I bought their whipped lemon honey and it was DELICIOUS. Best honey I've EVER had. I want more. Really hope you'll ship.

If you filter to negative reviews you'll see that almost every one mentions parking costs. If you…read morecan ignore that or if you're lucky enough to live within trolley/walking distance (as my brother who I'm visiting is) it's a really phenomenal mall. There's a great range of both high-end (Hermes, Chanel, Tiffany, Carolina Herrera, etc) and affordable (Uniqlo, H&M) shopping along with both expensive and fast-casual dining. I love going to Marugame Udon for lunch and grabbing a quick bite, or Haidilao for hot pot if I want something a little nicer. There's also a VERY popular Din Tai Fung here. In addition, there's a food court with some fast food options, a Shake Shack, etc. It's a beautifully maintained and designed outdoor mall with plenty of space to sit and lots of kiosks where you can get coffee or small treats. Overall it's a phenomenal mall (maybe I'm biased because I haven't had to deal with parking though) and I'll definitely return.

I had a very disappointing experience at this mall because of the customer service at Panini Cafe,…read moreone of the businesses located inside. My pickup order was significantly delayed, but that was not the main issue. Delays happen. The real problem was the way I was treated when I simply asked for an update. One staff member responded by pointing at the monitor and saying, "OK?" in a dismissive and aggressive tone. He did not check on the order, explain anything, apologize, or show basic courtesy. I raised the issue with the manager at Panini Cafe, and she was professional and said she would address it, which I appreciated. However, the staff member himself appeared to avoid the situation and showed no apology, accountability, or remorse. This kind of experience reflects poorly not only on the restaurant but also on the overall customer experience at the mall. When businesses inside a mall treat customers this way, it affects how visitors perceive the entire place. Customers should be able to ask a reasonable question about a delayed order without being treated disrespectfully. I left with a very negative impression and will think twice before returning to this mall for food or pickup orders.

I had so much fun exploring Tokyo Central & Main! What makes this place unique is that it's…read moreactually made up of three separate stores--two grocery markets and one dedicated to merchandise featuring everything from adorable Japanese plushies and cookware to cosmetics, electronics, and so much more. And yes...I had to explore all three! Both markets were bright, clean, and incredibly well organized. One of my favorite sections was the tea aisle. As someone who absolutely loves tea, I was in heaven. Their selection is huge, with everything from loose-leaf teas to powdered varieties that you don't typically find in traditional American grocery stores. I'll definitely be back to stock up on a few new favorites. I originally stopped in to purchase a matcha whisk set, but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. That didn't stop me from finding a few treasures, though! I ended up browsing the cookware section and picked up a beautifully designed set of reusable chopsticks along with beginner-friendly M-shaped training chopsticks. One unexpected highlight was getting to try a hand massage machine. It applies pressure to acupuncture points throughout your hand, and wow--it felt amazing! I'm seriously considering going back just to buy one. The produce section also looked fresh and inviting, so I can definitely see myself returning to shop for groceries. Plus, since my sons love anime, I already know they'll enjoy checking out the merchandise store with all the fun Japanese collectibles and character items. Whether you're looking for authentic Japanese groceries, unique kitchenware, specialty teas, or fun gifts, Tokyo Central & Main is absolutely worth visiting. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by--you'll probably leave with more than you planned, just like I did! And you already know you can always thank me later

Maybe because I came all the way from the Inland Empire and it's been so many years since I last visited this place?!?!? HUH!!!!!! Please forgive this UCLA Bruin from not knowing the TRANSITION of Marukai to Tokyo Central & Main!!!! Looks like the Interior and Exterior have been revamped a little too!!!!!!!!!!NICE!!!!!!!!!!! FIRE KIRBY: 10/10 so Kawaii!!!! We found a cute FIRE KIRBY to try and put together for building great memories!!! MEGA SHRIMP FRIED RICE: 10/10 I was also TEMPTED to buy the Japanese Fried rice with the MEGA SHRIMPS. It kept calling my name and I kept walking around it in CIRCLES so I gave in and said OK I'll take you home with me!!! So glad I did because it was so good!!! It wasn't overly salty or oily. The texture and flavor of the rice was so satisfying... SERVICE: The grocery section had the nicest service. The cookware and toy section was just awkward. It was like they didn't want to be there. We must ALL be grateful to have work than no work at all folks... KEEP IT UP TOKYO CENTRAL & MAIN!!!!!!!!

Tons of variety, surprisingly very, very reasonable prices, and enough anime goodness to make any fan lose track of time (and money). The owner is very nice too!! Once I got there I realized it's in the same shopping center as Tajima which I used to regularly frequent when we lived closer. In fact, once I saw the store's sign I realized I'd seen it before, but just never went in. The store is very well organized and has a great selection of figures, quite a few wall scrolls, key chains, stickers etc. I was pleased to see a few things from shoujo: notably fruits basket which searching for is always like finding a needle in a haystack!!! The best part is honestly the pricing. As imports from Japan, anime figure pricing is often very inflated. I always prefer to buy goods in person rather than online especially when I can support independent shops like this one. I got 4 Jujutsu Kaisen banpresto for under $50 which is insane! Looks like they also have an online store too I will definitely make a point to swing by this shop whenever I'm in the area because it's a true gem!
