This father and son team are friendly & professional! Marcos Jr is very professional on the phone with good customer service. They mainly do alignments but can also do brakes as well. Their waiting area is small, but sufficient enough for 2 customers and there is also a TV. I was in and out in 30 min with an appt. They explained the status of the car and what was done to it. This father and son team small business was a very refreshing and pleasant experience in Auto repair Care. After getting my car serviced at Toyota and being told I needed new tires, alignment and brakes, I was quoted almost $1000 for all three services. I went to Discount Tire, got new tires and they referred me to this place along with a $20.00 of coupon for alignment. DT told me they were honest as well as all the reviews I read on Yelp. The alignment was $50.00 and the front brakes $161. I made an appointment in advance, Marcos double-checked to make sure I needed brakes and alignment and showed me the worn off pads explaining everything. He was done in an hour. Very professional and personable. it's a no frills location, they keep very busy and does no advertising. I wish I could get all my automotive needs handled here. read more

Honest, honest, honest - saved us $700 - We originally went to a shop just across the street to diagnose the problem and get an estimate. They were super nice and had great YELP reviews but, they seriously tried to gouge me. They claimed the car had two bad rear bearings which wore down the rear brake pads unevenly. They told me, new brake pads, bearings, refinish rotors and alignment would be $850.00 plus tax. I couldn't believe it. I knew right away that wasn't right and wanted a 2nd opinion. I told them I was going to pick up the car and wouldn't you know it, 10 minutes later the owner called and told me he wanted to help me and that he can just do one bearing and no alignment and that he'd only charge me $535.00 plus tax. This of course was even more of an indication that these people were trying to screw me. Luckily, a manager at discount tire had recommended Marcos to me earlier in the week and I was so grateful that he did. I told Marcos that I needed to new bearings and brake pads, etc. over the phone and he gave me the price for two bearings, cut rotors, brake pads and alignment for $535.00 plus tax. He called me a few hours after I brought the car in and told me, that, all I needed was two new brake pads, cut rotors and an alignment may not even be necessary. He told me the noise we were hearing when driving was just a wear indicator. He charged me $135.00 plus tax which came out to $153.00. Obviously, he could have gone ahead and made an extra $400 off of me but he didn't he did the right thing and therefore has earned my admiration and customer loyalty. I think for every unscrupulous person out there taking advantage of regular hard-working people there are at least a few Marcos' scattered around. read more

Outstanding service and truly honest people. We brought in our Jeep which had a lot of chop on the front tires, which I assumed was from poor alignment. Marcos checked out the alignment and our tires and told me that the alignment was fine, and my problem was probably bad shocks. I tried to pay him for his time, but he said it was no charge. I asked if he could do the work to replace the shocks, and he was willing to do the work using parts I ordered, all for a very fair price. Let me just start off by saying that the employees here do not try to push you into buying something without all of the facts. I needed to get my rear tire fixed as well as an alignment for the front. I asked the gentleman for a ball park figure on how much it would cost, he told me I will print it out so you have it black and white what needs to be fixed. Don't be alarmed by how small the shop is, they are consumut professionals. I was even given a computer read out of what each wheel was leaning and the accepted tolerance that is required. Even over the phone I was impressed at the information and knowledge that they had. All in all send them your business, they truly deserve it!!! read more

If you want an alignment I don't see a problem with doing that at this location. If it's anything else where you need parts don't get it done here. They Do Not Provide TurnKey service, where they order the parts, they do the install and then they do the alignment. Not sure why they don't have the ability to call a local parts distributor and have parts delivered and also stand behind the parts and service. read more

Called around to get some quotes. This place was the cheapest so I made an appointment. Kind of hard to find the shop, so follow your phone's GPS. I just needed an allignment but they do other repairs here. Guy in the waiting room had been coming here for years, so I felt good about my choice. Had me in and out in about 40 minutes. Noticed I had a broken motor mount (it's been there for a few years, we knew about it) and said he could give me an estimate if I wanted but never once felt like he was being pushed. Was quoted 60 for the allignment, paid 60. Definetly recommend this place. read more

He even adjusted the height on front end as I have put new shocks on (barn find)... Adjust cambers, tow, the whole nine yards... Had new tires installed on my vehicle and the tire shop recommended that I get an alignment, especially since the car has about 61k miles. Searched Yelp, found this particular establishment, and decided to give them a try. Appointment process by phone was relatively easy. Brought my vehicle in thinking I needed the alignment. Marcos Jr (the owner's on) propped up the car, checked the alignment, and comprehensively explained using the computerized system that an alignment was not necessary at the time. He recommended that the vehicle tires be rotated every 5K miles. I figure I would have to pay for the service, and Marcos Jr. tells me its complimentary. He also noted that I could bring the car back in 15k miles, and he could do another free check. I again offered to pay him at least something for checking the car, and his response was "Don't worry about it." This is integrity at its best, and this shop has now garnered my loyalty for future service. Very hard to find this level of business ethic, but Alignment Pros simply fulfills their namesake: They ARE PROS! read more

Trustworthy and great customer service. Probably one of the last honest shops out there. I took my car in thinking it needed an alignment. They put it on the machine, took it for a test drive and informed me it was within specs and currently did not need an alignment. They even printed out a copy of the results for me, proving it was within specs. Best of all they did not charge me a dime. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. I believe they are very honest. I took my vehicle in for a four wheel alignment. They could have done what they could, charge me, and send me on my way. No, they explained that they didn't have a special tool to do the rear wheels. Would I mind coming back if they ordered the special tool? I went back and they spent another hour and a half working on the vehicle. This tells me that they keep at it until the job is done right.
