We placed an order for a Chicken Tandoori wrap and a butter chicken dish with rice. The naan was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE.... extra huge, soft and fluffy and made to order. The restaurant is built specifically for take out and they keep a cooler full of various favorites that you can purchase and warm up as you please. The location is very neat and clean. I ordered the jumbo tandoori fish over rice for my family, with the naan bread and potato samosas I had not eaten there in awhile, while everything was delicious some things have changed, no chicken samosas, on the menu and the naan bread was not as fluffy, was a little flat, I paid for extra white sauce, none in the bag, and the dipping sauces for my samosa was not there, I luv my sauce!!! Ordered pickup through DoorDash for 2 wraps to bring to the Bisons game. (FYI - It's only 10 minutes from the ballpark and you can bring food in without a problem). The wraps were huge and absolutely delicious! $6.99 is a bargain for the size. I would say 1 is big enough to share with a side. We ordered the tandoori chicken and gyro. They were packed with flavorful meat and fresh herbs (there was some cilantro in the tandoori chicken wrap). I'm a huge fan of gyro, which was a perfectly seasoned and dressed in a creamy yogurt sauce. The chicken was so tender. And what brought the wraps to the next level was the wrap itself - naan bread. So soft and chewy; I couldn't have picked a better vessel to eat my chicken and gyro in! The descriptions of the wraps online are not very detailed; it just says meat and fresh vegetables. This is the reason why I had to take off a star. YOU DID IT!! :-D Yesterday we had a late-night hankering for some delivery chow. By that time, there were not many options still open. But Alibaba was taking DoorDash orders until 11:30pm. Plus it was free delivery with orders over $15, so we went for it. We placed our DoorDash order at about 11:15pm, and our food was contactless-delivered to our porch a little after midnight. We ordered chicken tikka masala, paneer tikka masala, a falafel and hummus wrap, and an extra order of naan bread. Everything came packaged well, hot, and HUGE. The naan bread was SO BIG it didn't fit on our plates! They use the same HUGE naan for their wraps, so the falafel wrap was HUGE too! We ordered it with no cheese and the yogurt sauces on the side, so it was vegan for our vegan daughter. She LOVED the wrap, and easily had half to save for the next day. The tikka masala dishes were both BEYOND. I've become so used to getting tikka masala with the consistency of Campbell's tomato soup that I forgot what an exceptional, hearty tikka masala could be like. Paneer tikka masalas I get elsewhere usually have a few small cheese chunks afloat in a watery sauce--but NOT this one! Alibaba's was a hearty, creamy, cheese-chocked-full tikka masala, with peas! I've never had one made ever heartier and creamier with peas! The flavor was as sensational as the consistency. Maybe a smidge spicy for my liking, but I am a spicy-lightweight, so probably just right for most folks. The hubbs loved his chicken tikka masala too, also very generous with the chicken. Ordering on DoorDash, it was very easy to customize our dishes to be "No Cilantro." We both like cilantro flavor, but recently had a bad tikka masala experience someplace else with stemmy, rutty cilantro sticks all through the dish. To play it safe, it was nice to easily opt out of cilantro altogether. In this case, I didn't miss it. I like cilantro flavor, but this tikka masala still had a complex flavor profile that left me wanting for nothing, just YUM. The prices at Alibaba Kebab were very reasonable! The HUGE falafel wrap was just $8.99. The chicken tikka masala was $11.99, and the paneer version a dollar less. An extra side of the HUGE naan was only two bucks! And, back to the naan for a second--it was HUGE and still also delicious. It was soft and doughy, with the hints of spices you expect to taste in a good naan. So WEEEE-OOOHHHH, WEEEE-OOOHHHH, WEEEE-OOOHHHH ... RUN, don't walk, but RUN to Alibaba Kebab for their tikka masala! And if you live farther away, don't count out DoorDash! Alibaba delivered all the way to us in North Cheektowaga, so take a look to see if they'll deliver to you, too. Prices are very fair and portions are huge! I did enjoy all the food, although I prefer the chicken tikka at other Indian establishments. Also, I prefer the naan to be thicker, although that might not be as authentic and a personal preference. The food was very good, I've only had halal food once before from another place and I did not like it. My fiancé and I decided to give alibaba a try and