The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

My older loves animals, insects, and other non-human creatures so this place seemed perfect. We had been many years ago with our littles and they distinctly remember a giraffe so we figured their cousins would enjoy the experience too. We arrived at around 11 am on a Monday morning and found parking relatively easy- I think we were one of two families there which made it easy. There is a very small parking lot just outside the entrance and street parking. We entered through a really fun gift shop and made our way in. They have many exhibits of foxes, monkeys, birds, reptiles, and other small-to-medium sized animals to learn about. Each exhibit provided a learning display. We made our way through the "center" in just under two hours- really taking out time at each exhibit. Wr only noticed a couple of other families with littles as well, making it super easy to move through. While we say snakes foxes parrots and more, we don't see the giraffe . We did learn while we were there though that the giraffe was just visiting as it was being trained by the nextdoor business for television!!! Apparently that's a thing. Love L.A.! Ideal place for little kids! They have space for private parties, benches to enjoy a packed lunch (byobag situation), and a theater-education space where I believe they have events/activities, although we didn't see any. Pro-tip: sister purchase tickets on Groupon and saved money

We were able to book the space with little notice (even with 80 guests!) and the team went above and beyond with table settings, decorations and support, making our daughter's "Under the Sea" birthday a smash success. There is ample parking, lots of tables and chairs for adults and kids alike, and the coolest play area we've seen in town. It's filled with activities for littles (12M+) to big kids - and even arcade games in the back. It's deceptively large and endless fun. We cannot wait to return!

The place on the whole isn't that big, which isn't a terrible thing. We came here on a weeknight and it was pretty chill! There was one little girl who was having her birthday here but it was still open for other kids to play. It's always a good idea to call before you come though to check! A lot of the indoor playgrounds I have been to all seem very similar, but it was nice to see some very different slides and activities here! The tube slide was AWESOME, I just wish there was a way to get the tubes easily up the stairs or back up the ramp so mom's and dad's wouldn't have to schlep them up there. I was SWEATING because of course my son wanted to go again and again! Everything was clean and in relatively good condition. I liked that they had some dress up items for the kiddos. Though it is a more narrow space, there was plenty of space for the kids to climb and explore. I did not love that they had arcade games in the back, specifically one with giant machine guns. Is that appropriate for a children's indoor playground? I brought my kid here to go on slides and bounce on a trampoline, not shoot aliens with a giant machine gun. The whole place is so cute with animals hanging from the ceiling and murals on the walls but the video games take away from that cute and innocent aesthetic. Food for thought for management!

All the kids enjoyed themselves to the fullest and the adults did too! Communication with Lucy prior to the event was fabulous! She kindly answered all my questions in a very timely fashion. Look around before booking - there are a ton of cleaner, cuter options. Not worth it for the tiny space, super awkward seating / table seating for adults (cramped to the back with zero view of the kids) and serious lack of play options. Ghost town; rarely any kids there for open play. Tiny ball pit has like 3 balls, it's all floor, an injury waiting to happen. And randomly, they have large pieces of VR equipment that take up an enormous amount of space. They sit there with DO NOT TOUCH signs collecting dust - gaudy and oddly out of place against a young children's atmosphere. Management and front desk are dispirited and dead-eyed, probably due to overhead and lack of business even after their so-called "remodeling". But definitely not the type of energy you'd want kids around either. Unfortunately, cost comes no where close to reflecting the value provided. Customer is charged extra to make up for their empty tables.

The biggest issue was the service in the lunch room. We were told that the staff would help serve and organize the food and items we brought. Instead, everything was simply placed on the floor here and there with no proper setup or assistance. It felt chaotic and unprofessional, leaving us to manage things ourselves during what should have been an enjoyable celebration. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a Mickey Mouse character appearance, expecting something special for the kids. Sadly, the costume and presentation were extremely poor -- it looked like a random outfit put together at the last minute with an odd Mickey head, rather than a proper character experience. It honestly felt like an afterthought rather than a service we paid additional money for. We paid full price for the party and even added a 15% tip, so this level of service was very disappointing. I truly regret choosing this venue and, based on our experience, I would not recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future families do not walk away feeling the way we did.

I have four children, one of whom has special needs, and I decided to plan her birthday there along with her twin. I was definitely skeptical at first because there were many different circumstances to consider, but the entire team made the process incredible for not just me, but my whole family. Negar took care of everything during the planning process. She helped answer all of my crazy questions and when I say all, I mean I easily had 500 of them! Not once did she sound frustrated or annoyed. Her patience, organization, and customer service were truly amazing. On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! Ball N Bounce isn't just like a second home for me, they truly made the experience of throwing a birthday party for a child with special needs feel comfortable, joyful, and completely stress-free. I couldn't have done it without this incredible team. God bless all of you for everything you do. No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. I do like that this place is a little off the beaten path. I will be back!
