Tip of advice- if you are doing carpet cleaning, try to do it on a day that's not rainy and or too humid outside as the drier it is outside, the easier it is for your carpet to try and to avoid brown out/wicking of your carpet.

In the past, living in a second floor condo, service required more equipment and typically two persons for a cleaning. We tried the low-moisture cleaning which looked just ok when done. We were told it should lighten up once dry and he said "It's not bad. It looks better than before." We decided to take a wait and see approach. After several weeks, the carpet looked liked it hadn't been cleaned at all. We believe without the hot water extraction, the dirt deep down wasn't adequately removed. We wouldn't choose the low-moisture option again. Pricing was fair though I believe we had a smaller number of rooms done than in previous visits.

As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. They were able to get there on short notice, did the job quickly and thoroughly, and for a reasonable price. Extremely Unprofessional and Abusive Behavior from Advanced 1 Restorations…read more Tenants Beware. I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Advanced 1 Restorations, particularly with Mark Esquivel, who has been consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright hostile. He is frequently late to scheduled appointments, dismissive of tenant concerns, and confrontational when questioned. He often speaks on behalf of the landlord, despite having no authority to do so, and misrepresents their position to suit his aggressive narrative. When I later spoke directly with the landlord, they confirmed that Mark had no right to speak on their behalf and even called me to clarify that I am not an awful person or tenant, after Mark told me that I am. Mark also uses intimidation tactics to get his way; he's a physically larger man and acts like a bully, often cussing and raising his voice to assert dominance and silence opposition. His behavior is extreme, emotionally charged, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a professional role. Despite multiple independent reports confirming mold due to water intrusion, Mark blamed me, the tenant, for the mold, accusing me of being a slob instead of acknowledging the building's clear issues. This is not only inaccurate but also deeply unprofessional and gaslighting. Tenants deserve to be treated with respect and objectivity, not judgment, intimidation, and verbal abuse. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking fair, honest, or respectful treatment, especially if you're a tenant navigating sensitive or serious living conditions.
