They were able to help me with my project " " I left very satisfied with the work they did on my car, it was a 2.5" lift I drove it to Idaho and back without any problems, now I'm back again hoping they can help fixing my instrument cluster that it's not sending signals to some of the modules! I had the car towed to here, they were very professional and straight forward. i had to leave my car there with them overnight as i didn't arrive til an hour or 2 before closing and they didn't want to rush the diagnosis. Stomp in to get a Oil change. The guy at the counter was a friendly guy. He gave me a price for the oil change. I also asked him if he could change out my headlight light bulbs for me. I told them I purchased the bulbs from O'Malley's across the street. He said no problem but he can't guarantee them because I didn't buy them there him. I said I understand and had no problem with that. He then said that the cost to install the headlight bulbs would cost me $140.00. I said that that was ridiculous and canceled my oil change and walk out of the store. I drove down the street to another shop and got the oil change at a lower cost than what he quoted me plus the other shop only charged me $$40.00 for there time to install the headlight bulbs. I received a coupon in the mail for and oil change and air conditioning services for $49.98 each. I ended up spending $155.17. The shop added Freon which the coupons says is extra and they then added on a/c dye which was not mentioned in the coupon. I brought it to Mat attention and he seemed to be nonchalant and not knowledgeable at all. His response was "I'm not a mechanic." Rick was very unprofessional and first told me I needed a diagnostic to see if my compressor was working and not an inspection that inspects it all.
