They went almost a month past project finish date which to me didn't bother me but when you completely ghost a customer, that is totally not okay. Their pool service guy never showed up to teach us how to use the equipment until maybe 2 months the later when I reached out to them. The concrete started spalling everywhere. I understand that concrete cracks but not to a point where it's chipping off. The plaster overspray completely ruined the grout and the company made two attempts to clean it. Still looks awful. My neighbor down the street who wanted to get his pool done by this company is no longer interested after seeing my finished product. I can't even properly pressure wash my concrete because it's chipping away due to the spalling issue. Stay away folks!
