So Cute! 1. Service is slow though. Mid day on a Weds. Maybe 6-7 people in line. 2. Got the latte. Average, not bad tho. Next time will try the Matcha 3. Also got the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread dense, moist, no sugar which I loved, needed more banana, right amount of chocolate chip 4. And the Chocolate Chip Cookie with Sea Salt, thin, large, melts in hand without being warmed and was moist and very flavorful. This one did have a sweet kick. 5. Plenty of outdoor space to sit! 6. Parking looks like a PITA so I recommend walking, I uber-ing or public transportation which is VERY close and easy and cheap. 7. Can't wait to try their breakfast and sit outside next time and enjoy the goods.

The incredibly friendly person on register did'nt know when the coffee was brewed or what kind it was, but was really passionate about the other drinks he recommended. The coffee was stale, but the matcha and cold brew were 3/4ths amazing and then tasted strange at the end. I'd go back for smalls!
I'm staying with a friend in the area and wanted to check out this cute café. I stopped by on a Wednesday morning and was surprised by how busy it was. There was a long line when I arrived, and it stayed crowded the entire time. I brought my laptop hoping to get some work done, but seating was extremely limited. I ordered the Vanilla Einspanner with espresso and oat milk, and it was delicious. It had a rich coffee flavor and wasn't nearly as sweet as I expected, which I appreciated. I also tried the spinach feta wrap, but that was disappointing. It was small, hard, and didn't seem to have much filling. The cashier who took my order was friendly and welcoming. After ordering, I sat on a bench to wait for my food and drink. About 15 minutes later, I went up to check on my order and found that it had been sitting on the pickup counter the whole time. I wish they had called my name more than once--or at least made a better effort to get my attention. Unfortunately, because of the lack of seating and the crowded atmosphere, I wasn't able to stay and work as planned. I finished my drink and headed out. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations.

