Alex was warm and friendly yet professional. His studio is well appointed, clean and neat. Everything was in order for my session to wax my back, shoulders and upper arms when I arrived. Alex greeted me at the door and even helped carry a napsack I had. Alex always informed me what he was going to do and the treatment was organized and progressed methodically. It was not rushed and there was plenty of time for Alex to completely review the waxing with fine tweezers. I called Alex on Sunday (10/27/2019) to make an appointment and within one hour he responded and I was able to see him that afternoon. My appointment was for a full body scrub and massage.
