I truly love going to Ball N Bounce! The staff is absolutely amazing and everyone there is always so welcoming. I genuinely feel like this place is my second home. I have four children, one of whom has special needs, and I decided to plan her birthday there along with her twin. I was definitely skeptical at first because there were many different circumstances to consider, but the entire team made the process incredible for not just me, but my whole family. Negar took care of everything during the planning process. She helped answer all of my crazy questions and when I say all, I mean I easily had 500 of them! Not once did she sound frustrated or annoyed. Her patience, organization, and customer service were truly amazing. On the day of the party, we had the pleasure of working with Karine, Ferhat, and Leslie, and they were all fantastic. Their patience and kindness with the kids and families were beyond appreciated. Karine is incredible with children and also knows exactly how to handle parents and families. She immediately helped ease the stress and anxiety of a mom like me who had a lot on her mind. She was also great at delegating tasks and making sure everything ran smoothly. Leslie and Ferhat were equally amazing with the kids and families. Ferhat even helped us bring all the gifts to the car and moved around like the Energizer Bunny getting everything done so quickly! Ball N Bounce isn't just like a second home for me, they truly made the experience of throwing a birthday party for a child with special needs feel comfortable, joyful, and completely stress-free. This is a really nice indoor playground! It offers a lot of things that I have not seen at other indoor playgrounds, like swings and a little zipline-like thing. It was very very clean! No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe. Ball & Bounce is a small indoor playground geared toward kids around 3-8 years old. We recently visited for one of my son's classmate's 5th birthday party. I've always been a bit hesitant about germs at indoor playgrounds, but this one looked extremely clean, and the kids had a great time. There's a small area in the back set up for birthday parties, and they were able to choose a theme. You can bring your own food for parties, which is a big plus--especially with little ones. My son especially enjoyed the rock climbing wall, and there's a fun slide that goes straight into the ball pit. We'll definitely be back soon to use one of their day passes! read more

This place wasn't as big as I assumed but great for younger kids (3-7years) A little too expensive for not having access to everything there. Came here for a bday party for a 7yr old. From the pictures prior to going I thought the place seemed like it would be for younger kids BUT I was wrong. This place was a ball of fun for my 6yr old!! I appreciate how nice and clean it was. They said they had been open for about 3 months. The workers seemed helpful during the party. The place was a bit hidden since we are not familiar with this shopping center. Its located on the bottom floor near the movie theater. We parked in the underground parking which was very helpful on a rainy day. It was also a pleasant surprise that the place was hosting only for our party and no public admission during our 2hr we were there. My son didnt want to leave. The decor was spot on for the bday celebration. They had alot of fun activities and equipment to keep the kids well entertained. read more

Small hidden space on the bottom level of a popular shopping center. Took my kids here a week ago and the staff is nice, the place is clean and constantly monitored. Price is a bit high but I guess it's the Neigborhood. My biggest issue was that the ball put you land on coming down the slide is very small and if kids are there playing they can get hurt by sliding into them. The slide is a tube so you can't see if anyone is below you until you land. My kids got hit by another child and it seem like they may need to relook at the composition of the slide and landing into ball Pit. You can also do a party and rent the space for a few hours which is great but also on the pricey side. Probably the most expensive I have seen and it's not as big of a play are for that price if you ask me. Worth going if it's not busy to avoid injury or you have to monitor the ball out at all times if you child wants to slide down. I like this indoornpkay ground. It is aimed more for older kids ages 3/4+ I took my 2 1/2 year old here last minute. She enjoyed her self as always. Had about 40 minute to play before they close. They also close earlier then other indoor play ground. Which is ok. It is clean inside compared to some that have been to. The girl in the front was very nice. Loved this little place!! We went yesterday.. My toddlers had a blast!! It's very simple and little not overwhelming at all... the girls working are very cute and sweet. My 3.5 year old hurt himself (nothing serious) and the girl came to check on us and made sure he's ok. And on the way out we were given a balloon which is amazing!! Makes it a little earlier to leave, and the girl was so patient with my boys indecisive color to choose... we will DEFINITELY be back soon! read more