we were not disappointed. We loved the food, the portions were huge. I'm someone who can eat a lot I'm talking a whole full mooneys Mac and cheese in a sitting so I was so surprised by how full I was for having only had 4-5 bites of my food. Not only was I super full afterwards but I have so much food leftover. This is their chicken over rice and it's so good and this is what's left after me eating a good majority of it and feeling super full. Super long and filling. They weren't skimpy with the contents at all. The pita was warm, fresh, and soft. None of that stiff, inmalleable bread. The tikka masala was so good! All the delicious spices and flavors. I couldn't stop eating it. And they give you sauces on the side, one of which brings all the heat. Because you need that heat. It's not the same without it. The pita is bigger than the plate. The menu has variety. The prices are beyond reasonable given the huge portions you get, and the service was good, too. They have a small parking lot. Yum! First off the smell as you walk in. Whoa! Flavors in the air. I knew right away it was going to be good. We tried the Falafel 10piece w/humus which was quite decent, a bit dry and bland on the falafel but the humus balanced it out a bit. The chicken tikka masala over rice was amazing! So juicy and full of flavor. Really nice! Pretty large portion for the "normal" size. The size options are small, normal, jumbo and family. Also tried the garlic naan bread. By far, the best I've had in the area. Chewy and light. Really good, and also serves as a utensil, to soak up all those flavors of course! Highly recommend! On the downside the area surrounding and roads all around the parking lot are riddled with car destroying pot holes. It is the tail end of winter right now, but City of Buffalo needs to fix these roads. They are horrible. Parking lot is tiny but private, which was nice. Alibaba Kebab is a great option for individuals in the Larkinville area and surrounding Buffalo neighborhood to grab some lunch on the go or pick up dinner on their way home. They have a good selection of traditional curries/ tomato dishes as well as rice dishes and wraps. Their shawarma wrap is a favorite for me every single time. They have online ordering and you can customize your dish if that is something important to you. Their online ordering is a 30 minute pickup window, something to be aware of so you can plan ahead. If it's busy or dinner/ lunch hour, I would expect to pick up at the later half of the half an hour. This business seems to be family run and is definitely a local small business that deserves your patronage. I've been an avid fan of lazeez shawarma up in Canada for years. There isn't really anything comparable to their "chicken on the rocks" or "shawarma wrap" in Buffalo, until now. This is a small little place great for take out. A few tables, not really an overwhelming interior, but I still couldn't wait to eat and wanted to save my steering wheel and jacket the eating while driving aftermath. Unlike other wraps, the tandoori naan does come a little crispy on the outside, and it's not served like a gyro but instead like an actual sandwich wrap. Wow, this food is fantastic and exceeded anything we could have imagined when we ordered through GrubHub. I got the chicken shawarma wrap and my roommate got the chicken shawarma bowl. The wrap is made with fresh naan and did not disappoint. It was also much bigger than I was expecting. My roommate couldn't stop raving about his dish and suggested I try some. As much as I loved my wrap, I found his dish was even tastier. Instead of being wrapped in fresh naan, the chicken shawarma was atop of this really flavorful rice and dressed with sauces. The food was amaze-balls!! My boyfriend and I picked up some take from this place and before we could even get out of the car we could smell it! (the same way you can smell a bbq from like a block away)! My boyfriend got the three meats over rice and I got the boti chicken kabab and the paneer tikka kebab. The kebabs were pretty big not like the ones you would would get at a street cart (think "bite-sized" pieces cut by grandma). We have enough leftovers for another meal for both of us. When I first saw Alibab Kebab on Yelp, I was nervous at the food wouldn't be enough. Therefore, I was planning on having it for lunch the next day but ended up not having enough time. So I thought, "why not just order a little more than I normally would?" and I sure was in for a surprise. Just the chicken tikka masala alone would've been enough. The portions at the restaurant are extremely generous and a lot for what you pay for. Everything was extremely delicious from the chicken tikka masala