The steak is served on a hot stone with 3 homemade sauces , peppercorn , whisky gravy and chimichurri. I had the Bone-in rib eye. I ate EVERY MORSEL!!! The best steak I've ever had - grilled perfectly medium rare , not salty and tender. The grilled vegetables side were good too , very fresh . And the added bonus was the INCREDIBLE Sangria. Refreshing and strong. Sooooo good ! The nostalgia hanging around from the owners memorabilia is also great and fun to peruse . The meat seemed good but the fat on my steak wasn't rendered enough. The steaks also packed in flavor too (like it wasn't seasoned properly before being cooked). First up was the Mr. Porter focaccia bread with a hummus, herbs, olive oil and yogurt dip, a different bread choice from most steakhouses and really fresh and good. Next was the Taboon Roasted Foie Gras, which was flavorful, rich and perfectly cooked.
