I'm experiencing the same issues as most others on this thread: delivery keeps getting rescheduled and it takes for-freaking-ever to get a Customer Rep on the phone. My original delivery (1st time) was changed in my account without notice to a weekend date with no time specified and no way of contacting you during weekend. Nearly impossible to receive a live person to talk with without waiting for up to 30 minutes plus. The recording did offer to press 1 to save your place in line. On doing so I received an immediate call back to ask about rating their service via a pre-recorded message. I do not want their app. I do not want to register on line. What a JOKE. My husband has had an account since 1975 but lately, seems the delivery guy can't seem to put in our gate code, deliver 4 - 5 gallon bottles, 4 cases bottled water (our usual delivered order added on their card) and has failed for 2 months. Last Friday, I spent over 1 hour waiting for someone to answer their phone. The gal made excuses, no apology, rather arrogant. So with her, I made sure to have our order delivered today to our door and complete. Just went out and found a single 5 gallon bottle in front of our gate on the street. I understand that everything has gotten more expensive but you cannot keep squeezing the customers to maintain your level of profits. You charge a delivery fee, which has gone up. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My son had the service he moved out , he said they are kinda janky but you should get an account instead of buying bottled water all the time. I decided to call in hopes that maybe he just had a bad experience and mine may not be the same. WRONG! My water and dispenser came on the day of 1st delivery on 6/7 ..... however the dispenser arrived damaged. They sent and charged me for a 24 pack of bottled water , I DID NOT ORDER ! Why would I need that if I have 2 , 5 gallon water bottles ? I sent photos and explained I didn't want to be held responsible or liable for a damaged dispenser. First day they told me okay we will get someone out there to replace it leave the damaged one outside. They never came that was 6/10 I called to verify at 3pm and the gentleman says yes they are coming . He told me he would call the driver and let him know , he would call me when he was on his way. 5 pm came no dispenser. I was told they missed the delivery and they are short staffed at my branch. They then told me it would come the following day 6/11 Never came. I called the next day , they said oh they missed a second delivery and they would come on 6/14 placed the dispenser back outside ....guess what ? They never came. I called twice on 6/14 they said they would come 6/16 I even saw it on my online account it was out for delivery. Came home my damaged dispenser is still outside with no replacement. I have two 5 gallon water bottles I can't use. I now show I have the delivery dates for waters . This is INSANE!! ! I've never had this bad of customer service . After 12 phone calls and being left on hold 3 times for 30 minutes and once 50 minutes. I sent 8 emails. They never even returned my call . They send a response from an email. Asking you to call. I work FT just got promoted in my office , I don't have time to make calls trying to figure this out and have a 3 year old to attend too that packs a home water bottle fir school every day. This has been very disappointing. It's just wrong to treat customers like that ! It's rude and dishonest. I've been in customer service for 20 years with the state! I am basically going to repeat what another customer wrote, because that's our exact experience as well. Add to that I work for a HUGE company and they have a ton of our accounts, yet they just don't seem to care at all....... AWFUL! This "company" regularly fails to deliver on the scheduled delivery day, and refuses to bother with sending an email (or any kind of notification) to identify that they can't make the delivery. If you subscribe to this service, you are rolling the dice on if you will get water in any given month. You may as well not waste the time to call their "support" system, as they can only promise you that it'll be there in a day or two, when in fact the agents promising that have no insight as to if it will happen. The people picking up the phone are fine, and if you want to hear someone apologize and make empty promises, they will fill that need. But if you want water, they can't help. I assume they are in a blind service center that has no real contact with the delivery system. Promises to have a manager contact you are the second tier of the empty promise/go away for a day package. Alhambra's inability to do the one thing they are in business to do (deliver water) is concerning. Their company policy is apparently to jerk customers around while hoping the customer will win the delivery lottery and shut up for a bit. It's worth noting that the Billing team has no problem whatsoever with charging for the rental of the dispenser, despite having no water to put in it. It's clear to me that they have no interest in their customer base and no intention of improving customer relations. They have over-taxed their infrastructure and have adopted the practice of ignoring the customer until someone (Anyone!) comes along and fixes it. read more

When my service started I got my water no problem. Then as service went on I would get emails that may service date was coming up so I would put my empties out. Service day came and went and no water delivered. Had to call the main number to which they gave me a different service date. Next device date received email day before but no water on service date. Once again had to call and requested a call from district manager. Never got water or call. I was informed I would have to wait for next service date. I called back and water was delivered sooner. Next service date I got an email and put 6 empties out. Only got credit for 5 and only 1 bottle of water left. Called again and was told my next service date was the following week. She could not do anything but put in complaint and reach out to district manager again. So no water no callback. This service is more work than it's worth!!! read more

