work & Cost Breakdown: The project transformed our front yard, which was previously an eyesore. Our original layout was quoted at $60,000, and included: A privacy wall with vinyl fencing A modern patio with pavers Turf with stepping stones Decomposed granite (DG) with cactus plants and a riverbed Extending the driveway with decorative rock Replacing an old side gate with vinyl fencing I really wanted to extend the driveway with reinforced concrete, and Tom made that happen without charging extra. Another company quoted us $50,000 for a similar project, but that didn't include the concrete driveway. Tom wasn't the cheapest, but his pricing was competitive--and honestly, you get what you pay for. The workmanship and service made the difference. Later, I decided on a more modern and secure look. I asked Tom to replace part of the vinyl fencing with custom high-quality aluminum privacy panels and gates. Tom made it happen. The custom aluminum and installation came out to about $22,000--pricey, but we understood it was custom fabricated and built to last. Tom also included an additional vinyl side gate for backyard access at no extra charge. The total project cost was $82,000, and looking at the finished result, we feel it was a solid investment in our home's beauty, functionality, and value. Quality of Work & Experience: Tom's crew was professional, courteous, and had great attitudes throughout. They worked fast but never cut corners. The project was completed on time, and the quality speaks for itself. They were respectful of our property. Even though the entire front yard was their workspace, they kept things tidy and protected the surrounding areas. One thing that really stood out: Tom went above and beyond with the backyard. Although it wasn't part of the job, he took the initiative to clear out a lot of overgrown weeds--something he didn't have to do. That's the kind of person Tom is: thoughtful and customer-focused. Now when I pull up to our home, I feel proud of the space we've created. It's no longer an eyesore but a part of our home we love sharing with others. We've even had neighbors stop by and compliment the front yard. Professionalism & Communication: Tom was transparent about the overall project costs and clearly explained where the bulk of the money was going. While we didn't break down every single material and labor cost, we had a good sense of the major components and felt we were treated fairly. Living in a new build community, we've had so many construction salespeople stop by over the years offering landscaping services. We remodeled our backyard a few years ago since it was just dirt, but with prices being what they are, we kept putting off the front yard as it was the standard bushes and pebbles layout. Even though we regularly get offers for free estimates, we usually pass. Last week we finally decided it was time to seriously look into it and get a few quotes. That's when we met Jayden and Yator -- and we're so glad we did. From the start, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted. When they asked about my vision, I honestly didn't have much beyond "modern, very low maintenance, and not too much turf." Somehow, they took those few ideas and within about 30 minutes created a beautiful rendering that completely brought it to life. It was one of those "wow, that's exactly it" moments. Even though we weren't planning to commit that day, we felt so confident in their vision and professionalism that we signed the contract right then and there. Work started the very next day. We had another company do some work on our backyard and left us with unfinished projects and projects that were not done correctly: retaining wall, patio cover, pavers and a railing. We also wanted to add an area for a hot tub. I was told you couldn't put a hot tub on pavers from a previous contractor so we were going to have a cement slab put in. Ari came out and recommended doing pavers to match the other areas. I am so happy that he recommended this and they were able to execute. It is gorgeous and so much better then the other option. Palm construction also replaced the patio cover and the railing--this new railing is more in line with my vision--both an amazing improvement. They also sealed the pavers from the previous project and fixed the retaining wall so the stucco looks beautiful and is waterproofed the other side too. In addition, we had to have the stairs redone in the backyard because we needed an additional step from one level to the next. I was really happy with the look of the previous stairs but these new stairs are even nicer. We couldn't be happier with the end results! I would say that the whole process is very professional. This is a team that really cares about the quality of their work. Of course, the whole process ran so smoothly with Ari managing everything. He is always quick to respond to messages, he gives an update every night about what and who to expect the next day. It really felt like we were in good hands and we didn't have anything to worry about. Roy did a great job handling the whole house electrical rewiring. Not only was Roy attentive to my needs, he is very kind and understanding. They also put in recessed lights and the whole house looks new. Shai did a bathroom remodel. He was the greatest person to work with. Professional, fun and creative. Nick make sure the employees were following the agreement we had and at the end of the work Nick and I did the final inspection to verify there was no issue . I hired this company for a basic home renovation project and it turned into a nightmare. From the start, they bombarded me with aggressive telemarketing calls. I should've seen that as a red flag. Their "free estimate" came in at double what other contractors quoted me, but they pressured me hard into signing. I regret giving them any information, because after that, I started getting non-stop spam calls clearly they sold my data. The work they did was sloppy, delayed, and way over budget. When I questioned the charges, they gave vague answers and blamed "unexpected costs." I had to bring in another company to fix their mess. Save yourself the stress--do not trust this company. This was my second project with Palm Construction after four months. The first project was a vinyl fence in my backyard. This one consisted of the entire front yard being renovated. All I can say is that "IT WAS TIME." Once again Roy Yoffe was the representative, who took care of my family and I with the project. Palm Construction, and Elay really went above and beyond for us. We needed an old wood fence replaced and they came up with a design using Trex that looks awesome. They came out the very next day and took the old one down and installed the new one. Had a problem with the spacing but they took care of it a couple of days later.
