Cloud Espresso Cream & Ded Cool Matcha Latte
    Mary A.

This is a really nice spot to study or catch up with someone. The inside is huge with plenty of seating. I parked in the garage, but there's also plenty of metered street parking around. I ordered the 12oz seasonal Ded Cool matcha latte and a 12oz Cloud Espresso Cream, and my total was about $15. In my opinion, it's a little pricey for the size, but the drinks actually tasted pretty good. Before mixing, the matcha had a really nice flavor, and after mixing, the blueberry lavender flavor blended really well with it. I also liked that it wasn't overly sweet even with the flavors. The Cloud Espresso Cream was also really good, and the cream top made it even better. Service was fast, the drinks were good, and the space is great if you want somewhere to sit for a while. I would come back if I'm in the area.

Huge Alfred's location! Spacious and cool to hang out or study in or even to work from. Great menu selection, efficient staff and clean restrooms.

One of the largest Alfred locations I've ever been to... inside is super cute. Lots of tables to study/ hang out/ catch up, etc. Friendly staff. You get greeted right away with the warmest welcome. The selection here is pretty good, even though they did not have Nowhere Bakery brownies that I usually get in stock, but my drink was amazing and they did have the popcorn that I like. The iced vanilla oat lattes here are simply amazing!!!!! It's my go to order and it's so good!!! Inside was clean. Love the wallpaper, decor and overall aesthetic!

came here and got the strawberry Matcha along with the cloud Matcha. First thing to know was that the service is mean, the workers there are not friendly and it seems to be a reoccurring theme with the other reviews. we didn't even get asked what size we wanted for the cloud Macha and the person who took our order, was blatantly on her phone, which seemed quite disrespectful. The Matcha cloud was super salty and it tasted more of a creamy drink rather than Matcha itself. The strawberry Matcha was alright however, so I give it a 6.9 out of 10. for the service and cloud Matcha, I rate it a solid, 3 out of 10. the ambiance was chill, pretty small area and it was minimalistic and modern.

Great first time at Alfred's! Alfred's is located in Westwood village and from the front would seem like an unassuming shop. When you enter though, the coffee shop is lively and the decor lovely. I love the greenery on the walls and the decorations. There's also ample seating and the shop can be used for a great place to study or meet up with friends. I ordered the chai latte iced which tasted amazing. I appreciated how they had different milks to choose from which from the view, seems like the shop makes themselves. Next time I come, I plan on trying the strawberry matcha. Service was great and quick. The servers were kind and answered any questions I had about the menu. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time going to Alfred's. They have a variety of drinks to choose from and they have coffee beans to make at home. They have a selection of drinks/ juices by the door that you can pick. They have indoor seating area. When I visited it was busy people were sitting and some were standing waiting for their orders. I ordered a lavender latte, it was good. I really enjoyed my drink. Cashier was nice and helpful and he was patient with the customers. Not making them rush while ordering. Overall, it was a great experience. P.S it is kind of pricey compare to other coffee shops, but it's worth a try and going there. Parking can be a headache since there are a lot of stores.

This location is so cute, and it's a great place to get some work done, with super high ceilings and a good amount of seating. However, the coffee, at least my drink, was not that great. I asked the barista what's popular, and the lavender latte was mentioned, so I gave it a try. The lavender syrup is very artificial, and it ruined the coffee in my opinion.

I went here with a friend to try the iced matcha latte and was not disappointed. The matcha was smooth and earthy and fairly priced. I like that they have three sizes to choose from. I personally got a small but could've definitely gone for a larger one. The cloud foam on top was 75 cents extra which is pretty good compared to the $1.00 or $1.25 extra charge I've seen at other coffee places. Also they don't charge extra for oat milk! The only thing that got me was that the drink came unsweetened, which wasn't made clear to me at the counter although I definitely should have asked. However the cloud foam was sweet enough to compensate. I love the cleanliness and design of the place, it looks like it would make for a great study place.

Cool coffee shot. Nice modern decor, and spotlessly clean. My iced American was perfectly prepared, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the line moved at a good pace. I only tried the coffee but they also have the expected small area of pastries and prepared foods etc. They have indoor and outdoor seating available

Located in the vicinity of UCLA this place is packed with students so good luck finding a place to sit. The staff were friendly and got our orders out pretty fast. The burrito in my opinion wasn't worth it for the price but the hot sauce that came with it was great. My family enjoyed their coffee and pastries and would probably try a different location next time.

We were in Westwood Village waiting for the Hammer Museum to open and stopped by Alfred for coffee. I ordered an iced lavender latte with oat milk. The decor and wallpaper were beautiful, and the coffee was good. I also loved their artistic cup sleeves as they are collabing with Amazon Prime. I love Fall Out and Mr. & Mrs Smith! They use paper straws and don't have a restroom, but the staff suggested nearby options like the Hammer Museum.

4++ I came in here to grab a quick drip coffee. So I can't speak to any of their specially prepared drinks. The person helping me was great. The space itself is pretty large and it looks like it's a good spot for people to study or hang out. Which makes sense since it's so close to UCLA. The usual parking frustrations in the area apply here. If you work in the area or go to school around here, then it might be less of an issue.

Ordering was quick, and I didn't have to wait. I ordered a drip coffee and a pastry (I can't remember the name). Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't to my taste. It had a noticeably sour flavor, whereas I prefer coffee with a richer, roasted bean aroma and taste. The pastry, however, was excellent--fresh, flaky, and definitely the highlight of my visit. I initially found a table on the sidewalk, but the Wi-Fi signal was very weak there. I then moved inside and found a table with bench seating. While the space looked inviting, the seating wasn't very comfortable for working on a laptop for an extended period. Overall, the pastry was enjoyable, but the coffee and workspace setup didn't quite meet my expectations.
