I am writing this review to let the management know, patrons this past Saturday were incredibly disappointed when Krys Da Cat the DJ for Saturday Afternoon Fever had to end her session at 7pm instead of the previous time of 8pm. This made no sense given the next act/DJ was hours away. It had to be a financial loss as well because the bar was full of people having fun, dancing, playing pool and drinking before it was abruptly killed early and people began leaving in droves. Krys Da Kat draws a crowd for Saturday Afternoon Fever with the Soul Train videos playing on the wall. People come there because they love this DJ's selections and transition skills!!! Please bring this event back to its deserved time of 4-8pm and I'll revise my review in a heartbeat.

This place was exactly the vibe we were hoping to find. The second we walked in, I loved the vintage feel of the decor. It has that authentic old-school saloon energy that can't be manufactured. A genuine neighborhood watering hole with personality - a little worn in, full of character & packed with stories. One of the best parts of our visit was the bartender, who also happened to be the third-generation owner. He struck that perfect balance of being super friendly & welcoming without being all up in our business. You could tell he genuinely cared about the place & its history.