I also tried a gluten-free muffin. The flavor was good, but the texture was a bit too mushy for me, so I'll skip it next time. Finally, I had a passion fruit refresher... really good! I loved that it had a true passion fruit consistency. It's on the sweeter side, but definitely refreshing. There was a bit of a wait for drinks and food, but nothing out of the ordinary. I do wish they had more gluten-free options, especially for toast. Overall, everything was pretty good, and I really hope they open a location in the DMV area!
This place is more of a scene than a coffee shop! Love all of the patio seating they have. It was buzzing! I ordered my drink ahead of time online and I think that's where I went wrong. I had a hard time with customizing my drink, not sure if it was the doordash app bugging out or the inability to edit your order once you started but I wasn't able to adjust the sweetness of my drink like I wanted to. I got whatever the lululemon chai collab was - Which I think is just a chai latte? I added two shots of espresso and asked it be made with almond milk. I tried to edit the chai sauce quantity to two, but I was only able to make it one. My drink as a whole was just so milky. Even with two shots added, it just tasted to watered down. My husband mentioned that his cold brew also tasted watered down. I have been to another location and enjoyed their coffee so I would give this spot another chance, especially cause their outdoor seating area is just so nice!
On a Saturday afternoon, after eating bagels down the street, our friends brought us to La La Land to get drinks. There was a bit of a wait to order and get our drinks, which was to be expected, so it wasn't too bad. The store was generally clean. The shop was steadily busy, but you could get seating if you wanted (and were willing to wait). We were most impressed with the service and the kindness of the workers! Sasha saw our dog and asked if we wanted a pup cup, and then offered him a bandana, which he proudly wore around the store we got the banana cloud matcha, strawberry cloud coffee, and strawberry fields matcha - and we all enjoyed our drinks. The banana cloud was my favorite! We also all appreciated the pink heart straws - such a nice touch. We found free street parking on Gorham a couple blocks away.
This place looks AMAZING! The inside is really nice and the outdoor seating is very pretty, the only downside of the outside is the noise and smell of gasoline from the many vehicles and gas station across the street. I forgot the name of the person who took my order but they were very nice and helpful since it was my first time there or having La La Land in general. I purchased the French Toast Latte and it was pretty good. I was afraid it was going to be too sweet but I was assured it was more of a cinnamon drink and I was not disappointed. I will say the star of the show though is their straws! Reusable non paper straws for the win!!! I don't know if I'll be back but I'd say it's definitely worth a try and I was told their specialty vanilla latte was a popular choice as well.
It's a nice spot on the corner. It wasn't too loud for cars continuously zooming by. The young gal who took the orders was kind, helpful, and patient. We were able to snag a few seats outside and enjoy the warmth of the sun. There was also a cool breeze. All the other patrons seems happy chatting and enjoying their beverages. My vanilla latte was good but a very sweet. I even asked for it to be half sweetened. Still good.
I'm a regular at La La Land Cafe in Santa Monica. I use their app to order an ice latte EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Check out my order history screenshots lol. Today, Christmas Day, the Santa Monica location was closed, so I paid a visit to the Brentwood location. This location offers both indoor and outdoor seating, along with multiple chairs and tables. Everything else is the same as the location, variety of drinks, pastries, merch, etc. Street parking is available.
I appreciate the intention of this coffee chain and to be kind. A good reminder indeed. The location of this cafe is in a congested area. Come here for overpriced mini sugary cloud drinks. Yes, $8 for a tiny cup with 90% ice. See all the aspiring influencers of West LA, some of them kind some not. Acceptable wait for drinks given the large line but they did forget the order for the customer ahead of us who was waiting about 15 minutes while everyone else got theirs. Not a place for real coffee lovers so probably get the matcha drink. Got one of the specialty espresso drinks that was literally 90% ice in a small plastic cup and the house coffee did not taste good.
New location and right by a newly opened bagel shop! Downtown so street parking of course, but the area is pretty walkable. The store is super clean, well-lit, and bright with the butter yellow details. Indoor and outdoor seating and restroom inside. Their drink station is kept clean and efficient. Order online for pickup available on their website. The Keith Lee matcha with matcha cream top and salt flakes was surprisingly good. The matcha powder tastes high quality and it's strong in flavor. It was the perfect sweetness without adjustments. I didn't have high expectations for the matcha here, but I will be returning when in the area!

The banana cloud latte was delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing service from Hannah. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Stopped by La La Land Cafe and Hannah was working the counter. She greeted me and my party with a genuine smile and was so patient answering questions about the menu. She went out of her way to make sure our drinks were perfect and even checked in before we left. You can tell she actually cares. This is one of the cutest cafe I ever visited. Yellow decor and yellow coffee cup made me so happy right when I walk in. Of course, I have to order my favorite Oatmilk Cappuccino and that did not disappoint. I also ordered Chocolate and Almond croissants as they look delicious on the display. I highly recommend trying them. They are really good. I can't help but I love croissants. Despite of how much I love the quality of the food and coffee, the service by far my favorite and was very impressive. From ordering to the pickup stations, everyone were friendly and kind. The coffee and pastries also came out quickly. They do warm them up for you too. I parked on the street and it was quite convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this cute cafe. For a coffee lover like myself, this cafe is not just provide quality product, the service here did made my day. read more

Today was the soft opening of the super cute and over-the-top friendly Brentwood outpost of La La Land. They were already super-efficient in dealing with a bunch of customers wandering in during a rainy day. We ordered two coffees (cap & a latte) plus an almond croissant. The coffees were well made and the croissant loaded with marzipan- sweet and delicious. My only quibble is the plastic: from the plastic lids and the specialty iced drink that come in plastic cups plus the thermal printed stickers. I know that's how portable drinks work, but my guilt over plastic just won't allow me to make a regular habit of it. They gave our pup a whipped cream puppuccino and he was delighted. We'll never be able to walk by again without him sniffing for snacks! Such a cute space, with friendly staff, fun drinks and great outdoor patio will surely make this spot a hit. read more

