Then the box was closed and taped up really well for transport. They even weighed it for me to ensure it wasn't over the 50 lb limit for the airline. While all this was being done, I wandered around, looking at their products. They have boxes for microwaves, TV, standing lamps, dishes (multi-level!), wardrobes, as well as your usual moving boxes (sold singly and in multipacks). They have padding (bubble wrap, peanuts, paper to wrap your even those blankets that movers use to protect furniture), mattress bags, you name it! On another visit, he insisted my Express shipment needed multiple copies of labels, which isn't required and has never been an issue at other FedEx locations. Instead of being helpful, he was condescending and unnecessarily argumentative. What bothered me most was his attitude. The way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and, honestly, came across as biased. Whether intentional or not, it made me uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.

Maybe I don't understand what is the situation or rules with staples. If both workers are busy unloading, make sense ask people to wait a bit.
