Unfortunately, the second cleaning felt a bit rushed, possibly because she had another appointment afterward. Once she was finished, she seemed to be in a rush to leave and I didn't really get a chance to walk through and double-check that everything was good to go before she left. I would have appreciated having a few minutes to look everything over and point out anything that may have been missed. It also didn't feel like the same level of care or attention to detail was given this time. I noticed some dirty spots that weren't completely wiped down or vacuumed, and one of my floors wasn't as spotless as it was after the first cleaning, so I don't think it was fully mopped. My room also didn't have that same clean and organized feeling it had after the first visit. The first time, the stairs in my hallway were also cleaned, but during the second visit I was told that the stairway wasn't included and would be an additional cost. That was a little confusing since it had been done during my previous cleaning. Overall, my first experience was excellent and genuinely felt like the cleaner went above and beyond. The second cleaning just wasn't as thorough or consistent, which was disappointing since I specifically rebooked the same cleaner based on how impressed I was the first time. That being said, I still trust this cleaning company more than others I've tried and would continue to use them. I just hope future cleanings are more consistent with the quality, effort, and attention to detail I received the first time.

I had texted what I needed and when, and Debora replied to me their availability and what to expect. Basically, the cleaning crew would come and assess the job and provide an estimate. If the rate was acceptable they would begin cleaning immediately. Maria and Rosa worked for four hours, a total of 8 man hours. I am so grateful at how much they got done, it would have taken me more than two days to do what they did. Maria was the lead of this team. She speaks some Spanish but her first language is Brazilian Portuguese. We were able to communicate pretty well using Google Translate. I am working toward decluttering the rest of the house (a daunting task as dad is a bit of a hoarder) and will be reaching out to Ana's Cleaning Service again in the future. Really disappointing experience…read more First, it appears this business no longer actually operates in San Francisco and instead refers or sends work to friends/family connected with the business. We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up. I understand if a business can no longer accommodate a client, but sending a simple message is the bare minimum. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.
