Couldn't be happier with the bouquet Alice's Floral Design made for us. We walked in and asked for a bouquet within a specific budget and with some example photos. Received beautiful bouquet from friend of mine that is in LA that was delivered by Alice Floral design. I got a call from delivery to come and pick the bouquet downstairs. We live in downtown and parking is the challenge. But delivery were very nice they left bouquet with the concierge. Amazing fresh flowers that lasted for a long time! It comes in a vase so you dont have to do anything. Bouquet was extremely beautiful so nice matched colors. I highly recommend this place because flowers were very fresh and lasted for 3 weeks.
I'm based in Los Angeles, CA and called this store after doing research as to which floral shop to use for a funeral spray. The lady who picked up the phone spoke fluent English and Cantonese and was absolutely kind. She made very appropriate suggestions with regard to delivery time, size of the spray, cost, design and even helped with getting the information to be listed on the ribbon. The spray came out prettier than I expected and it was priced well too. They texted the attached picture for me to view the finished product. Please consider using them for any of your floral needs.
Alice was a delight to work with. I called the shop first thing when they opened and after a few back and forth questions in English we connected in Cantonese. These flowers were for the new Yifang boba shop grand opening in Sammamish. It's hard to find other florists who do this and I was ordering from out of state. She made it very easy for me to do so. Alice sent me a photo when the arrangement was done (medium size, about 5ft tall on the stand) and was able to deliver it same day in the evening with more photos. Thank you, Alice! I'm happy to support this small business in Chinatown.
I can't say enough great things about Tracy who helped us with wedding flowers. I think most places quoted us 3-5 times what Tracy worked out for us. The thing is, she understood we were honestly on a budget and was willing to work with us. I showed her a few samples of color schemes and she put her artistry to work! The flowers were beautiful and elegant. We can't thank Tracy enough. I would recommend her to every friend needing any type of event flowers.
Great customer service and beautiful flowers for a relative's memorial. I walked in and spoke with someone and had a hard time locating the obituary and she (Tracy) was able to help locate it for me to confirm. I showed her a picture of what we wanted as well as one they had done and she said she could add more flowers to make it look like that. I also requested lavender since our loved one really liked them. She added them but warned me that they may not show up too well. Delivered to the funeral home before the memorial started and was gorgeous. I opted to go here because a different company, For You Flowers texted me the day of my grandmothers funeral to let me know they couldn't find a vendor and "sorry", so I'm never going with one of those big online companies again. Definitely will use Alice's again for future floral needs. Thank you!
Alice's Floral helped us out with a very last minute [24 hour notice] bouquet order for my friend's impromptu courthouse wedding ceremony. The person I spoke to on the phone (possibly Alice?) was a patient and clear communicator by phone, and hustled to help us get the delivery to the wedding in a very tight window of time + busy time of day. In the end - we chose the Elegant Garden design - and the floral arrangement was stunning. The couple ended up using the bouquet as the centerpiece of their wedding table. It really brought the whole event together! Thank you so much Alice & Team for your help.
This place was amazing and my life saver today!! They were able to put such a beautiful arrangement together in record time at short notice. I walked into the store to buy an engagement/wedding bouquet requesting something cat friendly which they were quick to accept and arrange. Asked budget, color scheme, and if I wanted a vase. It only took about 10-15 minutes for the bouquet to be finished and in my hands! I tried going to another store but they did not know what was and what wasn't cat friendly, so this place was a breath of relief when they so readily agreed. This was my first time buying a true flower arrangement and I felt well taken care of. I even noticed how well they assisted another customer and his first timing ordering flowers. They were concise, knowledgeable, and able to create this arrangement for my dear friend and we were soooo happy with the results!! Such a slay on their part
You may think they don't have much to offer but that is not true. The entry of the shop is deceiving. The flowers are well taken care of. There weren't any browning on the petals and LORD JESUS I thought the flowers were fake because it was so unbelievably real. I have not noticed a single wilted flower in sight. The environment is very clean and during the entry there's a faint Jasmine smell. (my fav) Immediately you're greeted and asked if help was needed. I visited during Father's Day and of course I'm not as knowledgeable as the florist, so I asked for recommendations. DUH! Best believe their knowledge on the flowers would blow your mind, literally. I was well educated. Last but not least, I was a bit touched when they offered to wrap my flowers and they added small little touches that made it more presentable.
I called Alice's Floral for a Valentine's/Anniversary bouquet to be delivered to my spouse's work. It's our second anniversary (cotton anniversary) so I requested dried cotton branches to be added into a rose bouquet, and they sure did deliver! She made a special purchase for my order and had them added to what would have already been a huge and beautiful bouquet. Excellent communication (she confirmed that they had found cotton branches), gorgeous and tasteful arrangements, and just all around great customer service. My spouse was thrilled and would not stop talking about how thoughtful it was of Alice's Floral to accommodate such an unusual request. The photo I'm including just doesn't do the arrangement justice, but you can see the cotton branches on top!
My pet rabbit recently passed away and my best friend from SF kindly ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my door. Alice called me to ask when was a good time for the delivery and I figured it was easier for my schedule to come pick it up. When I walked in, Alice's assistant was adding the finishing touches to the bouquet and I stood there speechless. The bouquet was HUGE, standing between 1.5 ft and 2 ft with the vase. The colors were so vibrant because the flowers had freshly bloomed. Right then, I knew this would be my go-to florist. It is certainly a business worth supporting. The flower arrangement in it of itself deserves a perfect rating but really, it was Alice and her staff who stole the show. My friend told me Alice used the delivery money toward more flowers and that she would take special care to make an arrangement that would "make her happy". Well, it certainly did and more. Thank you, Alice!!!

