Not a fan at all, over priced, small portions and they're cheap with ingredients. I was hoping to enjoy a nice Alfredo... since the restaurants called Alfredo's but it fell flat. Sauce tasted like something I could buy in a jar at the grocery store. They also over serve alcohol, when we were there they had a very intoxicated table and they just kept bringing them drinks. I will start off with the look of the place, which is very nice, tiny, but nice. Waiter seemed a bit inexperienced. Offered us two orders of bruschetta to begin with (we ended up having to pay for that) came to the table to take drink orders and brought us the menu afterwards I will say the food was DELICIOUS, I had veal parm, other guests had veal scal, and lasagna ALL THE DISHES WERE GREAT, including the bruschetta. Our bill at the end of the night was around 200, BUT that was because the waiter decided to charge us 75.00 for a caesar, that i'm glad we noticed! otherwise fantastic food, needs a new server. read more

Went here on a Friday night at 7:30. The restaurant is not large, cozy and intimate. The décor is ok, the floor needs to be redone as it is a commercial tile of some kind and it really should be a nice wood floor. The rest of the ambiance is nice but it is not super formal. There are open tables, no booths and it is clean. The place was not crowded but there was a steady flow of 3-4 groups of dinners coming in and out during our meal. The waitress was adequate. Young and inexperienced but she did her job and got us our drinks, took our order properly, gave us the daily specials and checked on us throughout the meal. Why is this place 5 stars? The food. This is homemade Italian goodness. The menu has all of the classics you would want with a variety of meat and fish options. Lasagna. Veal. I did not see raviolis which I would have liked to try. But there was a large selection of specials that I contemplated. We were started off with a garlic and oil roll which was fresh and delicious. We ordered ceasar salads which were freshly made and very large. One salad is plenty to split as an appetizer and it came out quickly. I ordered the veal parm with penne side pasta. It was a large portion, freshly made, the sauce was classic old Italian and the pasta was cooked right. Excellent overall. The other meal was a pistachio and gravy sauced beef loin with grilled vegetables and potatoes. This dish was amazing. I am drooling now 2 days later thinking about it. The beef was cooked perfectly and the sauce was awesome. Excellent overall as well. I will be going back again. I will be recommending this to anyone who wants a traditional Italian meal. All in with drinks and a good tip it was just over 100 bucks for 2. No drinks, no appetizer and you can get in and out of here for 50 bucks for an excellent night out. There is nowhere else in Keswick for food like this. If they improved the décor a little bit they would be able to sell the fancy, comfy, date night experience that would keep couples coming back regularly. You need to eat here regardless. read more

I wanted to try something new. So I ordered a pizza from this place. I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The pizza was cold, hard and tiny. It had barley any toppings on it. It wasn't even enough for a meal for one person. It was the only size they had. And it was like $17 bucks plus a tip. I definitely although won't be going back. read more

A great addition to Keswick. My girlfriend and I have been there three times since they opened, and we've had a good meal on each visit. The place is small, but is generally quiet depending on the people there. They are licensed and have a full bar. The food is excellent. Everything tastes like it was made from scratch and has great flavours. The pasta sauces taste like they came from an Italian grandmother's kitchen. Unlike a lot of other places, the daily specials aren't ever just something from the regular menu. The specials are always something new and exciting (such as a huge helping of porketta roast, or a giant roasted Italian sausage). Food is also reasonably priced, with two starters, two mains and drinks coming out to around $60. It's not a cheap place, but the price is on par with the quality. Service is always friendly, sometimes overly so. Our only negative comment is that sometimes it feels like there is always someone at your table, and you never get a chance to chat amoungst yourselves. That being said, nobody can say that the staff aren't attentive. This is the type of place that keeps Keswick feeling like a nice place - small, home grown, mom & pop shops that care about quality and service instead of only dollars and cents. read more

Without a doubt, the best Italian dinner ever! The food was exquisite and served hot! It was so good I felt compelled to meet the ladies in the kitchen who cooked the meal & shake their hands & tell them in the person. The service was excellent and we were well looked after. Good food, good service , good prices. We have dined there several times this summer and each time our meal was well cooked and the chef accommodated our requests. It was nice to see something different other than a pub. I had the osso bucco. The meat was way overcooked. It tasted like something you would get from a hall. We also got a pizza which tasted like it was frozen. Won't be back here again. read more

The place is really SMALL - 2 man operation with 12 tables. Ambience is PLEASANT, but NOISY. Staff are VERY FRIENDLY. Service is FAST, but the food tastes really FRESH. Food is GREAT!. Had the special - baked Homemade Italian Sausage and Peppers with Pasta. 2 orders came within 15 minutes, but everything was well prepared and not mushy. Started with a bread basket of rosemary herbed Focaccia and Fresh whole wheat baguette. Could be served with balsamic and oil if you asked. Was a very pleasant experience - a welcome addition to Keswick. read more

Second visit and it was Noisy and a bit dirty. Not much ambiance in a strip mall. Food was ok and probably more suited to pizza takeout.