to the jalapeño poppers. I like to say I eat a lot, just this night I was not able to finish all of the food in one sitting. Always nice to see another halal, north Indian food restaurant in the area. Not the highest quality. No ambiance. Very simple seating/dining area if you decide to eat in. Simply good take-out if you want a good quantity of pretty decent desi food for the money spent. Here's what to get: 1. Potato samosa - to start your meal. I liked that the exterior wrapping was crispy, not bready or oily. Potatoes were seasoned well. Only thing that was missing, the tamarind chutney. They didn't include that. I should have asked, well next time. Maybe it's me, but I seem to always enjoy samosas with dip of tangy, tamarind chutney. I didn't try the chicken or beef filled samosas, so no comment on those. 2. Tandoori Chicken Tikka - Breast meat, grilled, tender and seasoned just right. Have this alone with a couple of Naan bread, you're set. Their naan was delish. Fluffy, buttery, melt in your mouth yummy. 3. Fish over rice: fried tilapia seasoned with spices over saffron colored rice. Flavorful. Could be a meal alone, or plenty to share with one or two more people. What to skip: 1. Butter chicken - not the creamy tomato saucy type. Shredded chicken pieces in a watery "curry sauce" just didn't hit the mark. Still the best place in town for butter chicken: Kabab and Curry. Hands down. 2. Palak paneer- curry was again watery, pieces of paneer were hard, as if over-cooked. Disappointed. This is one of my faves. 3. Beef kebab- over cooked,charred. Dry. Left on the grill too long? Almost like jerky. 4. Gulab jamun. The little dough balls of delight, which I love when made right, should not be so hard in texture. These were, unfortunately. Honey syrup was the usual, very sweet, too sweet. Maybe I should pop the left over jamuns in the microwave to see if that softens them up? Then those jamuns might be jammin?! What great food at this place! This was my 3rd time eating from Alibaba. Consistently good food with subcontinent taste that I truly enjoy.

Been hearing all the rave about this East Side joint and got their kebab & curry takeout special. It's a pretty good deal. For about $20, I got a few naans, some amazing tandoori chicken, kebabs and a cup of butter chicken and 4 incredible sauces to along with it. I devoured the meal and couldn't wait for seconds, then thirds the next day - it was a lot of food! This is definitely a place you want to check out, the grilled chicken is the most succulent and juicy marinated bites I've had the pleasure of eating. Each bite was a burst of flavor. Loved the sauces the meats came with too. Can't wait to come back and get some takeout again! I don't know if the location on Military Rd, Kenmore ,is the same owner as the William St location. I was at the Military Road location for the very first day of service so that should be kept in mind that this is a provisional review. And we were looking forward to the Grand Opening. First of all I'd like to say that the nan was fantastic and very authentic and huge! A Samosa arrived slightly after our entrees and was as expected...mashed and peas, fried nicely. My dining partner had the beef Kebabs and I had the beef Curry. The beef on his kabobs was straight up hard as a rock the flavor was there and they were grilled well and the vegetables were quite nice ...but the meat could not be cut, not by him and not by me and not by our friend when we got home... so I simmered it this morning to make it more tender and it took over an hour. I had the Beef Curry and while the sauce was delicious and had a nice kick to it all I got was little bits of beef and Globs of fat which was definitely unappealing to my American sense of taste and I will tell you there was very very little of it. The Nan was great! and Great Big! Everything was served and take out containers and in a brown bag, I don't know if this is the way that is going to be served from now on out or if it's just because it's a new business and they anticipated more takeout than dine in... there were quite a few customers there and I wish them well but they need to get a pressure cooker LOL and add some actual meat to their Curry read more

We have gotten lunch from here several times and I've picked up dinner for my family. The food is fast, affordable, and very good. My kids love butter chicken, they liked it from here but it is not the same as you would get at a typical Indian restaurant. My coworkers love the chicken Tika over rice. My favorite is the chicken boti kabob, but I have also been very happy with the beef or panear boti kabobs and the chicken wrap. The green sauce is very spicy so beware.