This place is great! 10 out of 10 on the aesthetics they really nailed it. Part of the reason I wanted to go was just for those adorable yellow to go cups. This place is just Sunshine had a great experience ordering and they seem to have that place run like a well oiled machine. I ordered a Matcha cloud drink, and it was fantastic, easily the best Matcha I've ever had. My fiancé ordered a latte and said it was also fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try more on the menu. read more

Wow! This was worth the money. The banana cloud is sweet and the matcha was not bitter nor thick. The whole drink was a perfect blend of flavors. The cookie was soft and gooey. The chocolate banana bread was moist and not overly sweet. I recommend ordering ahead on their website. Inside was extremely busy. read more
I tired their strawberry matcha today which is one of the best I've had. Natural grassy matcha and sweet strawberry flavor matched perfectly without being too bitter or sweet. Their indoor couches are nice and outdoor space has some shaded seating as well. My drink order came out fairly quickly despite the crowd, and the line to order didn't take too long either (less than 10 min). Nice ambience and place to chill in Brentwood. read more
I love the La La Land on Montana but had to give this one a try and I was impressed!! The line was much shorter and service was therefore quicker and somehow even friendlier at this location! They offered my puppy a bandana and pup cup, which was so sweet and has yet to happen at the other La La locations. He felt so adored and welcomed at this location! There is ample outdoor seating with lots of cutie flowers all around. Honestly the ideal place to start your morning and so perfectly located on San Vicente - the pop up bagel x la la lineup is truly perfection for any day. Enjoy! read more

I really like this location. The decor is really nice.! There's always seats and tables available if you like to work or study there. The people that work there were nice and got me my Matcha pretty quick. I like the location parking can be a little tricky, but that's most places in LA. read more

Absolutely loved this place. From the moment I walked in everything just felt good. The space is bright clean and welcoming and it has that calm uplifting energy that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy your food instead of rushing through it. The ambience alone puts you in a better mood. The food was genuinely excellent. Everything tasted fresh thoughtfully made and balanced. You can tell quality ingredients are being used and that care goes into the preparation. Nothing felt heavy or overly processed and it was the kind of meal that made me feel nourished instead of sluggish. Portions were just right and presentation was beautiful without feeling forced. The service was also fantastic. Everyone was friendly warm and attentive without being overbearing. It felt very genuine like they actually enjoy being there and want customers to have a great experience. Orders came out quickly and everything was exactly as expected. Overall this is one of those places you leave already planning your next visit. Great food great service and a really lovely atmosphere. If you are looking for a spot that makes you feel good while you are there and after you leave this is it. Highly recommend La La Land and will absolutely be back. read more

This is only about the tuna sandwich. I've gone to other La LA Lands... order a tea latte and write. Today, I tried the tuna sandwich based on another reviewer on this app. It's a hard no. And I should've trusted my instincts and stopped after one bite. I got through half on principle. It was bland and super mushy. But the worst part is my stomach has been hurting for hours. So I don't know. I was excited... but now I'm filled with regret and gas. Pity... I was craving a tuna sandwich. Joe and the juice was so close by and ggiata! I spent my last on a stomach full pain and gas. read more

I love La La Land coffee shops, but this small store in Brentwood exceeds them all. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I always get a big loud "Welcome in" whenever I walk through the door. Since I frequent this location often, the staff has made a point to remember my name and now know what my drink preferences are. Not to mention, there is lots of indoor and outdoor seating and the location of the store is in the heart of Brentwood, a perfect place to hang out, take a break from the day, or get some work done on the computer. Always a great experience here. read more

WOW! So so great, shout out to the barista Melody who was an angel! Someone ordered the wrong drink and she saw me eyeing it, she offered it to me instead of throwing it out which I SO appreciated!
