She gives you some suggestions of things that have been popular in the past. She is so unobtrusive that once she gets started, you hardly realize she is there. Everything she made was delicious and our favorite was the creme brûlée. It was very quick, she was done in an hour and all the dishes were done and put away. It was incredibly creative, made an amazing presentation and was mouth-watering good. I have high standards and especially with fish. The other dishes were all amazing and we still talk about them today. Aside from the top-notch quality, Terri was very responsive in communications and her whole staff is a pleasure to be with.
