Professional, prompt, and meticulous. Mike was a a delight to work with and I couldn't recommend him more. His communication leading up to the install was great and no question was a problem. He arrived promptly on install day and meticulously measured and installed our tv, even patch the wall from our earlier picture hanging attempt.
Terrific service that was extreme prompt, professional and beautifully finished. He provides excellent customer service and helpful suggestions while completing all work without a trace of being there. The price is more than fair and easy to pay through Venmo or PayPal if needed. I would call again if any television or handyman service is needed. Excellent quality and highly recommended!
Mike is amazing! He is super courteous and professional, and provides an honest opinion of the work to be done, and really cares about what he does. He arrived on time, and during the time he was here, I was impressed with the attention to detail he applies every step of the way - from the exact measurements of where the TV and sounder are place, to the interesting wall mounts he uses to make sure your TV will remain secure. He was in our apartment for a few hours - it took a bit longer to install our 65" TV because he had to re-do the original wall mount job, and he was more than happy to make sure everything was done right. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone who is interested in this type of service. Five Stars!!!

I recently just upgraded to an OLED TV and wanted to have an immersive experience when watching it. Mike is professional and knowledgeable about all things related to this. He had his shoes covered while he worked around the apartment. He also had a vacuum to clean any dust from the wall. And finally as promised, he delivered an immersive setup for my TV. I learned he is also able to set up sound systems, so I'll definitely be contacting him again in the future. UPDATE: I got a soundbar and a pair of RF headphones few days after I had my TV mounted. I contacted mike to find out if he could help me connect them to the already mounted TV. Mike came the next day and painstakingly rerouted all the cables and even mounted the soundbar on the wall for the perfect clean look. Top notch service!

He was pretty meticulous about getting it right. He also listened, and found the perfect distance below the TV. I am very happy with the look and the sound. EXCELLENT, precise work! Mike & the NYC TV Mounts team is amazing. If you want the job done RIGHT, this is the company you want to hire. Mike hung 3 TV's for me, one being a Samsung Smart TV --which is very complex (you have to ensure it is FLAT). In addition to hanging my TV's, he also hid all of the wires behind the wall and creatingan outlet for each. I could not be happier. Definitely recommend, definitely would use them again.
Mike is the ultimate professional from start to finish. He is quickly responsive in setting up an appointment. He asks for pictures and the appropriate information in advance to make the appointment an efficient and successful one. He arrives to the appointment and uses boot protectors to keep a clean environment. And, most importantly, Mike performs the highest quality work.
I called Mike for a last minute TV wall mount and home theatre setup and he came in about 5 hours on a Sunday. All other installers needed a couple days notice to come so was glad about that. Mike was very knowledgeable about where to place the TV and speakers taking all things into consideration. He also brought the necessary supplies for me like speaker cables and was able to hide the cables well. Was very happy with the finished job at the end and I highly recommend Mike.
Mike from NYC TV Mounts came to our place to install 2 Samsung Frame TVs and 2 Sonos sound bars all with wire concealment. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and thorough. The job was done perfectly and surpassed my expectations. Frame TVs are difficult to install and he did the job perfectly. Pricing was fair and transparent. I can't recommend NYC TV Mounts enough.

Mike responded promptly to my request for a price quote and information regarding mounting a Samsung 65" smart TV (41 lbs.). I told him the name and model of a cheap mount ($35) I bought on Amazon that I planned on using, and he told me why I should not use it. His (non-pushy) advice most likely saved me from having my TV eventually fall off the wall. He recommended a better, more sturdy mount which is full motion (like I wanted) and has a noticeably better construction and weight than the one I originally purchased. After discussing the work required and transparent pricing of the job, I easily scheduled my appointment on NYC TV Mounted's website. Mike arrived on time, wrapped his shoes in protective covering before entering, and took time to discuss the placement of my TV. He was careful in his measurements and made sure to keep the area clean while working. The finished product was exactly what I wanted. You won't regret going with Mike for any job you need!

Forget TaskRabbit-- when it comes to getting your TV properly and seamlessly mounted to your wall, Mike's your guy. I recently purchased the Samsung Frame TV, which is different from other TVs in that it's made to lay flush against the wall like a framed piece of art. I wanted to be sure I hired someone who was familiar with how to work with this particular model, as there's nothing that ruins your day like your expensive purchase of the year getting wrecked. I'm not Miss Moneybags, at least not yet, so I had to be discerning. After I went through the very easy process of messaging a number of vendors via Yelp's Request a Quote feature, I received numerous responses within minutes, but Mike's response stood out. He wasn't offering the lowest price, but his message was friendly, pricing was transparent, and he specifically called out the unique nature of the Samsung Frame TV. His website featured a photo of another Frame TV he successfully installed. I was sold. Mike was so professional-- he showed up right on time, put on shoe covers, and he and I stayed masked the entire time he went to work. He was very thorough about making sure he set it up at just the height I wanted, even asking me to consider the other framed pieces of art I told him I planned to hang around the TV. He was done in about an hour. He even offered to cover the thin transparent wire that connects the TV to the "guts" of the device with a discreet piece of plastic that would protect the delicate wire and blend in with the wall. I hesitated, thinking it wasn't necessary, but I'm glad I went ahead with it because the whole effect is cleaner. He didn't even charge me for this. He left the place completely clean and even offered to take the box the TV came in outside. What a gem. TV looks great! read more

Michael installed my new 65" Sony A90J and Sonos Arc & bass module and it looks and sounds great. I'd highly recommend him - particularly for complex mounting/ sound setups. He was super-responsive to my initial inquiry and very helpful on the phone with some upfront, pragmatic advice around mounting options. I reached out to many businesses for TV mounting installation and mike responded quick and with all pricing up front. Kept me in the loop the entire time, and even recommended a better bracket because the first one bought was cheap (he could have just installed it either way). I ordered the second bracket myself on Amazon and he came again in a few days. Had a mask on, and coverings for his shoe before he entered my home. Installation was quick and done correctly. In addition to the install, he vacuumed and helped me throw out the extra stuff. If you're looking for the best service, don't be afraid to hit them up! read more

After researching online and getting a dozen quotes I decided to book with Mike and I'm so happy I did. He's super professional and responded to my messages promptly, booking was easy and hassle free and his pricing was very reasonable. We are so glad we found Mike, he was quick to respond to messages, gave a good quote and even wore booties on his shoes and a mask the whole time he installed our TVs and sound bar. We ultimately chose not to conceal our wires, but he walked us through all of our choices to conceal them. Mike is amazing! He totally saved our lives because after a guy from task rabbit came and left our TV unmounted with holes on the wall...I called Mike at 8PM and he was over in 45 mins. Not only did he do a perfect job, he also patched the holes left on the wall and cleaned up everything. Mike was extremely professional and communicative throughout the quote and planning process. He gave us a fair price and was up front about what the service would cost. He mounted our 75" TV and hid the cords behind the walls beautifully, then made sure all of our devices were hooked up and functioning properly. He made sure everything was absolutely right and that we were happy with the result - and we are thrilled! Plus, he wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time, thoroughly vacuumed his work area when done and even helped us carry out the large box the TV came in. We were extremely happy with NYC TV mounts. They showed up right on time, were extremely clean, and even offered to patch some holes in the wall they found that were unrelated to the tv mount.
