The owner Taber sincerely cares about his client's fitness and wellbeing. He is encouraging, and keeps an extremely clean gym. When I first joined, Taber set me up with Trainer Stacey. I couldn't have asked for a better fit, for a trainer. I started June/July 2021 timeframe, trained twice a week. Recently increased to 3 times a week. I am excited to see my improvement with mobility, strength, and no pain in my knee. Which is important, as I am an older woman and had not exercised in 3 or 4 years prior. All of the trainers are great and it recently came under new management, which means some serious equipment upgrades. It's super functional, clean and the best place I've ever been for a focused and effective personal training program. I'm a runner and I practice yoga fairly regularly, but I know how important strength training is to reshape your body. Because of the high ratings from Yelp i decided to make a first appointment to meet with a trainer and go over some workouts, and i was hooked! My trainer is Eddy, hes the best trainer i've had, very so nice and always makes you feel comfortable, unlike other gym trainers, where you get that tense tension.
