Cheyenne and Richard are a great team and make you really feel at home. I went in for an extension consultation and I have a very difficult, although pretty, hair color to match. Cheyenne checked her book and could not find an exact match so she ordered the hair and custom colored it. I have had extensions before and they tried to dye my regular hair to match the extensions but Cheyenne nailed it and got the match EXACT. Less than a week wait for custom colored hair and the install was effortless. She put them in, washed and styled my hair. Even taught me how to curl it because I have never curled my hair. Everyone at my job comments on how fast my hair is growing and they have no clue it is fake. The hair is very high end and completely versatile. I believe it is 18 inches long so you can do a lot with it. You can wash, cut, color, curl, straighten. etc. Their monthly package for the hair extensions is also a great deal and ends up saving you quite a bit of money. My hair is so silky/fine that I had a few of my strands come out right before my vacation and Cheyenne got me in the next day so I could leave for my trip without a worry.
