He easily moved things around to dust and disinfect and then put everything back way tidier than I left it. I have two cats so dust, hair, and dander is a big issue and the apartment is now spotless!! I also had hair dye stains on the floor of my shower that I myself couldn't get out but somehow he was able to make it look pristine. Also, he let me know he likes to get down on his hands and knees to clean the floors rather than using a mop which I thought was funny. For sure that contributed to a super thorough wipe down of my floors and floorboard moulding. The oven and my kitchen appliances are also sparkling! Finally, he was super friendly with my two cats who usually get a little nervous with strangers in the apartment so that was comforting. The guys called to let me know they would 20 minutes late which I appreciated the phone beforehand. When they did arrive, the two gentlemen were courteous and polite. Explained to me about the price and what they were going to do. Now Here's my complaint: 1. They did not wear plastic booties over their shoes while they were cleaning the carpet, which left wet dirt stain marks that I had to clean up after they left. 2. They left water spill from the cleaner on the kitchen floor and didn't clean it up. 3. The carpet is super WET! It feels as though, someone spilled water all over the carpet. Which is probably going to take hours to dry up. On the bright side, the carpet does look a bit cleaner than it did before but will have to see once it's all dried up. I'd rather give them 2 stars for the quality of service and 4 stars for how courteous they were. So 3 stars seems about fair.

When it came to the actually cleaning, he steamed the area first and then goes over it with the wet vac. He did the stairs, hallway, and 2 large bedrooms. It look just about on hour from start to finish (including prepping his gear and packing up to leave). The carpets look good as new and the price was affordable. While this service is not a big-name company and doesn't offer fancy extras (e.g. you gotta move things out of the way before hand on your own), I didn't mind - I just want the carpet clean and now they are! hah

After receiving a more than fair price quote from the owner, Brad (on a Sunday, even!), I scheduled the work for the following day. His team showed up on time and did a great job. At one point they stripped a whole section of the floor on their hands and knees just to be sure that the area was properly prepped for the new wax applications. I couldn't believe the results. I could have used the "before" and "after" pictures in a TV infomercial. I can see why previous Yelpers have rated Brad and his team at Padre Janitorial so highly. I now count myself among them.
