This granted us an hour to hit the gym at this location - both close to the Hilton where we parked and the airport. He gave me a quick tour of this massive facility and at 6:30am, was already busy with moving, grunting, sweating bodies of all shapes and sizes. While I ran indoors on a treadmill, Zach opted for the pre-sunrise, cold weather outdoor run. We met up again at the free weight station. There was a lot of room and time for me to swing the 30lb kettlebell, do my pull-ups and dead-hangs without waiting and plenty of yoga mats to use for stretching and core exercises. If we had more time, the sauna would've been nice too, but I had some difficulties with the locker and had to wait for a few minutes for a front desk attendant to assist me.

I am okay with this as long as it doesn't fall apart on me and the gym is kept clean, particularly the showers. I believe the premium we are paying for the gym is particularly for the cleanliness which after being at 24 hour fitness and la fitness, I understand how disgusting those places can be. Parking - Large parking lot - in the morning parking was pretty easy to park but I am sure this locations can get packed during the afternoon/night time.

The floor workouts are completely rushed and they expect you to do heavy weights AND high reps in the 6-8 minutes your round lasts. That's not really possible to do without sacrificing good form. I'm trying not to injure myself thanks. Also, if I want to modify, I'm going to modify despite their silly rules as long as it's not a completely different workout as it's my workout I'm paying for.

If you check in on Yelp, your first class is free for first-timers. You can borrow gloves there, but I would also suggest bringing your own bandages so your knuckles don't blister.
