I met with Dr. Sesi and immediately liked him. He was kind and friendly with my son, spent time explaining the reasoning behind the tubes, and I left feeling confident in his recommendation for the procedure. After our 5th ear infection a week or so after our first appointment, we scheduled the procedure to take place at LCOM hospital right across the street. Everything went amazingly well, there was good communication throughout pre and post op, and my son's ears look great. Others below have mentioned that the texting as the main form of communication with the office is an issue, but I didn't have any problems. If I didn't hear back about a question, I followed up and didn't have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Everyone I dealt with from surgery scheduling to Dr. Sesi's assistant was extremely nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Sesi if you have little ones in need of ear tubes.

He looked in my mouth, peeked up my nose with his little light, gave me a hearing test and told me I was fine with no explanation of why I was having these issues or any advice on how to deal with them. That was over a year ago. I've still been dealing with these issues so I finally went to another ENT to hopefully get some answers. This Dr. listened to me, asked a lot of questions and then put a camera up my nose and down to my throat. It turns out I have a deviated septum. It's not uncommon and is treatable. If Dr Low would've did his job he would've found this a long time ago. Thanks for wasting my time.

Each time I have visited, he abruptly leaves and I never know if he's coming back or not. I wait 10-15 mins before popping my head out to see that he's seeing another patient. I had surgery done on my nose for breathing issues and he actually messed up my eye and I had a leaky eye, which means it looked like one of my eyes Was always tearing up. It was horrible. I had to spend a lot of time and money going to an eye surgeon to get that issue fixed. The issue was caused by Dr. Lo, but he didn't want to take any ownership and advised me to go to an eye surgeon for treatment. How convenient, you do the damage and then pass me off to someone else. Would not recommend this doctor!

I'd been so impressed with her that I commented on her clarity and empathy and she explained having had medical problems as a child that gave her perspective that guided her interactions with patients.
