It's funny because she seemed to rarely actually show up to walk my dog. But she did always come to pick up the check! Vigilant, that one. What I wasn't pleased with was the fact that she became impossible to get in touch with. She didn't answer a single phone call, and only replied to texts days later. This was difficult, because while she was busy not showing up to walk my dog (still collecting checks though!) I would text and say "hey! Not sure if you came today. Is everything ok?" I wouldn't get a reply to let me know that she wasn't going to be coming the rest of the week either. Another thing I was displeased with was the fact that she claimed to be a dog lover, who says "I hate the idea of animals being cooped up all day." But she knew I worked full time, which is why I hired her. So when she didn't show up, I realized she probably doesn't actually care that much for the well-being of my dog. Ouch. She did great in the beginning. I can't help but wonder if something is wrong? But when I fired her, she didn't return my house key. So also lost money in changing the locks. Her husband fixed our toilet though! Works like a charm!

It's a very stable team we've had come to our house all this time. Team members might vary from week to week but we know them all. Everything sparkles when they've been here and we love to come home to our clean and fresh house. They are pleasant, respectful, and careful. Connie supplies all of the equipment and supplies. Of course you can discuss what you want used out not used in your house, and the details of what you want cleaned, but you don't have to do a thing after that. That said, we do find it both helpful and respectful to tidy up our stuff so they can spend their time cleaning rather than tidying. Most of the team members don't speak English, but we can communicate somewhat, and Connie is always available by text. We also had dogs for many years, and they were lovely with the dogs (do make sure your dogs are safe with new people and vacuums and such, though!).
