It is a challenging time, cleaning out the house out after the loss of a beloved family member. Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company.
