My AC didn't blow cool air because the evaporator coil went bad. Drew replaced a new evaporator coil at reasonable price plus 2-years warranty on labor and 5-year manufacture warranty on the evaporator coil. Every year we have our HVAC units (we have 2) serviced because previous company's have told us that we have a leak and its too expensive to try to find the leak and fix it. So instead we have an HVAC company come out and add Freon, specifically R-22, which apparently is increasing in price every year. We called around and most places are charging between $45-65 per pound. We found All AC and Heating Inc, on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They quoted us on the phone $35/lb for the R-22 freon so we told them to come out. They were able to come the same day and were extremely prompt. They cleaned out the coils on our HVAC units and assessed our machines. I was shocked when they old us that we only needed about 1 pound of Freon. Historically, every other company tells us that we need 3-4 lbs per year. In addition, they were able to replace the cracked styrofoam insulation that covers the lines, which other company's stated they didn't keep it in stock in the past. In addition, they went up into our attic and attempted to find the leak that other company's either didn't want to give the time to or told us it would be too expensive for them to try. Overall, they did a great job and they felt like honest/reliable people. read more

Called Drew this morning at the start of this crazy heatwave and he told me he could be to my house in a few hours. That was very surprising and reassuring. Once he was working on my ac unit, he came to realize it was my electrical breaker and not the unit. I took a quick trip to Home Depot to get the replacement breaker, which Drew helped me over the phone to make sure I was getting the right one. In the meantime he was cleaning out my ac unit. Once I brought back the breaker he installed it and all was working well. He was completely honest about the problem and didn't try to sell me on a service I didn't need. He also told me how I could maintenance my unit myself to make sure it is running good every year. The best part, his price was more than fair. Surprising really. I am glad I checked yelp before I called, and highly recommend him as I will be using him for as long as he is in business. read more

Thanks to Drew & his son for a job well done. Our A/C went out on a Sunday. I called Drew Monday & he came out that early afternoon. Got our old A/C going until he could get it replaced. These guys are on point. we just purchased a new home and when we moved in one side of the home had no heat. we called the warranty company, they came out and put in a new part, said it was fixed and tried selling us a bunch of maintenance repairs. i was skeptical and told them no. when i got home i checked and there was still no heat. As my wife is an avid user of yelp i decided to give it a try. I found all ac and heating inc on yelp, they were a little far so i called and asked if they would come to my home and they said they would be at my home the next day and 9 am. At 8:55 the next day they showed up, and i was greeted with someone who knows what they are doing, super nice and fixed my heating concern. also showed me how to do the maintenance myself so i could save $600. If i could leave them 10 stars i would and i would highly recommend them to anyone that has any havac issues. they will now be my go to company. Bar none, Drew is the most honest guy in the business. If your tired of other companies trying to sell you a whole new unit at over inflated prices anytime you call them out for A/C issues, call Drew. Most companies have forgot the concept of diagnosing and troubleshooting because it is much more profitable to "Sell" you new equipment. I have had Drew out to my house on several occasions and he has ALWAYS provided his undivided professional attention, and has made every effort to resolve the issue at the lowest cost and in the most expeditious manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, will speak to you in a way in which you clearly understand what is occurring, what he is recommending, and what it will cost and doesn't get annoyed if you are looking over his shoulder because you want to learn. I honestly thought the concept of "customer service" was dead in the service industry but Drew is "old school" and believes by example that the customer comes first. Try to find that in a company that has a fleet of fancy trucks and kids (AKA "Technicians") barely out of high school, with no practical experience other than how to pressure you into buying a whole new system.
