From the moment I stepped up to the front desk and was greeted by Kristine,I got a good feeling that my experience was going to be a good one,then moving on and greeted by Anthony he was very nice and made me fill relaxed taking me into the doctor office to get set up then there was Dr Mathur on the first visit she was very nice and listened to my issues and concerns and give great feedback and options for my issue on my second visit there was PA Desai again very nice informative and listened and gave good feedback,now to actual day of my procedure again Dr.Mathur who had a very long name without rush explained the procedure calmly before and during the whole procedure explained in detail which what the next step was going to be and I had a slight worry before hand,but all went more than well,I would 100% refer anyone to this facility without any doughts.. Out of 1 to 10 with 10 being positive experience they get a 15 off the charts rating to add to that my wife sat in on the procedure it was unsettling to her looking at it on a large screen but it gave her assurance as to what was actually happening without having to take notes which she usually does to get all the facts on paper. read more

I had a sinus infection and chronic ear pressure issues so I made an appt to see the ENT and was seen by a PA instead. They did a CTScan and the PA showed me the results and said I needed sinus surgery and recommended one month of antibiotics! I asked to see the Dr but they said I'd see him on the day of surgery!?! WTH? My pharmacy called my GP because the antibiotic the PA prescribed couldn't be taken with another medication I was on so my GP immediately called me back and said no to the antibiotics because it was inflammation and not an infection and recommended I see another ENT. So I went to another ENT for a 2nd opinion and he did not recommend sinus surgery! read more

I have been a patient of Breathe Clear for a number of years now and have been extremely impressed in their level of care, compassion and kindness. I first started seeing Dr. Davis who is absolutely wonderful and thoughtful in his thorough diagnoses. I have also seen Dr. Mathur who has a very warm bedside manner and makes you comfortable. In addition and most frequently, I have seen PA Amrita Desai. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am feeling the best I can and has taken the time to really listen to my issues and find a solution. I started taking my daughter to see Amrita as well. She was having many issues and it was very frustrating. But after many discussions with Amrita, it was decided that she needed a surgery and Dr. Davis was called upon. He did such an awesome job! My daughter felt comfortable with him, had little to no pain in recovery and Dr. Davis called us after hours to check on her. As her mom, I was so appreciative of his time and care. From the front office, to their financial department, to their doctors, this office has set the bar. They have a very quick response time to questions, I can get an appointment when needed and I feel so welcomed when I go in. I am a patient who had a sudden onset of vertigo. I could not get an appointment with my ENT doctor until the middle of Aug. My husband referred me to his Ent Doctor here at this facility. I called and spoke with Christina. The next available appointment wasn't until 8/7. After describing my concerns for a sooner appointment, Christina went above and beyond and found a cancellation for the same day appoint. I was seen at this clinic on June 9th, 2025. I was there for my allergy test which included the price and scratch and also intradermal skin test. Ashley was in charge of my testing. She made sure I knew the steps for every procedure, answered questions I had and was very patient with me. Procedure took about an hour, after which I was provided with information regarding my allergens, and will be having a follow up appointment for care. Dr. Steven Davis MD is not only an excellent surgeon, he is an exemplary human person. He cares about his patients and works to heal them, not just treat them. He is NOT a pharmaceutical doctor who just throws antibiotics at a problem. He cultures, he investigates, and figures out what is wrong and then goes about creating a plan to make a person well. My own journey has been a long one with my sinuses. Dr. Davis ended up with me after numerous doctors just gave me antibiotics to get me in and out of their offices quickly. No culturing and no referrals to an ENT. The result was the creation of a superbug(bacteria) that is very rare to have in the sinuses and as a super bug, requires working with an infections disease specialist to treat me with IV antibiotics- 4.5 months now. Dr. D has worked in sync with that doctor and I am finally getting better. He has seen me weekly to suction out my sinuses and to be sure I am not backsliding on my recovery. He has done two surgeries now over 7 months to clean up the mess in them, and to do structural changes to help the sinuses drain properly, Doctor Davis deserves a 10 rating in my book!! A five is far too low for his expertise, execution, and caring. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone seeking to get a solution to ongoing sinuses suffering. read more

Dr. Davis, was referred by my PCP. i couldn't be any happier with her referral! I was consulted for chronic sinus pressure. Dr. Davis was thorough and performed an in-office CT scan to diagnose the issue. We scheduled surgery which I opted for this option. He's GREAT along with his staff Janice front desk and MA Anthony. The office overall is friendly and efficient with scheduling and with insurance matters. I highly recommend Dr. Davis for anyone with sinus issues. Dr. Davis is amazing. He is knowledgeable and kind, and honestly I would give him 10 stars if I could. However, the admin and billing is not the best. I had to wait for 1.5 hrs for my appointment after arriving on time. I was a cash patient so I confirmed with the staff before AND after the appointment of the self-pay price and paid the full balance before I left the office, but later received a bill that asked for $134 more. Not a big deal still until I tried to call the billing number on their invoice. You just can't get someone to answer any of your question. I understand most medical offices outsources billing, but this is the worst experience by far. Finally, I just called Dr. Davis's office instead and the staff promised me that they would look into it and send me a corrected invoice. A month later, I got the same invoice saying my account is overdue. I just paid the remaining balance as I don't want to waste my time again, but I can't say I would recommend his office to others because of the long wait and the billing nightmare. read more

I started allergy therapy shots with this office, and as you will read in multiple reviews, the billing process is unorganized. Co-payments are not processed. The number listed on the bill is an answering service that you never get a return call. I mailed receipts, I spoke to the office numerous times and never received a response. read more

I saw Dr. Mathur because of my hearing loss. She did the usual hearing tests and then ordered an MRI to see if something on the inside of my ear that was causing the hearing loss. In doing this, the radiologist found a tumor on my pituitary gland. I never got a call from Dr. Mathur with the results or from anyone from this office. I had to call them to get them to order a second MRI that the radiologist had recommended. So I called them AGAIN. And the did order it. After the results of that came in the PA wanted me to come in for a scope of my nose before they would refer me to a neurologist. So I called again and asked to speak to the PA to find out what the purpose was for the scope. The girl on the phone was quite rude, interrupted me, wouldn't let me finish what I was saying. Finally said she would transfer me and proceeded to hang up on me. I cancelled the appt for the scope and asked my primary to refer me to a neurologist. Finally! He is the nicest doctor, listened to me and got things rolling. You know, I don't expect a whole lot but when they find a tumor, I would at least think you would get a phone call. I won't be going back to this office. read more