Alice's Floral Design is by far the BEST FLORIST I have ever used (and I order a lot of flowers being a Realtor). I live out of state so did a Google search of Seattle florists and really liked what I saw on their website. I wanted a gorgeous tropical arrangement sent to my favorite Aunt and Uncle and showed them an online photo of something I really liked. Alice's was very nice and helpful on the phone and seemed to know what I had in mind. Although they didn't have many tropical in right then they would go to the flower mart early the next morning. The arrangement was delivered that next day. When my Uncle texted me a photo I was stunned. It was EXACTLY like the photo I sent them...EXACTLY what I wanted!! And the cost was very very reasonable (I would have paid double that here in the San Francisco area). If you live in the Seattle and surrounding areas and need a florist you don't need to look any further. You can trust Alice's to bend over backward for you and make the flowers (and occasion) perfect!!! A+++++ read more

You may think they don't have much to offer but that is not true. The entry of the shop is deceiving. The flowers are well taken care of. I found this floral shop on Yelp and trusted my fellow reviewers. I'm an out of town college student and was looking to send an arrangement to my mom for her birthday. Alice asked tons of questions about what she liked and her favorite color. When I didn't know many answers, she found other questions to guide her. The flowers arrived on time and were more than. Could have asked for. The arrangement is big, beautiful and very fragrant. My mother and her coworkers were swooning. She did such a wide range of flowers and so colorful. SOO my man and I just got married this last weekend and, of course, it was the most amazing day of our lives. We were WOW'd by the centerpieces and bouquets Alice arranged for us. She really brought on her game and you can tell she is passionate about her work. Throughout the last year, we met with Alice a couple times to discuss details of the floral looks we were aiming for. She had great suggestions and would hop up and start gathering flowers from within her shop to give us visual examples of designs. We gave her a price range, listed out our wishes, and she was able to work her creativity from there. When the big day came, we had her deliver the flowers and she refused to just drop them off; she saw to it that the centerpieces found their way to each table and spent time to assemble the finished look. She's a busy lady and it's better to call ahead to catch her. We highly recommend Alice and if you're around the area, it's nice to just stop by and smell non-refrigerated roses ;) read more

The corsage I ordered for prom was pretty, however I was not happy. When I initially ordered my corsage, we had agreed on what I wanted and they had photos of previously made corsages so I knew what I would be getting. It should have been 2 big roses as the main flowers. I regret not having been able to pick up my set (I had my boyfriend do it for me the day of prom while I was busy) because I definitely would have made sure I received what I ordered. Instead, what I got was a bundle of small roses as the main flowers. They got the ribbon and color of flower correct, but the error in what I received really peeved me. Also, the "bracelet" of the corsage was pipe cleaners which was at times uncomfortable on my wrist. I paid $38 total for my boyfriend and my own, mine was ~$25 and his was ~$10. We chose the cheaper corsage and boutonniere option. read more

What a fun place to browse. I discovered a love for Jasmine here. They were selling potted jasmine plants, large and small. I got a small one for $7. If it wasn't for a mischievous cat I would have bot more Jasmine and lots of other plants to put around the house. It's a pretty small store, packed full of flowers and plants. Then lone employee working was a nice older man who spoke Cantonese and a little English. He was nice and showed a few things and then went back to as task he had been working on. Cute little place, I'll be back to pick up a plant or two someday in the future. read more

The bouquet Alice created for my mom met every expectation and more!! I was so taken by its beauty I nearly cried. There's more to the story and will spare you the drama. Called Alice's flower shop a couple days before arriving into downtown Seattle. Wanted to surprise my wife for our 20th anniversary. Alice asked what occassion and helped narrow down the Autumn theme. Had the flower arrangement delivered to the hotel before 12PM to insure a nice room ahead of time, instead of us ariving at the hotel and getting the last pick of the hotel rooms. Upon arrival, the beautiful flower arrangement was waiting in our room to surprise my wife. A great start for our enjoyable visit to Seattle. Reasonably priced, too! read more

I got my wedding bouquet from Alice and it was so perfect! It was exactly what I wanted for my elopement in the forest. They were very responsive and were able to make it on relatively short notice. When I picked it up from the shop I didn't bring a vase but she graciously gifted one so that I could transport the flowers home. Would definitely recommend them! read more

Alice's floral created the beautiful wreaths for my father's service. We chose 4 designs (one completely custom, three with modifications) and they were delivered on time and more beautiful than I imagined. Even on a tight time frame, they still drove to Portland to find some flowers that were unavailable in Seattle. Most florists would have substituted. Definitely above and beyond. read more

Alice's Floral Design is a hidden gem in Chinatown. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Alice let me go over picture after picture of everything floral. She knows what works best with every type of flowers. She made me feel totally comfortable while working on my father's casket arrangement. She added special touches that made the arrangements beautiful. She is now my go to for everything floral. She even ordered a special flower that reminds me of mother and father whom have passed. read more

I recently got married in Washington, but I am based in LA. Planning a wedding from afar was not easy, but Alice and Tracy were good to work with, and accommodated my needs and requests.