Good not great. One time visit is $20 and monthly unlimited is $100. Recently moved to the area and I have been trying out several indoor playgrounds to get away from the heat. To be 100% honest, this is my least favorite so far. The floor was quite dirty even though they require everyone to wear only socks so I couldn't put my youngest down to play or do tummy time. Several of the mats and netting look like they need to be replaced. The table and chairs area is only small chairs meant for children and nowhere really for adults to sit. There is also nowhere to put a stroller, which is quite inconvenient if you're coming with two very small children and can't carry everyone/everything. The staff was kind enough. Although at one point, a parent walked over to give a suggestion of gating the bathroom areas since his child kept running in to play in the bathrooms (which many children do) and the employee just gave a small smile and said mmhmm. No further discussion. I agree that that would be a great addition! I'd also like to note that I was here for a couple of hours and did not see anything get picked up or cleaned in that time. I very well could've missed something, but I don't believe I did. The place is fairly small, although big enough for my 19 month old to be entertained for a couple hours. So all in all, mission accomplished, but we likely wouldn't come back. read more

I came to BallnBounce for a bday party last weekend and I was not disappointed. My son enjoyed it so much we are planning his 3rd bday at this location. There rock climbing inside of the big ball pit was his favorite. There was also a zip line that went into the ball pit. For $100 a month unlimited visits for open play is a great deal for those little ones that aren't in school. My 10 month old will be coming with mom. read more

While playing here, my toddler fell and seemed to seriously injure himself. For about an hour, I was trying to console him, get in touch with doctors, and come up with a course of action to get him some medical attention asap. He was visibly in a lot of pain, and I was very clearly in distress (crying as well) and overwhelmed. During this time, both employees completely ignored us. It was as if we weren't even there. They didn't so much as come over to ask me what was wrong or if I needed any help. Are they trained to react this way to avoid liability? Underpaid and unbothered? Beats me, but I can't believe that in a children's play space catered to young toddlers, this was our experience. I encourage parents to take your kids elsewhere, where staff is warm, friendly, and invested in families' experiences. read more

Ball N Bounce is a nice and lovely place for children. I love the fact that it's in a convenient location and is accessible. The staff are also friendly, respectful and really helpful. I cane by today and Leslie and Jenny were so wonderful. My phone was about to die and I was really worried because I needed to communicate with my older one but they were kind and gave me a charger which saved me an unnecessary trip back to my car. They were also kind and kept the place neat and clean. Good employees are the cornerstone to a good company and it's always nice to encounter lovely staff like them. The place is super clean and already has cute decor so added decorations weren't really needed. For reference; I was there for the "incident" described in last commenter's negative review--and actually, that reviewer neglected to mention she yelled at a 2 year old non verbal child for playground rough housing instead of bringing the issue up with the child's caregiver. I would have also yelled at someone yelling at my toddler instead of resolving adult to adult--with the parent. The staff were very vigilant and compassionate for what was absolutely not a situation they could have interjected themselves into without further escalating beyond repair. The staff here are incredibly friendly, dedicated to excellent customer service and vigilant. Would highly recommend. The two women working handled the situation with grace and urgency. read more

This place deserves no stars at all. Prices are not only high, $30 per child for the day, but they also do not honor what they say. I was told that after the day I can upgrade to the $100 a month membership but I would need to do it by the time we leave. Around lunch time I decided to take the kids to lunch in the same plaza and come back for a little longer. I told one of their staff members that I would be taking the children to lunch and we will be back ok? She replied only with "ok". When we returned I was told by their other staff member that we can not continue because we left and once we leave we can't come back. I told her that was not addressed to me when I told her employee we would be coming back. She looked and asked her something. Then she replied with "I tell people that they can't come back". I then told her that why didn't she make me aware that our stay would be canceled if we left? Had I known I would have had delivered pizza for the kids. All she kept saying was that those are the rules and that she tells people. Again I told her it wasn't addressed to me at all. Also that I purchased what they call "A Day pass". She said yes it's a day pass. Which then told her hence day... pass not hourly or timed pass. She then said either way there's an even happening soon and you can't be here. At that point she is contradicting everything she has said to me so far. They are crooks! Please don't go there. Also the pics they have online are half of the things In this facility. Kids corner, which used to be here had better activities and play area for half the price. In fact Manhattan beach and other areas have nicer places to play, for half the price as well. I promise you this is a waste of your money. read more
