Wouldn't waste money here. ESPECIALLY not for a party. Trust me - you're better off looking for another indoor location where you'd probably end up saving and having a better time. Look around before booking - there are a ton of cleaner, cuter options. Not worth it for the tiny space, super awkward seating / table seating for adults (cramped to the back with zero view of the kids) and serious lack of play options. Ghost town; rarely any kids there for open play. Tiny ball pit has like 3 balls, it's all floor, an injury waiting to happen. And randomly, they have large pieces of VR equipment that take up an enormous amount of space. They sit there with DO NOT TOUCH signs collecting dust - gaudy and oddly out of place against a young children's atmosphere. Management and front desk are dispirited and dead-eyed, probably due to overhead and lack of business even after their so-called "remodeling". But definitely not the type of energy you'd want kids around either. Unfortunately, cost comes no where close to reflecting the value provided. Customer is charged extra to make up for their empty tables.

Yesterday I took my children to the indoor playground at Granada Hills, My Little Town, and wanted to share my impression with other moms like me who're trying to find a good place for their kids to spend time during these hot days. From the very beginning we were greeted by friendly and really nice staff. They clearly explained everything to us before we decided to stay. The place was clean and very safe for children, which, after many other dirty playgrounds, was a top priority for me. The play area has many cool pretend play stations such as Fire Department and Hospital but we especially loved the little zoo area. I couldn't tear my five-year-old away from it--he was incredibly fascinated by all the little geckos and frogs. The girl and a boy who were working were very kind and patient; they even let my child hold a snake and told him a story about it. My kids were absolutely thrilled! We also got to see a bubble show and play Floor is Lava game Sooo we will definitely come back again. My Little Town is an excellent place for kids to have a fun and safe time. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!

We had a blast here! I think it might be under new ownership because this place was filled with so many activities, toys, and very clean unlike the older reviews are showing. Our daughter had a blast with all the varieties! The grocery store was filled with so many different types of food and fruits! They have two different walls for rock climbing! Very cute private spot for birthdays a wall!

This place has so much potential. It has great climbing structures, trampolines, and a climbing wall (albeit with a few grips that need to be rescrewed bc they spin). The stations are so cute, but they are EMPTY: there are basically no toys in them. The "restaurant" has literally nothing for pretend play--no cups, cutlery, plates. No pretend food to serve or menus. The "grocery" has produce and baskets, but no cash registers. The "NY Fashion week" area had a single, extremely ripped up skirt to dress up in. The "clinic" had a doctor coat and a broken stethoscope; I actually brought my kid's doctor toys from home just to have something to play with. The "school" had a few broken toys, but mostly empty shelves. The "police station" had a coat, pretend walkie talkie, and a pair of broken handcuffs. Etc etc. FYI the description on their website is a total joke. There is no supervision and no life skills being taught. No "guided interactive simulation." Most of the stations it mentions don't even exist. All that said, my toddler had a blast and I'd still take back back because there is enough to keep her entertained for 2 hours on a hot day. She didn't stay in any section long, but there are enough stations that it took about 2 hours for her to try each thing and keep moving. My 7 year old would probably be really bored in the "Lil Town" portion. I do appreciate that, unlike places like Kids' Empire, once you are in, you don't have to pay extra for any games.

No worth it. A lot of extra machine games, which is broken. Fire Department without cars, without constructors .

Play sets with virtually no toys
    Rachel S.

Where are all the toys? Many of the areas were very sparse. Lots of play sets with few or none of the actual toys. Of the toys that were available, many were broken and either left as-is or literally zip tied together. I did not see one employee come out to the play floor at any time to check on things, put things back where they belonged, or really do anything. The woman at the desk was nice enough, but she just sat at the computer the entire time. Also, I didn't appreciate the enormous big screens, overly loud music, for extra-pay coin video games and empty claw machines. At $25 for two hours, I expected a better maintained environment. My 2 year old had a blast, she can't tell the difference, but an older kid definitely would. Not likely to come back to this location.

This place is a cute place, but it's relatively small. It is more designed for younger age group. My kids are 3 & 4 and they got bored easily. They also have a rock hall, but even after paying admission you have to pay additional for your child to climb the rock wall. They are pretty clean. Some of the machines and toys u see the play stricter we're broken. We didn't find many play places in the area that this was the only option really. We did go during the week so it was really quite and not other kids there. I do not know how it is on the weekend.

Ball pit covered with black trash bag so kids can't play in it

Visited this location for a open play time on a Friday morning. It was my first time visit and most likely will never return. Here is why ... Location : 16909 Devonshire Blvd, Granada Hills, CA 91344 before I give my reasons why I will never return I just want to say that the girls who were working there on Friday were very very kind and doing their best to maintain this falling apart dirty playground that I have ever seen. So the staff working is not at fault at all, the owner is clearly neglected the place. 1. Play time is $25 first kid and $20 second kid and it's for 2 hour only , Bathrooms were clean and you can take snack and food with you 2. Most machines broken with out of order sign 3. Super dirty , lots or broken down and dirty toys 4. Sitting area for parents is completely blocked by the back of "town" area toys so u can't really sit and watch what your kids is doing 5. Stuff is taped and zip tied 6. Junk under tables where I guess birthday cake area is during parties 7. Dust everywhere and it's a shame they don't take care of anything cuz kids play here and they don't understand the HEALTH ISSUES they cause kids with all this dust ? 8. Ball pit was closed by a black trash bag 9. All machines require coin to play (the few that actually work) 10. You have to change your cash for lill town coins to use the machines for the few that do actually work 11. Weird parking lots through an alley way 12. Many machines were turned off and super dirty and prize machines has 2-5 prize in it only This place being made for kids is absolutely not acceptable at all with being so dirty and broken down ... I will never return again! Such a shame

    Yes!

I received your response however I think something is wrong with the online system. No matter what date I choose for Granada hills it shows "no slots available". ? I just want to know if your open today for open play.... Yes or no?

The slots just opened back up! I had the same issue, but was able to book starting today.

Is the Granada Hills location open for open play during regular hours? I went there a few weeks ago and it said online you were open but the doors were locked. I've tried reaching out through the phone , website and email and no one replies?

I have two children, and we visit different playgrounds all over Los Angeles every single week. We noticed this new playground and decided to try it for the first time today, August 9. It was a HUGE mistake. I was 100% disappointed, and my child left this place IN TEARS. We were there on August 9 starting around 11:00 AM, so management is more than welcome to check the security camera footage and see exactly what happened. Two boys, approximately 7-8 years old, were running around the entire playground bothering other children. They were kicking and pushing kids, making faces at them, calling them names, and refusing to let other children play with the toys while saying things like, "This is all mine." And what did the playground staff do about it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They were completely indifferent to what was happening right in front of them. The parents of these children seemed equally unconcerned. What exactly is the point of having employees at a CHILDREN'S playground if they are going to stand there and ignore children being kicked, pushed, insulted, and bullied? This was our first visit, and it will absolutely be our LAST. We seriously regret wasting our time and money coming here just because we wanted to check out a new playground. Never again.

I have four children, one of whom has special needs, and I decided to plan her birthday there along with her twin. I was definitely skeptical at first because there were many different circumstances to consider, but the entire team made the process incredible for not just me, but my whole family. Negar took care of everything during the planning process. She helped answer all of my crazy questions and when I say all, I mean I easily had 500 of them! Not once did she sound frustrated or annoyed. Her patience, organization, and customer service were truly amazing. On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. I do like that this place is a little off the beaten path. I will be back!

We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.
