The person that answered the phone would probably be happier with the job of a dictator. Wouldn't listen when I told him I've already been to urgent care and was referred here to drain a cyst/abscess that was infected. All I got were canned responses and that i need to make two appointments, things like this is why insurance is so expensive. find yourself another job where you don't need to worry about how you talk to people. I will be following up with another ENT as they are not the only ones around the south bay! Just check around before you decide where to go. I would recommend anywhere else. read more

The office say so to text. It takes them hours to respond and they Keep asking questions not applicable to my case. We used to go direct to Dr Eapen and when she was on her own her office and care was absolutely incredible. Dr Eivaz is still 5 stars in my book. He never fails to listen to what you have to say and just has a very calm way about him. He previously referred me to UCLA because he felt they might have different ideas on how to treat my nasal condition even though they are out of network because he wanted me to be exposed to other options and possible new treatment available at a teaching hospital. He's not like some other doctors who have a huge ego and insist they know better than anyone else. I did have the surgery done by UCLA, but requested to return to Dr. Eivaz for follow ups since I felt comfortable seeing him and didn't feel the staff at UCLA could provide aftercare that Eivaz wouldn't be able to take care of himself. Plus driving out to Westwood and paying to park at the university parking lot for the same quality of follow ups didn't make a whole lot of sense as far as I was concerned. I was referred here by my primary insurance provider, Optum HMO (no deductable). However, when I arrived for my appointment they insisted on (apparently) using my secondary insurance and would not allow me to see a doc before I paid what felt like a $35 extortion fee. In 30 years I've NEVER had to pay $35 with my HMO. The person who tested my hearing was great (African-American who is curiously absent from the website) but Dr. Levine left me feeling like he treats every person with hearing issues exactly the same. He was not at all concerned about the onset or progression of my condition; there was a 10-second confirmation of the diagnosis I presented him with and a handout that included treatments based on urban myth (really!). read more

I had my first visit at the El Segundo office In October 2025. The doctor was great, but staff bombards you with text messages. I made a follow-up appointment and believed it was for the El Segundo office, the only office that I knew was in existence. But the office made the appointment for the Torrance office, unbeknownst to me. I had never visited nor even knew a Torrance office existed. Once I realized the address was different, I immediately contacted the office. They charged me a $50 fee for cancelling and said it was office policy. I believe this is disingenuous since everything was done via text and no one confirmed this was a different office that I never knew about or had ever been to! read more

Doctor at Beach cities ENT ordered a double biopsy on 2 nodules on my thyroid because they were growing fast and the possibility for malignancy was significant. I scheduled the biopsy and then as instructed called the office to schedule a follow up. I was told first availability appointment was almost 3 weeks later because my doctor was on vacation. I asked (multiple times) to see one of the other 3 or 4 doctors in the practice. I explained I just wanted one of them to go over the results with me. I was told the office manager said no. Asked again and explained that 3 weeks was a long time to wait for biopsy results that I was told would be ready by day 3. I was told again that the office manager said no. Thankfully I was able to get the results from my primary care doctor. I think that an office manager should not be making these types of decisions. I will not be returning and would advise others to not patronize this practice. They are heartless. read more

My 4 years old son is been a patient of this office for like two years or so,as Dr.Sesi was his previous doctor and his already retired. Now, I'm loving it so much as his new doctor is Dr. Rose Eapen. She is very good, sweet and humble taking care of my son. She address everything needed for my son to feel better with frequent nose bleeding. She takes action right away what needs to be done. I don't feel a lot of worries now about my son from bleed during school, sleeping or anywhere we go. Thank you to Dr. Eapen! I went to this office for the first time and was very pleased. The wait time was very short, receptionist was friendly and courteous. I was even able to get a next day appointment. My visit was with Dr Eivas. He was friendly, listening to what my problems were. He examined my sinuses and told me I had many polyps. He gave me 4 courses of actions I could take. I went with his first suggestion, which was the easiest and cheapest course to follow. After only one day my sinuses are doing so much better. I will follow up with him in a couple months. We were referred to Dr. Sesi's office by our pediatrician after my son's 4th ear infection in 4 months to discuss ear tubes (he was only 12 months old). I met with Dr. Sesi and immediately liked him. He was kind and friendly with my son, spent time explaining the reasoning behind the tubes, and I left feeling confident in his recommendation for the procedure. After our 5th ear infection a week or so after our first appointment, we scheduled the procedure to take place at LCOM hospital right across the street. Everything went amazingly well, there was good communication throughout pre and post op, and my son's ears look great. Others below have mentioned that the texting as the main form of communication with the office is an issue, but I didn't have any problems. If I didn't hear back about a question, I followed up and didn't have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Everyone I dealt with from surgery scheduling to Dr. Sesi's assistant was extremely nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Sesi if you have little ones in need of ear tubes. read more

This office is unorganized. It's hard to reach a person on the phone and they tell you to text. But the texting to make the appointment is slow so by the time you try to confirm a time, the appointment slot is already taken. I used to come here early but apparently they already schedule you for 15 minutes earlier than when the doctor is actually going to see you. I wish I knew this beforehand to save my own time and plan my day better. They would not send me my results without an appointment only for the doctor to tell me the results are normal... FYI, the supplements they recommend to buy in their office are more expensive than Amazon. So just get in on Amazon. read more

