I can't speak to the service and restaurant itself because I wasn't there, but my daughter had no complaints. She ordered shrimp and sausage, mild seasoning. It came with corn and potatoes and she also ordered Cajun fries. She loved it, but couldn't eat it all so she brought some home. Lucky for me, I got to finish her leftovers. However I ended up patronizing Potnars Fish & Grill Restaurant first and I'm glad it happened. I wanted something simple and quick so I ordered the shrimp and wings combo that came with fries. It took maybe 15 minutes to be prepared but it was worth it. Everything was well seasoned and fresh. I wasn't expecting the shrimp to be soooo big * wait a minute ......... pause* The customer service was exceptional as well. While I was waiting I could hear the cashier and cook talking amongst themselves and the cashier sounded a little discouraged because they hadnt received any tips. I'll admit I didn't tip initially because I was in a mood and just wanted my food , but then I could hear a voice In my head say "you don't let whats happening around you dictate how you move" So to fix my wrong I added on a peach cobbler and tipped enough for me and the next two customers and the cashier started smiling and even gave me a soda and hella condiments to show her gratitude. Then the kitchen found its footing. Parmesan-encrusted chicken won the table, with a nice rice-orzo pilaf and green beans that weren't overcooked. The Jameson whiskey burger came blue cheese, bacon, crispy onions, glaze, brioche, and ate dry (although ordered medium): too many rich flavors, nothing acidic to cut through them.
