Just hosted my daughter' 6th birthday here and my experience was amazing! We were able to rent out the location for a private party and Lucy and her staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They helped us with the set up of our food, decorations, and helped picking up all our belongings in the end. Constantly asking if there was anything they could do to help. They took such a huge burden off my shoulders. Hosting kids birthday parties can be very overwhelming but they truly made my experience an unforgettable one. All the kids enjoyed themselves to the fullest and the adults did too! Communication with Lucy prior to the event was fabulous! She kindly answered all my questions in a very timely fashion. Wouldn't waste money here. ESPECIALLY not for a party. Trust me - you're better off looking for another indoor location where you'd probably end up saving and having a better time. Look around before booking - there are a ton of cleaner, cuter options. Not worth it for the tiny space, super awkward seating / table seating for adults (cramped to the back with zero view of the kids) and serious lack of play options. Ghost town; rarely any kids there for open play. Tiny ball pit has like 3 balls, it's all floor, an injury waiting to happen. And randomly, they have large pieces of VR equipment that take up an enormous amount of space. They sit there with DO NOT TOUCH signs collecting dust - gaudy and oddly out of place against a young children's atmosphere. Management and front desk are dispirited and dead-eyed, probably due to overhead and lack of business even after their so-called "remodeling". But definitely not the type of energy you'd want kids around either. Unfortunately, cost comes no where close to reflecting the value provided. Yesterday I took my children to the indoor playground at Granada Hills, My Little Town, and wanted to share my impression with other moms like me who're trying to find a good place for their kids to spend time during these hot days. From the very beginning we were greeted by friendly and really nice staff. They clearly explained everything to us before we decided to stay. The place was clean and very safe for children, which, after many other dirty playgrounds, was a top priority for me. The play area has many cool pretend play stations such as Fire Department and Hospital but we especially loved the little zoo area. I couldn't tear my five-year-old away from it--he was incredibly fascinated by all the little geckos and frogs. The girl and a boy who were working were very kind and patient; they even let my child hold a snake and told him a story about it. My kids were absolutely thrilled! We also got to see a bubble show and play Floor is Lava game Sooo we will definitely come back again. My Little Town is an excellent place for kids to have a fun and safe time. This place has so much potential. It has great climbing structures, trampolines, and a climbing wall (albeit with a few grips that need to be rescrewed bc they spin). The stations are so cute, but they are EMPTY: there are basically no toys in them. The "restaurant" has literally nothing for pretend play--no cups, cutlery, plates. No pretend food to serve or menus. The "grocery" has produce and baskets, but no cash registers. The "NY Fashion week" area had a single, extremely ripped up skirt to dress up in. The "clinic" had a doctor coat and a broken stethoscope; I actually brought my kid's doctor toys from home just to have something to play with. The "school" had a few broken toys, but mostly empty shelves. The "police station" had a coat, pretend walkie talkie, and a pair of broken handcuffs. Etc etc. FYI the description on their website is a total joke. There is no supervision and no life skills being taught. No "guided interactive simulation." Most of the stations it mentions don't even exist. All that said, my toddler had a blast and I'd still take back back because there is enough to keep her entertained for 2 hours on a hot day. She didn't stay in any section long, but there are enough stations that it took about 2 hours for her to try each thing and keep moving. My 7 year old would probably be really bored in the "Lil Town" portion. I do appreciate that, unlike places like Kids' Empire, once you are in, you don't have to pay extra for any games. read more