I came to this office in excruciating pain on a Friday afternoon, desperately needing care before the weekend, only to be treated with unbelievable rudeness and cruelty. Instead of helping me, the office manager, Megan, argued with my boyfriend over a ridiculous $50 cancellation fee--a policy that didn't even apply to him. Rather than show even the slightest bit of compassion, they punished me for a situation that didn't even make sense and refused to let the doctor see me, effectively kicking me out while I was suffering. This is beyond unprofessional--it's inhumane. Because this happened late on a Friday, most offices were already closing for the weekend, meaning I was left in severe pain with no care at all until next week. Had I known how cold and dismissive this office was, I would have never booked an appointment here and could have gone somewhere that actually treats patients with dignity. It's clear that this office does not care about people's well-being--they only care about money and their own egos. My husband had been so sick for months, Dr. Eivaz performed a procedure and now he is on the road of recovery all thanks to him and his team! Mind you my husband, has never been sick in the 25 years that we have been together, and hates going to the doctors. This is a testament of how great Beach Cities ENT is. My daughter has had issues all her life having a stuffy nose and now she is seeing Dr. Eivaz, she's a young adult and said "wow mom he's really good I feel so comfortable and at ease". Outstanding service I got to experience as a first time at an ENT office. I went in for an infection in my ear pit. I wasn't sure what to expect when I had my first appointment. As I walked in the front desk staff was very welcoming. She knew what she was doing and was very quick to get my information. I was called in very fast. The office is very clean. My daughter had been complaining of hearing loss , our primary care doctor referred us here. I called and the automated system recommended I send a text request for appointment. I received a response within the hour and they were able to schedule my appointment for the next day 8 am . That was impressive, in todays world of we are completely booked until 2 months from now being able to be seen in less than 24 hours is a huge plus . We arrived on time to our appointment and were seen almost immediately. The staff was polite and professional, we were seen by PA Sami , he was extremely professional. HORRIBLE! I was referred to this office for ENT services. When I called I reached an automated system instructing me to text for an appt. I texted for an appt. I was told that I could not see an MD even though my referral was specifically for an ENT. I took the appt offered with their PA, Sami. I then called my primary care's office asking them to redirect my referral to another ENT group for the above reasons. During my call to my primary's office, I was informed that Beach Cities ENTs had submitted a referral to my primary's office on behalf of Dr Bret Levine for some procedure or procedures. Why would they be asking MY DOCTOR'S office for a referral when they have never talked to me, LET ALONE SEEN ME?? This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL medical office I have EVER dealt with and that is saying something. I wouldn't recommend this group for anything. In fact, I would strongly suggest finding another office to deal with. To Beach Cities ENTs: You better correct the above "error", and you better do it fast. First I have much respect for The Doctors that run this business. They're thorough and will help as much as possible. What I don't like is the actual office staff. Not the nurses but the reception area. I get it working with the public is hard but that's the job. Megan the Office Manager embarrassed me and argued with me over a $13 bill that I had just got a few days before. I told her I'd pay it with my round of bills this month and she wouldn't take no for a answer. I get that too I'm a bill collector in real life, but I honestly didn't even know what the bill was for. I asked what if I already paid it, she said "I need proof, show me your bank records in your phone" this was unprofessional. This Beach Cities is why I likely won't be back. I have health issues, I can't spend time in the Lobby being harassed over $13 when it's not even aged more than 5 days. I'm worried about test results and possibly having a tumor and your staff is loud talking me in front of patients about $13. I paid it and will move on. Hopefully they make some changes but I'll be canceling my next appointment. read more

The office is nothing special, located in an old medical building, with absolutely no internet service in the office. There are two patient rooms in the back, with one doctor on duty, so the doctor goes between two patients. The front office staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Rafii is a really great ENT doctor. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and listens to his patients. What specifically stands out about Dr. Rafii is that when he says he will call you to follow up with how you are doing, he follows up, even during the evenings and on weekends. I know he is busy, so I appreciate his taking time to follow up with patients. read more

I rarely write reviews however my superior experience at Beach Cities Ents deserves taking time for a shout out of excellence. The office was very efficient and organized. My appointment was at 9:30 and they called me back at 9:25. The doctor actually came in at 9:30 on the dot! When I shared how impressed I was, Dr Nathan Eivaz he told me that punctuality is very important to him. He had great Bedside manner , warm, kind and gentle during the exam. He was very thorough and allowed me to see the audiologist a few minutes after my exam without an appointment. He also checked with his office manager to make sure that my insurance covered the test. Since I had fluid in my ear, he suggested some natural interventions to help move the fluid out quicker. I left there amazed with my positive experience and hope I can find more doctors in my community like Dr. Eivaz in other specialty areas. read more

Dr Levine immediatley diagnosed my issued and presented and explained two different treatment options. He explained everything that my recovery would look like, and even provided written after care instructions AND a link to extremely helpful videos. I called on a Monday and was able to get in on a Tuesday. The office staff sent me everything electronically, which was super convenient. We came here after being declined by two other places our pediatrician had recommended and going next door to the third recommendation. The doctor at the other place sent us next door, which he also works with them, and it was the best thing that could have ever happened! We didn't have a doctor in mind so they paired my 4-year-old son with Dr. Eivaz. Dr. Eivaz was welcoming and made my son feel comfortable right away! My son was unable to hear clearly and it was only getting worse so after trying a different non-invasive treatment and not working, Dr. Eivaz recommended placing tubes. He did it himself and my son is now able to hear everyone. I am so happy with our experience that even I started going for sleep apnea with the same doctor. I visited Nathan Eivaz 3 times. Each time same conclusions very arrogant. I would give Nathan negative 5 stars if that option were available. On the third visit, I asked how I get my ears cleaned. His reply was "see my doctor", my response was "she doesn't clean ears", and his response was "then find a new doctor". Epic fail Doc! Aren't you the specialist, Otolaryngologist, or ENT?
