They charged me $400 dollars to replace the belt and pulley. The next day, my A/C completely stopped blowing cold air, and there were rubber shavings all around the pulley and belt. I explained this to the shop, and brought it in for them to look at. A couple hours later they texted me with a quote for $1200 dollars to replace the thermostat housing unit with $800 in labor alone. When I asked about the belt, and how that could have affected the A/C, they denied ever seeing the shavings and that they must have been from the last belt. Could just be terrible luck on my part, but it certainly didn't sit well with me. Would not recommend to anyone. I saw the shavings with my own two eyes ONLY after they replaced the belt. Shady business.

After the repair process, I returned the following week for an oil change and I do need to give feedback regarding the oil change price. For over 30 years, I have had my synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and the price was $80 for many years. I checked today and the price is still $80. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs.

So I decided to use it to get my car AC ready for summer. They quoted me $460 at first. Then I told them that was too much I didn't have that much and please only the bare necessities to get it running. They were trying to sell me parts I didn't need. Then it turned out the total was $327. Ok affordable. I told Christian at the front, get it summer ready. Agreed to let them do the services and then test it, and fill it with coolant for the AC. I received the notification it was ready for pickup. Went and paid the total and left. I live in the foothills. My car never once cooled down. I got home @6:15, called pep boys, no answer. Waited until 8am called again, no answer. Called again @8:15am no answer. Sent my husband down there to get it looked at. They wanted to charge us another $460 on top of what we already spent! Couldn't explain why we needed the parts. Jose could only say that our factory installed compressor was not installed correctly....? What?? These guys became combative and threatened to call police on my husband. Told us to go elsewhere. When I called Jose to find out where we were he was combative with me, treated me like I was stupid and spoke over me every time I started speaking. Totally unprofessional and rude. I have never been treated so poorly from another person in that situation. Like I said, I came to them for help and was pretty desperate to get this fixed. Now I am back where I started and used my scholarship money. It's getting really hot in Yuma right now. Shame on them, I am so disappointed. I will tell everyone not to go there. Side note-the hallway to the bathrooms were disgusting. The women's bathroom had the toilet seat up and there was urine and feces all over the toilet. First & foremost, they fixed my problem very efficiently, even having to order the part from NAPA and having them delivered ASAP. Robert was so incredibly nice to me and my children while we waited for the repairs to be done.