Pleasantly surprised about this place as I went on a Sunday evening. Hours of operation until 9 PM was a surprise. Price affordable. More importantly, the size of the facility is excellent. Other competitors are too small trying to cram all the same offerings. They might have more of the toddler aspects or the multi story play structure and activities but this place has them both which makes it unique. I have a two year-old and a six year-old and I think they would both be very comfortable coming at the same time. Where are all the toys? Many of the areas were very sparse. Lots of play sets with few or none of the actual toys. Of the toys that were available, many were broken and either left as-is or literally zip tied together. I did not see one employee come out to the play floor at any time to check on things, put things back where they belonged, or really do anything. The woman at the desk was nice enough, but she just sat at the computer the entire time. Also, I didn't appreciate the enormous big screens, overly loud music, for extra-pay coin video games and empty claw machines. At $25 for two hours, I expected a better maintained environment. This place is a cute place, but it's relatively small. It is more designed for younger age group. My kids are 3 & 4 and they got bored easily. They also have a rock hall, but even after paying admission you have to pay additional for your child to climb the rock wall. They are pretty clean. Some of the machines and toys u see the play stricter we're broken. We didn't find many play places in the area that this was the only option really. We did go during the week so it was really quite and not other kids there. I do not know how it is on the weekend. read more

Location : 16909 Devonshire Blvd, Granada Hills, CA 91344 before I give my reasons why I will never return I just want to say that the girls who were working there on Friday were very very kind and doing their best to maintain this falling apart dirty playground that I have ever seen. So the staff working is not at fault at all, the owner is clearly neglected the place. 1. Play time is $25 first kid and $20 second kid and it's for 2 hour only , Bathrooms were clean and you can take snack and food with you 2. Most machines broken with out of order sign 3. Super dirty , lots or broken down and dirty toys 4. Sitting area for parents is completely blocked by the back of "town" area toys so u can't really sit and watch what your kids is doing 5. Stuff is taped and zip tied 6. Junk under tables where I guess birthday cake area is during parties 7. Dust everywhere and it's a shame they don't take care of anything cuz kids play here and they don't understand the HEALTH ISSUES they cause kids with all this dust ? 8. Ball pit was closed by a black trash bag 9. All machines require coin to play (the few that actually work) 10. You have to change your cash for lill town coins to use the machines for the few that do actually work 11. Weird parking lots through an alley way 12. Many machines were turned off and super dirty and prize machines has 2-5 prize in it only This place being made for kids is absolutely not acceptable at all with being so dirty and broken down ... I wish I could give a better review because there are a lot of fun features here and the girl at the counter was sweet. But, the overstimulation, quick sell tricks, and lack of health and safety concerns can't be missed. From the view of your child, the place would probably be 4-5 stars, but as a cautious parent... hard to give more than 1. I took my toddler to play as a way to avoid screen time on a rainy day. I didn't realize there would be giant TVs on every wall with loud dance music blasting 24/7. Plus, there were machines with flashing lights everywhere asking for more money. I can understand having an arcade room, but why are there arcade games in the mini doctors office and kitchen? Inside the gym.. next to the school.. basically anywhere they could fit one. Many were also broken with their electrical exposed, no outlet covers used throughout the building. Sanitizer stations had no sanitizer and one of the two bathrooms had a broken sink which meant no hand washing. They advertise as an educational play space but it's clearly a party room. All good, but be clear about your purpose so parents can plan accordingly. I mistakenly brought my baby as well. There was not a single corner to escape the blaring music or electronic gun shots from one of many arcade games. Sensory overload. read more

I was so happy when I found out that My Lil Town opened in our neighborhood! Finally a play place that is both fun and educational! I was never a big fan of Scooter's Village or Chuck E Cheese since places like those are geared more for the bigger kids but My Lil Town was perfect for my 2.5 year old son. I would say it is more geared for kids 2-7 years old. It's $15 for 2 hours, $20 for the whole day (you can come and go). Adults are free. Here's my pros and cons in a nutshell: PROS: DIFFERENT PLAY STATIONS: They have a hair salon, fire department with a firetruck (great photo op with costumes included), hospital, bank, arts & crafts/restaurant, school, gas station, police station, and grocery store. They have a jungle gym with a ball pit and colorful rock climbing station for kids 4 and up. There are many cars and tricycles to use. And for the older kids you can rent out a video game in the dining area for an extra fee. My son loved the ball pit, slide, the vegetables at the grocery store, tool sets in the gas station, being in jail at the police department, and learning about coins and dollar bills at the bank. This is the kind of imaginative play that a lot of other play places in the area lack! FOR FULL DAY YOU CAN COME AND GO: Since it was nearby we were able to leave so my son can nap at home and came back for more fun. SNACKS AND REFRESHMENTS: They have it close by the entrance nearby the seating area where you take off your shoes. KID-FRIENDLY SONGS PLAYING THROUGHOUT: We love Coco Melon songs and we love that they were playing that. CLEAN AND CONTEMPORARY LOOK: I love the high ceiling and the colorful, vibrant walls and furniture. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the play centers you can sit at the dining area which is bordered by the jungle gym. This is perfect so you can still watch your kids if they're in the jungle gym and you are away from the busyness of the play centers. FRIENDLY STAFF: They were courteous and professional. I do see them cleaning up/organizing the small toys that were taken out of specific play centers. PARKING: They have a parking area in the back. There's also street parking or you can go in the plaza parking nearby on the corner of balboa and Devonshire which is usually full and with limited time. CONS: PRICING: For us it was no big deal but I can see how $15-$20 per visit would be a lot especially if you have multiple kids. I asked the owner if they offer memberships but at this time they don't do that. I hope they do (hint, hint). SMALL TOYS: Yes they do have small toys which are choking hazards so beware but my son hasn't been putting anything in his mouth so we didn't find this as a hindrance to coming back to My Lil Town. Overall, we will definitely come back again! My husband and my son had a great time and we have been telling all our friends and families to schedule more play dates here! Rainy day and my cousin came to visit with my niece so how can you help two kids under 5 exert their energy and not 'destroy the house'??! We decided to try this indoor playground. The parking is limited due to the many stores next to this indoor gym. The playground looks smaller than the building implies (it shares only half the space). For a 2 hour slot, $25 per kid and 2 adults can get in with each kid. They will charge additional adults $15. You are required to take off your shoes, including adults, and leave them toward the front. My biggest observation is that the place was dirty so I wish I could have kept my shoes on. My nieces were entertained enough, but we had to keep a close eye on them since some kids were left to run wild and without consideration of the smaller ones. The toys were scattered in various directions and didn't seem like they had been individually cleaned in a long time (like a doll that had snot all over its face or stickiness on the floor) Many were also broken or just missing. The air felt stagnant. A spontaneous activity was a mini dance party that resulted in the room being darkened, kid party music playing, and bubbles being blown for the little ones to dance around to. Overall, we are glad the girls had fun but we will look to other areas that may be larger and have a cleaner process. read more

I booked online which was a really easy process and was assigned an event planner that was available for calls and texts whenever I had any questions. Day of, they did a fantastic job setting up and were super attentive to our preferences, the kids, and maintaining the timeline for the party. It was such an easy experience and I felt like I could enjoy the party without having to manage it. The staff at the party were super sweet to and all of our guests were raving about how much they enjoyed the experience. We had 20 kids there who ranged in age from 1 to 7 and they all had a great time! I honestly don't even know where to start !!!! If I could give them a 10 star review I would. We recently had our daughters 5th birthday party here on a Sunday. It was the most amazing party ever. You get the space for 2 hours but you can pay an extra fee and add another hour which is what we did and it was perfect ! The staff was amazing the day of !! They were so helpful and even when I was running around like a crazy person lol trying to get all my extra decorations set up they helped me out so much !! You get to come in about a half hour earlier for set up and I was laughing and having a great time with them while setting up lol they took care of everything for the kids related set up and it was all perfect. And then the best part is they take care of all the clean up ! Lastly one of my ultimate favorite part of the party was the fire work and bubbles show they do for the birthday child. You even get to choose 3 of their favorite songs that play during the fireworks. It was honestly incredible and all her classmates are still talking about her party :) And also they are so great during regular play days as well. So sweet ! Staff member amalia is super sweet !
