This company is disgraceful and a bunch of cheats!!!! I happened to come home on my lunch break to find one of their agents working on the apartment building next to my house (I should stress, a completely separate building from my single family home). The guy had the nerve to hook his water hose up to my house and use my water to clean the carpets in the apartments next door!!! When I walked up and saw the hose I followed it and saw it attached to his truck and cleaning equipment. I immediately shut it off and waited for him to realize his water was off to confront him. A few minutes later he came out of the apartments and over to my house where I was waiting. He immediately started saying he didn't know that this was a separate property. Really buddy???? There is NO WAY these two places could be confused as one place. Then he said that he couldn't find the water source at the apartments so thought he'd just use ours. Water isn't free!!! Especially when you're using it to operate your business! He then had the audacity to offer me $10. What a sleaze. I sure hope this isn't normal practice for this business! read more

Price - 5 stars Cleaning - 3 stars No Damage - 1 star We had a small flood in our condo and we used Warren's on our Landlord's request. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful and we got an appointment right away. The price was excellent, the whole 1 bedroom condo - all of it! - would have been $85 (if I remember correctly) and with the extra treatment for the water stains it was $110. The guy arrived on time and was professional. The cleaning job was adequate. I wasn't bowled over, but I also thought the carpet looked cleaner in most spots, especially where the carpet had been water stained. That carpet looked great. The only problem I had was damage. There was a spot of broken plaster about the size of a quarter on the stairway wall, a broken plaster corner in the walk-in closet, and one of the stair risers had big grey marks where the carpet had previously been clean. Since I didn't want to take any more time off work, I just fixed the issues myself. So overall the price is incredible, and the cleaning is O.K. I would recommend this one for a move-out cleaning, but check for damage after. read more

I had a flood a couple weeks ago in our master bathroom into our bedroom. Who else would I call but Warren's. They were fast and professional, they had to replace some carpet padding and cut out the drywall on a couple walls. I we had to move out of our bedroom for about a week which isn't bad considering all the work they did. They worked with my insurance and were very helpful. Great job guys! read more

Let me be the first to say that the quality of this business has seriously, seriously deteriorated. We had Warren's out to assess mold and mildew damage following the recent rains. They diagnosed a mildew problem isolated to an outside-facing wall, and we had no problems. Recently, they were on the property for an unrelated issue and proceeded to dispose of wastewater all over the front of our doorway and into our residence! They were caught redhanded doing this (it was in the middle of the day and they probably thought no one was around), and, instead of apologizing, or even offering to help clean up the wastewater, they simply left (quickly). Fortunately, a witness recognized one of the employees and noted the company name on the truck. The irony is that they were aware that the wall they splashed water on was the same one they knew was prone to mildew contamination. No wonder their rates are "competitive." read more

I saw them here at YELP, and since they're just closeby our apartment, I chose them to clean our carpet at our new home of only about one month. When we moved in, the carpet "looked clean," but for several days after we moved we've been washing our feet and my toddler's hands (she crawls) for mostly dust & mud from the carpet. Their job was quick - about one hour - even with all our furniture and stuff around our 900sqft 2-bedroom unit. JOE and TRAVIS were able to move things around that were in the way of their machine without any damage. The review before this said to watch out for any damage, and I did and there was none. The apartment complex manager also warned me about carpet damages (they have their own carpet cleaner that included insurance and all). There was NONE. Maybe things happen when there are STAIRS and small NOOKS/CORNERS to clean? End result: clean. Damp (not wet or soaking wet) for about 4-6 hours, but clean. And that's what I wanted. read more

I had Warren's crew come over and clean the off white carpet in my home. My kids aren't the greatest at wiping their shoes off when they come in, so the main walking areas showed the dirt. The cleaning guys did a great job getting out the dirt from the traffic areas, and the few spots that we had. The guys are honest and helpful.