They claim you can manage your account online, what a joke. The billing is always messed up/wrong can't get through to get help. On hold forever to try cancel service, no place to cancel auto pay etc. I got through only to be told I have to be transferred to an account specialist to cancel and still on hold. They DID NOT SHOW UP.Their time frame is 8am-5pm which means u need to stay at home and wait for them for the WHOLE day because the equipment needs to be picked up too. I requested PTO for them and they did not show up. They have the history of missing scheduled delivery so I called twice before the pick up day and confirmed with their customer service on date. I wished I read all these reviews first before signing up with this company. The quality of the water is not the problem. It is the delivery service for me and the customer service as well because yesterday, I specifically requested to be called first bed the delivery because I would like the delivery guy to take it upstairs because my husband and I couldn't carry heavy loads anymore. I was told by the customer service that she will put a note for the delivery person; however, when I checked my front porch today, all six bottles (5gallons each) were there. Not sure if its an intentional scam or not but they will literally over deliver water and then assume you want "replenish" plan and charge you for the extra bottles the next month. I was basically being billed for 3-4 bottles a month when I only wanted 2. Had to call them and they did not offer a refund just offered a "pause" on the next month for extra water I never wanted. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would, the first couple of months everything was great. Water delivered on time, but then it went down hill rapidly. Constant missed deliveries, then missed Rescheduled deliveries, then missed Extra Deliveries. They usually email you that they will miss the upcoming deliveries but that stopped months ago. Every week calling and trying to get water. Sometimes the app will change on its own, saying you will have an upcoming delivery for 6 bottles then the morning of the delivery you go and check and the amount of bottles is 0! lol it's so ridiculous. I'm constantly calling customer service, constant emails and no help. I'm supposed to get deliveries every two weeks. I haven't had a delivery since NOVEMBER 18,2023 and it's now January 21, 2024. You order from Alhambra Water, they deliver 3 out of 10 items, and then they fraudulently charge you for 15 items!!! Like literally they charge you for items never made it to your door step. I would call and try to find out where my water was and I'd get told I had to pay more after just paying through the app!!! I never got my water! Do not service this company. they are totally irresponsible and couldn't care less about their customers. We have been doing business with them for 12 years now. We have not had a water delivery for over 2 months now. So we decided to cancel our service and told them not to send any future billing statements. To date we have scheduled at least 4 appts for them to pick up their dispenser and empty bottles. Each appt was a no show no call. What type of customer service is that? After the last scheduled no show pick up we have informed them that their equipment will be discarded and not to send any further charges. We've been using its service for two years. The experience can't be worse. 1. First it often skipped delivery or late delivery without notice! Several times we almost run out of water and they are not delivering as scheduled. 2. Website is quite hard to use, often I don't know how to change or edit the order. Can't you hire some professional web designers or engineers to make it better? 3. We are finally cancelling subscription this week. Terrible customer service from Alhambra. Below is what I entered to Alhambra's "contact us" webpage. This pretty much sums up my experience: Disappointed customer service and delivery experience. I would like to express the only thing I receive (not my water order) and that is the terrible customer service experience. I was supposed to receive my water on the 19th of December. I got nothing. I checked the website and saw that the delivery date had changed to the 21st. I still got nothing. Then I checked the the website again and it said the 24th. Nothing again... I changed the date for the 31st and I called on the 29th to verify that I was going to receive my order. I was told that the order was escalated and the customer service rep was certain I was to receive my water on the 31st. It was until after 1pm on the 31st that I called your customer service and talked to a supervisor in which she said that the delivery would now be on January 4th. It was canceled and changed without my knowledge. The supervisor told me that I would receive a call back today to follow up. Nothing as usual... The lack of communication is honestly really disappointing. I hate that I receive this automated email saying my water delivery is today and yet nothing comes. I feel like it is a slap in the face that I pay for a service with no customer service values. I hope whoever reads this letter gets it to the head of operations and please learn from this. New customer ... We ordered a initial delivery for April 1. A cooler and four 5 gallon bottles of water. On Friday, March 27 EIGHT 5 gallon bottles of water and TWO boxed coolers were dumped in front of our house. I saw the Alhambra truck as it was leaving. Immediately called the only phone number ... a 800 one. Talked to four customer service reps and a supervisor. They were basically useless. Told me they 'sent a email' to a supervisor. They are in Florida and I'm in California. There is NO local number to call. It is now Monday afternoon and I've heard nothing regarding back this issue. I've sent numerous emails to customer service. To top it off there is a charge pending on my credit card. The initial charge should of been around $20. There was a credit of $50 offered because we were new customers. We've been double charged and no $50 credit. I will be disputing the charge. I realize things are crazy right now but I feel like my hands are tied. No other choice but leave this review. It took forever for them to deliver a new tower to our new address. It got to the point that after 6 weeks we decided to buy a water dispenser of our own and cancel the services. It then took another month for them to come get the old water dispenser. We ended up almost having to pay rent on our old building because of their failure to pick up their merchandise. We have been customers for almost 7 years now and have loved it thanks to Arnold, our delivery guy. UNFORTUNATELY, since we moved to Dublin CA we have had NOTHING but problems. They haven't been replacing our water with the correct amount and when we call to get it fixed they never deliver the replacements. We called four times to reschedule and they never came over a two week period. We had to get them refilled at Safeway and I have a bad back and ended up hurting myself. Then when they were to deliver for our normal delivery window they said they delivered to us but we received NOTHING! The driver said they delivered but didn't. The company itself has been pretty good. It's the drivers that let the company down. I was told that sometimes the drivers just don't want to lug the water around to apartments. It's unacceptable. You have one job.... DO IT! When there are people out of work due to Covid you'd think these drivers would be happy they still have a job.
