Ashley the treatment coordinator is always so nice and helpful. The women at the front desk is super sweet as well! I love that they always have the office decorated, complimentary waters, and fun activities for the kiddos to engage in. For this appointment, I had to also bring along my two year-old daughter who at times cannot be very well entertained when there's other things around her going on. So they even provided her with some age-appropriate teeth toys that were so cute. Actually had to get onto Amazon and purchase a set for us at home because she had a blast pretending to clean teeth and putting braces on them. The irony is his first dentist in Rocklin, he really liked because of his personality. He was friendly and fun to work with. Our last dentist had better technology which I thought would be good as he gets older. Stanford Dental and Orthodontics is a good combination of both. Dr. Singh is friendly and detailed, while the rest of the staff is extremely personable and welcoming. From a technology perspective, they use up to date tools and their 3D imaging is very cool. I was supposed to have wisdom teeth/oral surgery on Friday, but I had a feeling that wouldn't be…read morethe case just because of my wisdom teeth being on the nerves and worrying that it could get worse by then and I was right. I did not have a very good experience with Dr. Al Dahan. This was my first time coming here because I have Medi-Cal so I don't have a lot of options that will take care of me or treat me. I got this place by a referral that will cover everything. Unfortunately, my situation was a bit scary, but we are taking baby steps. She explained to me everything that was going on with my x-ray and told me that if they were to continue with my oral surgery, there is a very high chance that I can get permanent nerve damage from removing my wisdom teeth, considering how they are right on the nerves and I could lose feeling around my lips and face. I wasn't sure if that was temporary or not. It was a lot of information to process because she gave me two different options so I needed a couple minutes to process everything because I wasn't sure what to do. On top of that my fiancé was in the other room and I didn't have My Mom there with me to help me figure out what was going on, but I wish she showed a little bit more empathy towards my situation. All she told me was "you would be surprised how many people choose this option and don't care to lose their feeling around their face or lips permanently"., I'm really sorry to say but I'm not one of those people... I'm only 28 and I am getting married next year. So I would like to be able to kiss my future husband and be able to feel my face and lips for a little bit longer until I even worry about that.. Because of the information I got, I have bad anxiety on top of a disability so I had politely asked her if it would be OK if she could help me say everything She told me information wise to my mother/fiancé on the phone. With my disability, I have trouble communicating/processing saying all the right things after big information like that. So it was embarrassing on my half, on top of that she was being kind of rude asking me why don't I understand, why don't I understand what she told me and how why is it so hard for me to understand everything we had just talked about.. Which made me feel bad and embarrassed so I had to tell her about my disability on top of anxiety. She then asked what kind of disability I have.. Which I'm not sure if she's allowed to ask that legally, or why it matters.. but it made me a little uncomfortable. I told her what disability I have and then she got quiet and apologized and proceeded to talk to My Mom and fiancé on the phone. She then told me that a new/better surgeon will come along in October that can take a look at my case considering how severe it is. I wish you would've just started with that instead of making me feel like that but what can u do. She probably just wanted to be straight with the point and on to other patients but I was very scared in that moment and wished she would have showed a bit more empathy. The people upfront are very nice and welcoming. I just didn't have a very good experience with this doctor, but hopefully next time it will be different.

On a Thursday evening, while flossing, my front crown unexpectedly popped right out--no pain, no warning, but definitely a big hit to my self-esteem. I messaged Dr. Robison that night, and he immediately assured me he'd take care of it. By the next morning, I had an appointment. Easy peasy--they took x-rays, inspected the crown, and had it perfectly set back in. It's humbling to realize how much our smile means to us. Dr. Kineret is meticulous...and will ensure that everything is done perfectly to give you the best smile, as well as the best experience along the way. The office is VERY clean, which was important to me. Also, the kids love it since there are movies to watch during the appointments and video games to play while waiting. There is also a reward system in place that rewards the patients for coming to appointments with clean teeth, no brocken brackets, wearing their bands, etc. My kids loved being rewarded for doing their job well in the orthodontic process.
